And the most beloved things with which My slave comes nearer to Me; is what I have enjoined upon him; and My slave keeps on coming closer to Me through performing Nawafil praying or doing extra deeds besides what is obligatory till I love him; so I become his sense of hearing with which he hears; and his sense of sight with which he sees; and his hand with which he grips; and his leg with which he walks; and if he asks Me; I will give him; and if he asks My protection Refuge ; I will protect him; i.e. give him My Refuge and I do not hesitate to do anything as I hesitate to take the soul of the believer; for he hates death; and I hate to disappoint him. | The Chapter on Love And Emotions Allah The Sublime in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on The humility or modesty or lowliness in Sahih AlBukhari

SahihAlBukhari-017-001-3611 | Narrated Asma bint Abu Bakr: When AlZubair married me; he had no real property or any slave or anything else except a camel which drew water from the well; and his horse. I used to feed his horse with fodder and drew water and sew the bucket for drawing it; and prepare the dough; but I did not know how to bake bread. So our Ansari neighbors used to bake bread for me; and they were honorable ladies. I used to carry the date stones on my head from AlZubair land given to him by Allah Messenger ﷺ and this land was two third Farsakh about two miles from my house. One day; while I was coming with the date stones on my head; I met Allah Messenger ﷺ along with some Ansari people. He called me and then; directing his camel to kneel down said; Ikh! Ikh! so as to make me ride behind him on his camel. I felt shy to travel with the men and remembered AlZubair and his sense of Ghira; as he was one of those people who had the greatest sense of Ghira. Allah Messenger ﷺ noticed that I felt shy; so he proceeded. I came to AlZubair and said; I met Allah Messenger ﷺ while I was carrying a load of date stones on my head; and he had some companions with him. He made his camel kneel down so that I might ride; but I felt shy in his presence and remembered your sense of Ghira See the glossary. On that AlZubair said; By Allah; your carrying the date stones and you being seen by the Prophet ﷺ in such a state is more shameful to me than your riding with him. I continued serving in this way till Abu Bakr sent me a servant to look after the horse; whereupon I felt as if he had set me free. | The Chapter on Good Manners And Ghira in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on AlGhaira ie honour prestige or selfrespect in Sahih AlBukhari |

SahihMuslim-017-001-18529 | It is narrated on the authority of Abdullah Bin Umar that the Messenger of Allah observed: O womenfolk; you should give charity and ask much forgiveness for I saw you in bulk amongst the dwellers of Hell. A wise lady among them said: Why is it; Messenger of Allah; that our folk is in bulk in Hell? Upon this the Prophet observed: You curse too much and are ungrateful to your spouses. I have seen none lacking in common sense and failing in religion but at the same time robbing the wisdom of the wise; besides you. Upon this the woman remarked: What is wrong with our common sense and with religion? He the Holy Prophet observed: Your lack of common sense can be well judged from the fact that the evidence of two women is equal to one man; that is a proof of the lack of common sense; and you spend some nights and days in which you do not offer prayer and in the month of Ramadan during the days you do not observe fast; that is a failing in religion. | The Chapter on Wealth And Fasting in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on 34 in Sahih Muslim
SahihMuslim-017-001-19421 | Abdullah Bin Masud reported: Evil one is he who is evil in the womb of his mother and the good one is he who takes a lesson from the fate of others. The narrator came to a person from amongst the Companions of Allah Messenger ﷺ who was called Hudhaifa Bin Usaid Ghifari and said: How can a person be an evil one without committing an evil deed? Thereupon the person said to him: You are surprised at this; whereas I have heard Allah Messenger ﷺ as saying: When forty-two nights pass after the semen gets into the womb; Allah sends the angel and gives him shape. Then he creates his sense of hearing; sense of sight; his skin; his flesh; his bones; and then says: My Lord; would he be male or female? And your Lord decides as He desires and the angel then puts down that also and then says: My Lord; what about his age? And your Lord decides as He likes it and the angel puts it down. Then he says: My Lord; what about his livelihood? And then the Lord decides as He likes and the angel writes it down; and then the angel gets out with his scroll of destiny in his hand and nothing is added to it and nothing is subtracted from it. | The Chapter on Angeles And Good Deeds And Day Of Hell Fire in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on 1 in Sahih Muslim |
