Ali came to him and he found him in a well making his body cool. Ali said to him: Come out; and as he took hold of his hand and brought him out; he found that his sexual organ had been cut. Hadrat Ali refrained from striking his neck. He came to Allah Apostle ﷺ and said: Allah Messenger; he has not even the sexual organ with him. SunanAbuDawoud-017-001-26648		Jabir Bin Abdullah said: The Jews brought a man and a woman of them who had committed fornication. He said: Bring me two learned men or yours. So they brought the two sons of Suriya. He adjured them and said: How do you think about the matter if these two persons bear witness to the effect that they have seen his sexual organ in her female organ penetrated like a collyrium stick when enclosed in its case; they will be stoned to death. He asked: What is there which prevents you from stoning them: They replied : Our rule has gone; so we disapproved of killing. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ then called four witnesses. They brought four witnesses. Who testified that they had seen his sexual organ penetrated in her female organ like a collyrium stick when enclosed in its case. MuwataMalik-017-001-35168		Yahya related to me from Malik that he had heard that Said Ibn AlMusayab disapproved of killing domestic animals that had become wild by any means that game was slain such as arrows and the like. Malik said; I do not see any harm in eating game which is pierced by a throwing stick in a vital organ. Allah; the Blessed; the Exalted! said; Oh you who believe! Allah will surely try you with something of the game that your hands and spears attain. Surat 5 ayat 97. Yahya said; Any game that man obtains by his hand or by his spear or by any weapon which pierces it and reaches a vital organ; is acceptable as Allah; the Exalted; has said.
