SahihMuslim-017-001-18491		Abu Huraira reported that the Messenger of Allah observed: The fornicator who fornicates is not a believer so long as he commits it and no thief who steals is a believer as long as he commits theft; and no drunkard who drinks wine is a believer as long as he drinks it. Abd AlMalik Bin Abi Bakr narrated this on the authority of Abu Bakr Bin Abdulrahman Bin Harith and then said: Abu Huraira made this addition: No plunderer who plunders a valuable thing that attracts the attention of people is a believer so long as he commits this act. SahihMuslim-017-001-18492		Abd AlMalik Bin Shuaib narrated this hadith on the authority of Abu Huraira that he observed: The Messenger of Allah said that a fornicator does not fornicate; and then narrated the hadith like this; and he also made mention of plundering too; but did not mention of a thin having value. Ibn Shihab said: Saeed Bin AlMusayib and Abu Salama narrated this hadith on the authority of Abu Huraira a hadith like that of Abu Bakr with the exception of the mention of plundering. SunanAbuDawoud-017-001-29752		Narrated A man of the Ansar: Kulayb reported from a man of the Ansar. He said: We went out with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on a journey. The people suffered from intense need and strain. They gained booty and then plundered it. While our pots were boiling the Messenger of Allah ﷺ came walking with his bow touching the ground. He turned over our pots with his bow and smeared the meat with the soil; and said: Plunder is more unlawful than carrion; or he said: Carrion is more unlawful than plunder.
