SahihAlBukhari-017-001-2221		Narrated Abu Saeed AlKhudri: The Prophet ﷺ said; The planet of earth will be a bread on the Day of Resurrection; and The resistible Allah will topple turn it with His Hand like anyone of you topple turns a bread with his hands while preparing the bread for a journey; and that bread will be the entertainment for the people of Paradise. A man from the Jews came to the Prophet and said; May The Beneficent Allah bless you; O Abul Qasim! Shall I tell you of the entertainment of the people of Paradise on the Day of Resurrection? The Prophet ﷺ said; Yes. The Jew said; The earth will be a bread; as the Prophet ﷺ had said. Thereupon the Prophet ﷺ looked at us and smiled till his premolar tooth became visible. Then the Jew further said; Shall I tell you of the udm additional food taken with bread they will have with the bread? He added; That will be Balam and Nun. The people asked; What is that? He said; It is an ox and a fish; and seventy thousand people will eat of the caudate lobe i.e. extra lobe of their livers. SahihAlBukhari-017-001-2409		Narrated Abu Saeed AlKhudri: Some of the companions of the Prophet ﷺ came across a tribe amongst the tribes of the Arabs; and that tribe did not entertain them. While they were in that state; the chief of that tribe was bitten by a snake or stung by a scorpion. They said; to the companions of the Prophet ﷺ ; Have you got any medicine with you or anybody who can treat with Ruqya? The Prophet companions said; You refuse to entertain us; so we will not treat your chief unless you pay us for it. So they agreed to pay them a flock of sheep. One of them the Prophet companions started reciting Surat AlFatiha and gathering his saliva and spitting it at the snake-bite. The patient got cured and his people presented the sheep to them; but they said; We will not take it unless we ask the Prophet whether it is lawful. When they asked him; he smiled and said; How do you know that Surat AlFatiha is a Ruqya? Take it flock of sheep and assign a share for me. SahihAlBukhari-017-001-2422		Narrated Abu Said: A group of the companions of Allah Messenger ﷺ proceeded on a journey till they dismounted near one of the Arab tribes and requested them to entertain them as their guests; but they the tribe people refused to entertain them. Then the chief of that tribe was bitten by a snake or stung by a scorpion and he was given all sorts of treatment; but all in vain. Some of them said; Will you go to the group those travelers who have dismounted near you and see if one of them has something useful? They came to them and said; O the group! Our leader has been bitten by a snake or stung by a scorpion and we have treated him with everything but nothing benefited him Has anyone of you anything useful? One of them replied; Yes; by Allah; I know how to treat with a Ruqya. But. by Allah; we wanted you to receive us as your guests but you refused. I will not treat your patient with a Ruqya till you fix for us something as wages. Consequently they agreed to give those travellers a flock of sheep. The man went with them the people of the tribe and started spitting on the bite and reciting Surat AlFatiha till the patient was healed and started walking as if he had not been sick. When the tribe people paid them their wages they had agreed upon; some of them the Prophet companions said; Distribute the sheep. But the one who treated with the Ruqya said; Do not do that till we go to Allah Apostle and mention to him what has happened; and see what he will order us. So they came to Allah Messenger ﷺ and mentioned the story to him and he said; How do you know that Surat AlFatiha is a Ruqya? You have done the right thing. SahihAlBukhari-017-001-2539		Narrated Abu Shuraih AlAdawi: My ears heard and my eyes saw the Prophet ﷺ when he spoke; Anybody who believes in Allah and the Last Day; should serve his neighbor generously; and anybody who believes in Allah and the Last Day should serve his guest generously by giving him his reward. It was asked. What is his reward; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ? He said; To be entertained generously for a day and a night with high quality of food and the guest has the right to be entertained for three days with ordinary food and if he stays longer; what he will be provided with will be regarded as Sadaqa a charitable gift. Then both of them pretended to be eating; but they really went to bed hungry. In the morning the Ansari went to Allah Messenger ﷺ who said; Tonight Allah laughed or wondered at your action. She said: No; but only a subsistence for our children. He said: Distract their attention with something; and when the guest enters extinguish the lamp and give him the impression that we are eating. So they sat down. and the guest had his meal. When it was morning he went to Allah Apostle ﷺ who said: Allah was well pleased with what you both did for your guest this night. SahihMuslim-017-001-21141		Abu Huraira reported that a man came to Allah Messenger ﷺ so that he should entertain him as a guest; but he had nothing with which he could entertain him. He; therefore; asked if there was any person who would entertain him assuring the audience that Allah would show mercy to him. A person from the Ansar who was called Abu Talha stood up and he took him to his house. They said: And we also swear by Allah that we shall not take food until you take it. He said: I never saw an evil like the one tonight. He said: Bring your food near you. He Abdulrahman said: Their food was then brought near them. He said: In the name of Allah; and he took the food; and they also took it. I then informed him that the dawn had broken. So he went to th Prophet ﷺ and informed him of what he and they had done. He said: You are the most obedient and most trustful of them.
