The Prophet said to them. Dont hurry! It is Safiya; the daughter of Huyay i.e. my wife. They said; Glorified be Allah! O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! How dare we suspect you? The Prophet ﷺ went out and in the meantime two Ansari men met him and they looked at the Prophet ﷺ and passed by. The Prophet ﷺ said to them; Come here. She is my wife Safiya bint Huyai. They replied; Subhan Allah; How dare we think of evil O Allah Apostle! we never expect anything bad from you. SahihMuslim-017-001-20207 | Safiya daughter of Huyay the wife of Allah Apostle reported that while Allah Messenger may peace be. upon him had been observing Itikaf; I came to visit him one night and talked with him for some time. Then I stood up to go back and he Allah Apostle also stood up with me in order to bid me good-bye. She was at that time residing in the house of Usama Bin Zaid. The two persons from the Ansar happened to pass by him. When they saw Allah Apostle ﷺ. they began to walk swiftly; thereupon Allah Messenger ﷺ said to them: Walk calmy; she is Safiya daughter of Huyay...
