SahihAlBukhari-017-001-3817Narrated Jabir Bin Abdullah: Allah Messenger ﷺ once said to me; If the revenue of Bahrain came; I would give you this much and this much. When Allah Messenger ﷺ had died; the revenue of Bahrain came; and Abu Bakr announced; Let whoever was promised something by Allah Messenger ﷺ come to me. So; I went to Abu Bakr and said; Allah Messenger ﷺ said to me; If the revenue of Bahrain came; I would give you this much and this. much. On that Abu Bakr said to me; Scoop money with both your hands. I scooped money with both my hands and Abu Bakr asked me to count it. I counted it and it was five-hundred gold pieces. The total amount he gave me was one thousand and five hundred gold pieces. Narrated Anas: Money from Bahrain was brought to the Prophet ﷺ. He said; Spread it in the Masjid. It was the biggest amount that had ever been brought to Allah Messenger ﷺ. In the meantime AlAbbas came to him and said; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! Give me; for I gave the ransom of myself and Aqil. The Prophet said to him ; Take. He scooped money with both hands and poured it in his garment and tried to lift it; but he could not and appealed to the Prophet; Will you order someone to help me in lifting it? The Prophet ﷺ said; No. Then AlAbbas said; Then will you yourself help me carry it? The Prophet ﷺ said; No. Then AlAbbas threw away some of the money; but even then he was not able to lift it; and so he gain requested the Prophet ﷺ Will you order someone to help me carry it? The Prophet said; No. Then AlAbbas said; Then will you yourself yelp me carry it? The Prophet ﷺ said; No. So; AlAbbas threw away some more money and lifted it on his shoulder and went away. The Prophet ﷺ kept on looking at him with astonishment at his greediness till he went out of our sight. Allah Messenger ﷺ did not get up from there till not a single Dirham remained from that money. The Chapter on Hand Gestures Scoop in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on To whom should the Fai and the Jizya be distributed in Sahih AlBukhari
SahihAlBukhari-017-001-6710Narrated Jabir Bin Abdullah: Allah Messenger ﷺ said to me; If the revenue of AlBahrain should come; I will give you so much and so much; repeating so much thrice. But the revenue of AlBahrain did not come till Allah Messenger ﷺ had died. When the revenue came during the rule of Abu Bakr. Abu Bakr ordered an announcer to announce; Whoever had any debt or promise due upon the Prophet; should present himself to me i.e. Abu Bakr. I came to Abu Bakr and informed him that the Prophet ﷺ had said to me ; If the revenue of AlBahrain should come; I will give you so-much and so much; repeating so much thrice. So Abu Bakr gave me in another narration Jaibir said;. I met Abu Bakr after that and asked him to give me what the Prophet ﷺ had promised me but he did not give me. I again went to him but he did not give me. I again went to him for the third time but he did not give me; On that I said to him; I came to you but you did not give me; then I came to you and you did not give me; and then again I came to you; but you did not give me; so you should either give me or else you are like a miserly to me; on that; Abu Bakr said; Do you say; You are like a miserly to me? There is no worse disease than miserliness. Abu Bakr said it thrice and added; Whenever I refused to give you; I had the intention of giving you. In another narration Jabir Bin Abdullah said; I went to Abu Bakr and he gave me a handful of money and told me to count it; I counted and found it five-hundred; and then Abu Bakr said to me ; Take the same amount twice. The Chapter on Hand Gestures Scoop in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on The story of Oman and AlBahrain in Sahih AlBukhari

SunanAbuDawoud-017-001-29243Narrated Umar Ibn Abd AlAziz: AlMughirah Ibn Shubah said: Umar Ibn Abd AlAziz gathered the family of Marwan when he was made caliph; and he said: Fadak belonged to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ; and he made contributions from it; showing repeated kindness to the poor of the Banu Hashim from it; and supplying from it the cost of marriage for those who were unmarried. Fatimah asked him to give it to her; but he refused. That is how matters stood during the lifetime of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ till he passed on i.e. died. When Abu Bakr was made ruler he administered it as the Prophet ﷺ had done in his lifetime till he passed on. Then when Umar Ibn AlKhattab was made ruler he administered it as they had done till he passed on. Then it was given to Marwan as a fief; and it afterwards came to Umar Ibn Abd AlAziz. Umar Ibn Abd AlAziz said: I consider I have no right to something which the Messenger of Allah ﷺ refused to Fatimah; and I call you to witness that I have restored it to its former condition; meaning in the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.Abu Dawud said: When Umar Bin Abd AlAziz was made caliph its revenue was forty thousand dinars; and when he died its revenue was four hundred dinars. Had he remained alive; it would have been less than it.The Chapter on Life And Death And Caliph in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on Regarding Allocating A Special Portion For The Messenger Of Allah From Wealth in Sunan Abu Dawoud
