SahihAlBukhari-017-001-1488 | Narrated Jabir Bin Abdullah: The Prophet ﷺ said; Whoever has eaten garlic or onion; should keep away from us; or should keep away from our Masjid and should stay at home. Ibn Wahb said; Once a plate full of cooked vegetables was brought to the Prophet ﷺ at Badr. Detecting a bad smell from it; he asked about the dish and was informed of the kinds of vegetables in contained. He then said; Bring it near; and so it was brought near to one of his companions who was with him. When the Prophet ﷺ saw it; he disliked eating it and said to his companion ; Eat; for I talk in secret to ones whom you do not talk to. | The Chapter on Rain And Clouds And Mountains in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on The laws inferred from certain evidences and the meaning of an evidence in Sahih AlBukhari
SahihAlBukhari-017-001-2128 | Narrated Abu Saeed AlKhudri: Allah Messenger ﷺ said; The thing I am afraid of most for your sake; is the worldly blessings which Allah will bring forth to you. It was said; What are the blessings of this world? The Prophet ﷺ said; The pleasures of the world. A man said; Can the good bring forth evil? The Prophet ﷺ kept quiet for a while till we thought that he was being inspired divinely. Then he started removing the sweat from his forehead and said; Where is the questioner? That man said; I am present. Abu Saeed added: We thanked the man when the result of his question was such. The Prophet ﷺ said; Good never brings forth but good. This wealth of the world is like green and sweet fruit ; and all the vegetation which grows on the bank of a stream either kills or nearly kills the animal that eats too much of it; except the animal that eats the Khadira a kind of vegetation. Such an animal eats till its stomach is full and then it faces the sun and starts ruminating and then it passes out dung and urine and goes to eat again. This worldly wealth is like sweet fruit ; and if a person earns it the wealth in a legal way and spends it properly; then it is an excellent helper; and whoever earns it in an illegal way; he will be like the one who eats but is never satisfied. | The Chapter on Wealth And Satisfaction in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on The warning regarding worldly pleasures amusements and competing against each other in Sahih AlBukhari
SahihAlBukhari-017-001-6135 | Narrated Abu Mousa: The Prophet ﷺ said; The example of guidance and knowledge with which Allah has sent me is like abundant rain falling on the earth; some of which was fertile soil that absorbed rain water and brought forth vegetation and grass in abundance. And another portion of it was hard and held the rain water and Allah benefited the people with it and they utilized it for drinking; making their animals drink from it and for irrigation of the land for cultivation. And a portion of it was barren which could neither hold the water nor bring forth vegetation then that land gave no benefits. The first is the example of the person who comprehends Allah religion and gets benefit from the knowledge which Allah has revealed through me the Prophets and learns and then teaches others. The last example is that of a person who does not care for it and does not take Allah guidance revealed through me He is like that barren land. | The Chapter on Farming And Irrigation And Earth in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on The superiority of a person who learns Islam becomes a religious scholar and then teaches it to others in Sahih AlBukhari

He was told all the names of the vegetables that were in it. The Prophet ﷺ ordered that it should be brought near to some of his companions who were with him. SahihMuslim-017-001-17940 | It has been narrated through another chain of transmitters on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: When you travel through a land where there is plenty of vegetation; you should go slow and give the camels a chance to enjoy the benefit of the earth. When you travel through a land where there is scarcity of vegetation; you should hasten with them so that you may be able to cross that land while your animals ore still in a good condition of health. When you make a halt for the night; avoid doing so on the road; for the tracks are the pathways of wild beasts or the abode of noxious little animals. | The Chapter on Farming And Irrigation And Harvest in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on 54 in Sahih Muslim
SahihMuslim-017-001-22059 | Abu Said AlKhudri reported: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was sitting on the pulpit and we were sitting around him; and he said: What I am afraid of in regard to you after my death is that there would be opened for you the adornments of the world and its beauties. A person said: Messenger of Allah; does good produce evil? The Messenger of Allah ﷺ remained silent. And it was said to him the man who had asked the question from the Holy Prophet : What Is the matter with you; that you speak with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ but he does not speak with you? We thought as if revelation was descending upon him. He regained himself and wiped the sweat from him and said: He was the inquirer and his style of expression showed as if he praised him and then added : Verily good does not produce evil. Whatever the spring rainfall causes to grow kills or is about to kill; but that animal which feeds on vegetation. It eats till its flanks are filled; it faces the sun and dungs and urinates. and then returns to eat. And this Wealth is a sweet vegetation; and it is a good companion for a Muslim who gives out of it to the needy; to the orphan. to the wayfarer; or something like that as the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: He who takes it without his right is like one who eats but does not feel satisfied; and it would stand witness against him on the Day of judgment. | The Chapter on Communication The Prophet Asking The Companions in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on 41 in Sahih Muslim
