SahihAlBukhari-017-001-2688 | Narrated Abdullah Bin Umar: Umar Bin AlKhattab set out with Allah Messenger ﷺ ; and a group of his companions to Ibn saiyad. They found him playing with the boys in the fort or near the Hillocks of Bani Maghala. Ibn saiyad was nearing his puberty at that time; and he did not notice the arrival of the Prophet ﷺ till Allah Apostle stroked him on the back with his hand and said; Do you testify that I am Allah Messenger ﷺ ? Ibn saiyad looked at him and said; I testify that you are the Apostle of the unlettered ones illiterates. Then Ibn saiyad said to the Prophets. Do you testify that I am Allah Messenger ﷺ ? The Prophet denied that; saying; I believe in Allah and all His Apostles; and then said to Ibn saiyad ; What do you see? Ibn saiyad said; True people and liars visit me. The Prophet ﷺ said; You have been confused as to this matter. Allah Messenger ﷺ added; I have kept something for you in my mind. Ibn saiyad said; AlDukh. The Prophet ﷺ said; Ikhsa you should be ashamed for you can not cross your limits. Umar said; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! Allow me to chop off h is neck. Allah Apostle said to Umar. Should this person be him i.e. AlDajjal then you cannot over-power him; and should he be someone else; then it will be no use your killing him. Abdullah Bin Umar added: Later on Allah Messenger ﷺ and Ubai Bin Kaab AlAnsari once again went to the garden in which Ibn saiyad was present. When Allah Messenger ﷺ entered the garden; he started hiding behind the trunks of the date-palms intending to hear something from Ibn saiyad before the latter could see him. Ibn saiyad was Lying on his bed; covered with a velvet sheet from where his mumur were heard. Ibn saiyad mother saw the Prophet and said; O Saf the nickname of Ibn saiyad ! Here is Muhammad! Ibn saiyad stopped his murmuring. The Prophet ﷺ said; If his mother had kept quiet; then I would have learnt more about him. Abdullah added: Allah Messenger ﷺ stood up before the people delivering a sermon ; and after praising and glorifying Allah as He deserved; he mentioned the AlDajjal saying; I warn you against him; and there has been no prophet but warned his followers against him. SahihAlBukhari-017-001-6729 | Narrated Ibn Umar: We were talking about Hajjat AlWada; while the Prophet ﷺ was amongst us. We did not know what Hajjat AlWada signified. The Prophet ﷺ praised Allah and then mentioned AlMasih AlDajjal and described him extensively; saying; Allah did not send any prophet but that prophet warned his nation of AlMasih AlDajjal. Noah and the prophets following him warned their people of him. He will appear amongst you O Muhammad followers ; and if it happens that some of his qualities may be hidden from you; but your Lord State is clear to you and not hidden from you. The Prophet ﷺ said it thrice. Verily; your Lord is not blind in one eye; while he i.e. AlDajjal is blind in the right eye which looks like a grape bulging out of its cluster. No doubt;! Allah has made your blood and your properties sacred to one another like the sanctity of this day of yours; in this town of yours; in this month of yours. The Prophet ﷺ added: No doubt! SahihMuslim-017-001-19224 | Abdullah Bin Umar reported: Umar Bin AlKhattab went along with Allah Messenger ﷺ in the company of some persons to Ibn Sayad that he found him playing with children near the battlement of Bani Maghala and Ibn Sayad was at that time just at the threshold of adolescence and he did not perceive the presence of Holy Prophet until Allah Messenger ﷺ struck his back with his hands. Allah Messenger ﷺ said: Ibn Sayad; dont you bear witness that I am the messenger of Allah? Ibn Sayad looked toward him and he said: I bear witness to the fact that you the messenger of the unlettered. Ibn Sayad said to the Allah Messenger ﷺ : Do you bear witness to the fact that I am the messenger of Allah? Allah Messenger ﷺ rejected this and said: I affirm my faith in Allah and in His messengers. Then Allah Messenger ﷺ said to him: What do you see? Ibn Sayad said: It is a Dukh. Thereupon Allah Messenger ﷺ said: May you be disgraced and dishonoured; you would not not be able to go beyond your rank. Umar Bin AlKhattab said: Allah Messenger; permit me that I should strike his neck. Thereupon Allah Messenger ﷺ said: If he is the same Dajjal who would appear near the Last Hour; you would not be able to overpower him; and if he is not that there is no good for you to kill him. Abdullah Bin Umar further narrated that after some time Allah Messenger ﷺ and Ubay Bin Kaab went towards the palm trees where Ibn Sayad was. When Allah Messenger ﷺ went near the tree he hid himself behind a tree with the intention of hearing something from Ibn sayad before Ibn Sayad could see him; but Allah Messenger ﷺ saw him on a bed with a blanket around him from which a murmuring sound was being heard and Ibn Sayad mother saw Allah Messenger ﷺ behind the trunk of the palm tree. She said to Ibn Sayad: Saf that being his name ; here is Muhammad. Thereupon Ibn Sayad jumped up murmuring and Allah Messenger ﷺ said: If she had left him alone he would have made things clear. Abdullah Bin Umar told that Allah Messenger ﷺ stood up amongst the people and lauded Allah as He deserved; then he made a mention of the Dajjal and said: I warn you of him and there is no Prophet who has not warned his people against the Dajjal. Even Noah warned against him but I am going to tell you a thing which no Prophet told his people. You must know that he the Dajjal is one-eyed and Allah; the Exalted and Glorious; is not one-eyed.
