SahihAlBukhari-017-001-6743		Narrated Safwan Bin Yala Bin Umaiya: that his father said; I participated in AlUsra i.e. Tabuk along with the Prophet. Yala added; My participation in that Ghazwa was the best of my deeds to me. Yala said; I had a laborer who quarrelled with somebody; and one of the two bit the hand of the other Ata; the sub-narrator; said; Safwan told me who bit whom but I forgot it ; and the one who was bitten; pulled his hand out of the mouth of the biter; so one of the incisors of the biter was broken. So we came to the Prophet ﷺ and he considered the biter claim as invalid i.e. the biter did not get a recompense for his broken incisor. The Prophet ﷺ said; Should he leave his hand in your mouth so that you might snap it as if it were in the mouth of a male camel to snap it? SahihAlBukhari-017-001-6819		Narrated Anas: That his aunt; AlRubai broke an incisor tooth of a girl. My aunt family requested the girl relatives for forgiveness but they refused; then they proposed a compensation; but they refused. Then they went to Allah Messenger ﷺ and refused everything except AlQisas i.e. equality in punishment. So Allah Apostle passed the judgment of AlQisas i.e. equality of punishment. Anas Bin AlNadr said; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! Will the incisor tooth of AlRubai be broken? No; by Him Who sent you with the Truth; her incisor tooth will not be broken. Allah Messenger ﷺ said; O Anas! The prescribed law of Allah is equality in punishment i.e. AlQisas. Thereupon those people became satisfied and forgave her. Then Allah Messenger ﷺ said; Among Allah Worshippers there are some who; if they took Allah Oath for something ; Allah fulfill their oaths.
