SahihAlBukhari-017-001-1495Narrated Ibn Abbas: When the time of the death of the Prophet ﷺ approached while there were some men in the house; and among them was Umar Bin AlKhattab; the Prophet ﷺ said; Come near let me write for you a writing after which you will never go astray. Umar said; The Prophet ﷺ is seriously ill; and you have the Quran; so Allah Book is sufficient for us. The people in the house differed and disputed. Some of them said; Come near so that Allah Messenger ﷺ may write for you a writing after which you will not go astray; while some of them said what Umar said. When they made much noise and differed greatly before the Prophet; he said to them; Go away and leave me. Ibn Abbas used to say; It was a great disaster that their difference and noise prevented Allah Messenger ﷺ from writing that writing for them. The Chapter on House And Tawaf in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on It is disliked to differ in Sahih AlBukhari

I made an attempt to lift the cloth; but my people prohibited me to do so. I again made an attempt to lift the cloth; but my people prohibited me. Thereupon Allah Messenger ﷺ lifted it or he commanded it to be lifted. He heard the noise of a loud weeping; or the noise of a woman mourner. He inquired who she was. They said: The daughter of Amr or the sister of Amr; whereupon he said: Why does she weep? SahihMuslim-017-001-20805Abu Huraira reported: I invited my mother; who was a polytlieist; to Islam. I invited her one day and she said to me something about Allah Messenger ﷺ which I hated. I came to Allah Messenger ﷺ weeping and said: Allah Messenger; I invited my mother to Islam but she did not accept my invitation. I invited her today but she said to me something which I did not like. Kindly supplicate Allah that He may set the mother of Abu Huraira right. Thereupon Allah Messenger ﷺ said: O Allah; set the mother of Abu Huraira on the right path. I came out quite pleased with the supplication of Allah Apostle ﷺ and when I came near the door it was closed from within. My mother heard the noise of my footsteps and she said: Abu Huraira; just wait. And I heard the noise of falling of water. She took a bath and put on the shirt and quickly covered her head with a headdress and opened the door and then said: Abu Huraira; I bear witness to the fact that there is no god but Allah and Muhammad is His bondsman and His Messenger. He Abu Huraira said: I went back to Allah Messenger ﷺ and this time I was shedding the tears of joy. I said: Allah Messenger; be happy; for Allah has responded to your supplication and He has set on the right path the mother of Abu Huraira. He the Holy Prophet praised Allah; and extolled Him and uttered good words. I said: Allah Messenger; supplicate to Allah so that He may instill love of mine and that of my mother too in the believing servants and let our hearts be filled with their love; whereupon Allah Messenger ﷺ said: O Allah; let there be love of these servants of yours; i.e. Abu Huraira and his mother; in the hearts of the believing servants and let their hearts be filled with the love of the believing servants. Abu Huraira said: This prayer was so well granted by Allah that no believer was ever born who heard of me and who saw me but did not love me.The Chapter on Love And Emotions Supplications in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on 35 in Sahih Muslim

SunanAlNasai-017-001-12885Abdullah Bin Buraidah narrated from his father that: While the Messenger of Allah SAWSYMOBOL was walking; he approached some people and heard a confused noise coming from them. He said: What is this noise? They said: O Messenger of Allah; they have a drink that they drink. He sent for those people and said: In what do you soak fruit - to make that drink ? They said: We soak fruits in vessels carved from wood and gourds; and we have no water skins that can be closed. He said: Do not drink except from a vessel that can be tied closed. Then as much time as Allah willed passed; then he went back to them and they had fallen sick and become pallid. He said: Why do you look so ill? They said: O Messenger of Allah; our land is unhealthy and you forbade to us everything except that which was in a vessel that could be tied closed. He said: Drink; but every intoxicant is unlawful. The Chapter on Forbidden And Dinks in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on Permission for Some of Them in Sunan AlNasai

SunanAbuDawoud-017-001-25720Narrated Ziyad Ibn Saad Ibn Dumayrah AlSulami: On the authority of his father Sad and his grandfather Dumayrah according to Mousa version who were present in the battle of Hunayn with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ : After the advent of Islam; Muhallam Ibn Jaththamah AlLaythi killed a man of Ashja. That was the first blood-money decided by the Messenger of Allah ﷺ for payment. Uyaynah spoke about the killing of AlAshjai; for he belonged to Ghatafan; and AlAqra Ibn Habis spoke on behalf of Muhallam; for he belonged to Khunduf. The voices rose high; and the dispute and noise grew. So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Do you not accept blood-money; Uyaynah? Uyaynah then said: No; I swear by Allah; until I cause his women to suffer the same fighting and grief as he caused my women to suffer. Again the voices rose high; and the dispute and noise grew. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Do you not accept the blood-money Uyaynah? Uyaynah gave the same reply as before; and a man of Banu Layth called Mukaytil stood up. He had a weapon and a skin shield in his hand. He said: I do not find in the beginning of Islam any illustration for what he has done except the one that some sheep came on; and those in the front were shot; hence those in the rear ran away. The other example is that make a law today and change it. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Fifty camels here immediately and fifty when we return to Medina. This happened during some of his journeys. Muhallam was a tall man of dark complexion. He was with the people. They continued to make effort for him until he was released. He sat before the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ; with his eyes flowing. He said: Messenger of Allah! I have done the act of which you have been informed. I repent to Allah; the Exalted; so ask Allah forgiveness for me. Messenger of Allah! The Messenger of Allah ﷺ then said: Did you kill him with your weapon at the beginning of Islam. O Allah! do not forgive Muhallam. He said these words loudly. Abu Salamah added: He Muhallam then got up while he was wiping his tears with the end of his garment. Ibn Ishaq said: His people alleged that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ asked forgiveness for him after that.Abu Dawud said: AlNadr Bin Shumail said: Alghiyar means blood-wit.The Chapter on Whipping Punshiment In Crimes And Felonies in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on The Imam Enjoining A Pardon In The Case Of Bloodshed in Sunan Abu Dawoud
