SahihMuslim-017-001-22829Aisha Allah be pleased with her reported: We went with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ during the year of the Farewell Pilgrimage. I put on Ihram for Umra and did not bring the sacrificial animal. The Apostle of Allah ﷺ said: He who has the sacrihcial animal with him should enter into the state of Ihram for Hajj along with Umra; and. he should not put the Ihram off till he has completed both of them. She Hadrat Aisha said: The monthly period began. When it was the night of Arafa; I said to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ : I entered into the state of Ihram for Umra. but now how should I perform the Hajj? Thereupon he said: Undo your hair and comb them; and desist from performing Umra; and put on Ihram for Hajj She Aisha; said: When I had completed my Hajj he commanded Abdulrahman Bin Abu Bakr to carry me behind him on boneback in order to enable me to resume the rituals of Umra from Tanim; the place where I abandoned its rituals. The Chapter on Alihram In Alhajj in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on 17 in Sahih Muslim
SahihMuslim-017-001-22839Aisha Allah be pleased with her reported: We proceeded with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ putting on the Ihram for Hajj during the months of Hajj and the night of Hajj till we encamped at Sarif. He the Holy Prophet went to his Companions and said: He who has no sacrificial animal with him; in his case I wish that he should perform Umra with this Ihram ; and he who has the sacrificial animal with him should not do it. So some of them performed Hajj whereas others who had no sacrificial animals with them did not do Hajj; but performed only Umra. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ had a sacrificial animal with him and those too who could afford it performed Hajj. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came to me i. e. Aisha while I was weeping; and he said: What makes you weep? I said: I heard your talk with Companions about Umra. He said: What has happened to you? I said: I do not observe prayer due to the monthly period ; whereupon he said: It would not harm you; you should perform during this time the rituals of Hajj which you can do outside the House. Maybe Allah will compensate you for this. You are one among the daughters of Adam and Allah has ordained for you as He has ordained for them. So I proceeded on with the rituals of Hajj till we came to Mina. I washed myself and then circumambulated the House; and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ encamped at Muhassab and called; Abdulrahman Bin Abu Bakr. and said: Take out your sister from the precincts of the Kaba in order to put on Ihram for Umra and circumambulate the House. and I shall wait for you here. She said: So I went out and put on Ihram and then circumambulated the House; and ran between AlSafa and AlMarwa; and then we came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and he was in his house in the middle of the night. He said: Have you completed your rituals ? I said: Yes. He then announced to his Companions to march on. He came out; and went to the House and circumambulated it before the dawn prayer and then proceeded to Medina. The Chapter on The Kabbah In Alahjj in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on 17 in Sahih Muslim
SahihMuslim-017-001-22850Aisha Allah be pleased with her reported that she put on Ihram for; Umra and arrived at Mecca but did not circumambulate the House as she had entered in the period of menses; and then put on Ihram for Hajj and performed all the rituals concerning it except circumambulating the House. The Apostle of Allah ﷺ said to her on the day of march when pilgrims come to Mina : Your circumambulation would suffice both Hajj and Umra. She; however; felt reluctant. Thereupon the Prophet ﷺ sent her with Abdulrahman to Tanim and she performed Umra with separate rituals after Hajj. The Chapter on The Kabbah In Alahjj in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on 17 in Sahih Muslim

SunanAlNasai-017-001-16142It was narrated from Jabir that: when the Prophet came back from the Umrah of AlJirranah; he sent Abu Bakr to lead the Hajj. We wnet the him until; when he was in AlUrj; the Iqamah for Subh was said; and he stood up to say the Takbir while he heard the grunting of a camel behind him; and he did not say the Takbir. He said: This is the grunting of the camel of the Messenger of Allah has had second thoughts about the Hajj; and may be he is here; and we will pray with him. But it was Ali on the camel. Abu Bakr said to him: Have you come as a leader or as messenger? He said: No; as a messenger; sent by the Messenger of Allah with a declaration of innocence to recite it to the people in the stations of Hajj. So we came to makkah and one day before the day of AlTarwiyah Abu Bakr; may Allah be pleased with him; stood up and addressed the people telling them about their rituals. When he finished; Ali; may Allah be pleased with him; stood up and recited the declaration of innocence to the people until he finished it. Then we went out with hm and on the day of Arafat. Abu Bakr stood up and addressed people; telling them about rituals. When he finished; Ali; may Allah be pleased with him; stood up and recited the declaration of innocence to the people until he finished it. Then on the day of Sacrifice; we departed Ifadah and when Abu Bakr came back; eh addressed the people; telling them about their departure Ifadah ; sacrifice and rituals. When he finished; Ali; may Allah be pleased with him; stood up and recited the declaration of innocence to the people until he finished it. On the first day of AlNafr The 12th of Dhu AlHijja ; Abu Bakr stood up and addressed the people; telling them how to offer their sacrifice and how to stone the Jamrat; and teaching them their rituals. When he had finished; Ali; may Allah be pleased with him; stood up and recited the declaration of innocence to the people until he finished it. Daif Abu Abdulrahman AlNasai said: Ibn Khuthaim is not strong in Hadith; and I only narrated this so it would not be considered to be from Ibn Juraij from Abu AlZubai. And we did not write it except from Ishaq Bin Rahuyah Bin Ibrahm. And yahya Bin Saeed AlQattan did not abandon the narrations of Ibn Khuthaim; or dod Abd AlRahamn. However; Ali Bin AlMadini said: Ibn Khuthaim is Munkar in Hadith; and Ali Bin AlMadini is more knowledgeable of Hadith. The Chapter on Hajj Altamattu in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on Khutbah Before The Day Of AtTarwiyah in Sunan AlNasai

MuwataMalik-017-001-35385Yahya related to me from Malik from Umara Ibn Yasar that Ata Ibn Yasar told him that Abu Ayoub AlAnsari had told him; We used to sacrifice one sheep; and a man sacrificed for himself and his family. Then later on people began to compete with each other and it became boasting. Malik said; The best that I have heard about a single camel; cow or sheep; is that a man should sacrifice a camel for himself and his family. He sacrifices a cow or sheep which he owns for his family; and shares with them in it. It is disapproved for a group of people to buy a camel; cow or sheep; to share for the ritual and sacrifices; each man giving a share of its price; and taking a share of its meat. We have heard the tradition that people do not share in the ritual. However; it may be that the people of one household can share. The Chapter on Animal Sacrifice And Cows in HodHood Indexing, The Book of Jihad in Muwata Malik
MuwataMalik-017-001-35855Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi from Abdullah Ibn Umar that Umar Ibn AlKhattab said; No-one should leave the hajj until he has done tawaf of the House; and tawaf of the House is the final rite. Malik said; commenting about Umar Ibn AlKhattab saying tawaf of the House is the final rite; In our opinion; and Allah knows best; that is because Allah; the Blessed and Exalted; says; Whoever exalts the rituals of Allah - that is from the taqwa of the hearts Surat 22 ayat 32 ; and He says; Then their halal place of sacrifice is at the Ancient House; and the place of all the rituals and where they end is therefore at the Ancient House. The Chapter on House And Tawaf in HodHood Indexing, The Book of Business Transactions in Muwata Malik
MuwataMalik-017-001-36120Yahya related to me from Malik that Said Ibn Abdulrahman Ibn Ruqash said; I saw Anas Ibn Malik come and squat and urinate. Then water was brought and he did Ablution. He washed his face; then his arms to the elbows; and then he wiped his head and wiped over his leather socks. Then he came to the Masjid and prayed. Yahya said that Malik was asked whether a man who did Ablution for prayerand then put on his leather socks; and then urinated and took them off and put them back on again; should begin Ablution afresh. Malik replied; He should take off his socks and wash his feet. Only someone who puts on leather socks when his feet are already ritually purified by Ablution can wipe over them. Someone who puts on leather socks when his feet are not ritually purified by Ablution; should not wipe over them. Yahya said that Malik was asked about a man who did Ablution with his leather socks on and forgot to wipe over them until the water was dry and he had prayed; and he said; He should wipe over his socks and repeat the prayer but not repeat Ablution. Malik was asked about a man who washed his feet and put on his leather socks and then started doing Ablution; and he said; He should take off his socks and do Ablution and wash his feet. The Chapter on Personal Hygiene Ablution in HodHood Indexing, The Book of Burials in Muwata Malik
