Narrated Muhammad Bin Seereen: I sat in a gathering in which the chiefs of the Ansar were present; and Abdulrahman Bin Abu Laila was amongst them. The shorter Surat of women i.e. Surat AlTalaq was revealed after the longer Surat i.e. Surat AlBaqara. i.e. Her Idda is up till she delivers.
