SahihAlBukhari-017-001-1529 | Narrated Abu Said: While the Prophet ﷺ was distributing something; Abdullah Bin Dhi AlKhawaisira AlTamimi came and said; Be just; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! The Prophet ﷺ said; Woe to you ! Who would be just if I were not? Umar Bin AlKhattab said; Allow me to cut off his neck ! The Prophet ﷺ said; Leave him; for he has companions; and if you compare your prayers with their prayers and your fasting with theirs; you will look down upon your prayers and fasting; in comparison to theirs. Yet they will go out of the religion as an arrow darts through the game body in which case; if the Qudhadh of the arrow is examined; nothing will be found on it; and when its Nasl is examined; nothing will be found on it; and then its Nadiyi is examined; nothing will be found on it. The arrow has been too fast to be smeared by dung and blood. The sign by which these people will be recognized will be a man whose one hand or breast will be like the breast of a woman or like a moving piece of flesh. These people will appear when there will be differences among the people Muslims. Abu Saeed added: I testify that I heard this from the Prophet ﷺ and also testify that Ali killed those people while I was with him. The man with the description given by the Prophet ﷺ was brought to Ali. The following Verses were revealed in connection with that very person i.e.; Abdullah Bin Dhi AlKhawaisira AlTarnimi : And among them are men who accuse you O Muhammad in the matter of the distribution of the alms. 9.58 | The Chapter on Good Manners And Ghira in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on Whoever gave up fighting against AlKhawarij in order to create intimacy in Sahih AlBukhari
SahihAlBukhari-017-001-4229 | Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet ﷺ said; None spoke in cradle but three: The first was Jesus; the second was ; there a man from Bani Israel called Juraij. While he was offering his prayers; his mother came and called him. He said to himself ; Shall I answer her or keep on praying? He went on praying and did not answer her; his mother said; O Allah! Do not let him die till he sees the faces of prostitutes. So while he was in his hermitage; a lady came and sought to seduce him; but he refused. So she went to a shepherd and presented herself to him to commit illegal sexual intercourse with her and then later she gave birth to a child and claimed that it belonged to Juraij. The people; therefore; came to him and dismantled his hermitage and expelled him out of it and abused him. Juraij performed the ablution and offered prayer; and then came to the child and said; O child! Who is your father? The child replied; The shepherd. After hearing this the people said; We shall rebuild your hermitage of gold; but he said; No; of nothing but mud. The third was the hero of the following story A lady from Bani Israel was nursing her child at her breast when a handsome rider passed by her. She said; O Allah ! Make my child like him. On that the child left her breast; and facing the rider said; O Allah! Do not make me like him. The child then started to suck her breast again. Abu Huraira further said; As if I were now looking at the Prophet ﷺ sucking his finger in way of demonstration. After a while the people passed by; with a lady slave and she i.e. the child mother said; O Allah! Do not make my child like this slave girl !; On that the child left her breast and said; O Allah! Make me like her. When she asked why; the child replied; The rider is one of the tyrants while this slave girl is falsely accused of theft and illegal sexual intercourse. | The Chapter on Fornication And Adultery And Family in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on The Statement of Allah Taala And mention in the Book the story of Maryam in Sahih AlBukhari

When Allah Messenger ﷺ returned to his camp and when the pagans returned to their camp; somebody talked about a man amongst the companions of Allah Messenger ﷺ who would follow and kill with his sword any pagan going alone. He said; Nobody did his job i.e. fighting so properly today as that man. Allah Messenger ﷺ said; Indeed; he is amongst the people of the Hell Fire. A man amongst the people said; I shall accompany him to watch what he does Thus he accompanied him; and wherever he stood; he would stand with him; and wherever he ran; he would run with him. Then the brave man got wounded seriously and he decided to bring about his death quickly. He planted the blade of the sword in the ground directing its sharp end towards his chest between his two breasts. Then he leaned on the sword and killed himself. The other man came to Allah Messenger ﷺ and said; I testify that you are Allah Messenger ﷺ. The Prophet ﷺ asked; What has happened? He replied; It is about the man whom you had described as one of the people of the Hell Fire. The people were greatly surprised at what you said; and I said; I will find out his reality for you. So; I came out seeking him. He got severely wounded; and hastened to die by slanting the blade of his sword in the ground directing its sharp end towards his chest between his two breasts. Then he eased on his sword and killed himself. when Allah Messenger ﷺ said; A man may seem to the people as if he were practising the deeds of the people of Paradise while in fact he is from the people of the Hell Fire; another may seem to the people as if he were practicing the deeds of the people of Hell Fire ; while in fact he is from the people of Paradise. | The Chapter on Good Manners And Deeds in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on Do not say that soandso is a martyr in Sahih AlBukhari

After saying that; the person retreated and sat by the side of the pillar; I followed him and sat beside him; and I did not know who he was. I said to him; I think the people disliked what you had said. He said; These people do not understand anything; although my friend told me. I asked; Who is your friend? He said; The Prophet ﷺ said to me ; O Abu Dhar! Do you see the mountain of Uhud? And on that I Abu Dhar started looking towards the sun to judge how much remained of the day as I thought that Allah Messenger ﷺ wanted to send me to do something for him and I said; Yes! He said; I do not love to have gold equal to the mountain of Uhud unless I spend it all in Allah cause except three Dinars pounds. These people do not understand and collect worldly wealth. No; by Allah; Neither I ask them for worldly benefits nor am I in need of their religious advice till I meet Allah; The Honorable; The Majestic. | The Chapter on Standing For Prayers And Quraish in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on A property from which the Zakat is paid is not AlKanz hoardedmoney in Sahih AlBukhari
SahihAlBukhari-017-001-6546 | Narrated Sahl Bin Saad As Saidi: Allah Messenger ﷺ and his army encountered the pagans and the two armies.;; fought and then Allah Apostle returned to his army camps and the others i.e. the enemy returned to their army camps. Amongst the companions of the Prophet ﷺ there was a man who could not help pursuing any single isolated pagan to strike him with his sword. Somebody said; None has benefited the Muslims today more than so-and-so. On that Allah Messenger ﷺ said; He is from the people of the Hell-Fire certainly. A man amongst the people i.e. Muslims said; I will accompany him to know the fact. So he went along with him; and whenever he stopped he stopped with him; and whenever he hastened; he hastened with him. The brave man then got wounded severely; and seeking to die at once; he planted his sword into the ground and put its point against his chest in between his breasts; and then threw himself on it and committed suicide. On that the person who was accompanying the deceased all the time came to Allah Messenger ﷺ and said; I testify that you are the Messenger of Allah. The Prophet ﷺ said; Why is that what makes you say so ? He said It is concerning the man whom you have already mentioned as one of the dwellers of the Hell-Fire. The people were surprised by your statement; and I said to them; I will try to find out the truth about him for you. So I went out after him and he was then inflicted with a severe wound and because of that; he hurried to bring death upon himself by planting the handle of his sword into the ground and directing its tip towards his chest between his breasts; and then he threw himself over it and committed suicide. Allah Messenger ﷺ then said; A man may do what seem to the people as the deeds of the dwellers of Paradise but he is from the dwellers of the Hell-Fire and another may do what seem to the people as the deeds of the dwellers of the Hell- Fire; but he is from the dwellers of Paradise. | The Chapter on Good Manners And Deeds in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on Ghazwa of Khaibar in Sahih AlBukhari

SunanAbuDawoud-017-001-24900 | Aisha wife of the Prophet ﷺ and Umm Salamah said Abu Hudaifah Bin Utbah Bin Rabiah Bin Abd Shams adopted Salim as his son and married him to his niece Hind; daughter of AlWalid Bin Utbah Bin Rabiah. He Salim was the freed slave of a woman from the Ansar the Helpers as the Apostle of Allaah ﷺ adopted Zaid as his son. In pre Islamic days when anyone adopted a man as his son; the people called him by his name and he was given a share from his inheritance. Allaah; the Exalted; revealed about this matter Call them by the name of their fathers; that is juster in the sight of Allaah. And if ye know not their fathers; then they are your brethren in the faith and your clients. They were then called by their names of their fathers. A man; whose father was not known; remained under the protection of someone and considered brother in faith. Sahlah daughter of Suhail Bin Amr AlQuraishi then came and said Apostle of Allaah ﷺ ; we used to consider Salim our son. He dwelled with me and Abu Hudhaifah in the same house; and he saw me in the short clothes; but Allaah the Exalted; has revealed about them what you know; then what is your opinion about him? The Prophet ﷺ said give him your breast feed. She gave him five breast feeds. He then became like her foster son. Hence; Aisha may Allaah be pleased with her used to ask the daughters of her sisters and the daughters of her brethren to give him breast feed five times; whom Aisha wanted to see and who wanted to visit her. Though he might be of age; he then visited her. But Umm Salamah and all other wives of the Prophet ﷺ refused to allow anyone to visit them on the basis of such breast feeding unless one was given breast feed during infancy. They told Aisha by Allaah we do not know whether that was a special concession granted by the Prophet ﷺ to Salim exclusive of the people. | The Chapter on Family And Honor in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on About Who Was Made Prohibited Through Adult Fosterage in Sunan Abu Dawoud
SunanAbuDawoud-017-001-25987 | Abu Maryam said: This man with the crippled hand was on that day with us in the Masjid. We would sit with him by day and by night; and he was a poor man. I saw him attending the meals of Ali ra which he took with the people; and I clothed him with a cloak of mine.Abu Maryam said: The man with the crippled hand was called Nafi Dhu AlThadyah Nafi; man of nipple. He had in his hand something like a female breast with a nipple at it ends like the nipple of the female breast. If had some hair on it like the whiskers of cat.Abu Dawud said: He was known among the people by the name of Harqus. | The Chapter on Good Manners And Merci in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on Fighting Against The Khawarij in Sunan Abu Dawoud
SunanAbuDawoud-017-001-27718 | Nafi said on the authority of Ibn Umar that when he began prayer; he uttered the takbir Allah is most great and raised his hands; and when he bowed he raised his hands ; and when he said: Allah listens to him who praises Him; he raised his hands ; and when he stood up at the end of two rakahs; he raised his hands. He Ibn Umar traced that back to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.Abu Dawud said: What is correct is that the tradition reported by Ibn Umar does not go back to the Prophet may peace beupon him.Abu Dawud said: The narrator Baqiyah reported the first part of this tradition from Ubaid Allah and traced it back to the Prophet ﷺ ; and the narrator AlThaqafi reported it from Ubaid Allah as a statement of Ibn Umar himself not from the Porphet. In this version he said: When he stood at the end of two rakahs he raised them up to his breasts. And this is the correct version.Abu Dawud said: This tradition has been transmitted as a statement of Ibn Umar and not of the Prophet by AlLaith Bin Sad; Malik; Ayoub ; and Ibn Juraij; and this has been narrated as a statement of the Prophet ﷺ by Hammad Bin Salamah alone on the authority of Ayoub. Ayoub and Malik did not mention his raising of hands when he stood after two prostrations; but AlLaith mentioned it in his version. Ibn Juraij said in this version: I asked Nafi: Did Ibn Umar raise his hands higher for the first time? He said: No; I said: Point out to me. He then pointed to the breasts or lower than that. | The Chapter on The Format Of Prostration in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on The Beginning Of The Prayer in Sunan Abu Dawoud |

MuwataMalik-017-001-34854 | Yahya related to me from Malik that he asked Ibn Shihab about the one-eyed man who gouged out the eye of a healthy person. Ibn Shihab said; If the healthy person wants to take retaliation from him; he can have his retaliation. If he prefers; he has blood-money of one thousand dinars; twelve thousand dirhams. Yahya related to me from Malik that he heard that full blood- money was payable for both of a pair of anything in a man that occurred in pairs; and the tongue had full blood-money. The ears; when their hearing departed; had full blood-money; whether or not they were cut off; and a man penis had full blood-money and the testicles had full blood-money. Yahya related to me from Malik that he heard that the breasts of a woman had full blood-money. Malik said; The least of that are the eyebrows and a man breasts. Malik said; What is done in our community when a man is injured in his extremities to an extent that obliges payment of more than the amount of his full blood-money; is that it is his right. If his hands; feet; and eyes are all injured; he has three full blood-moneys. Malik said about the sound eye of a one-eyed man when it is accidentally gouged out; The full blood-money is payable for it. | The Chapter on Money And Inheritance In Crimes And Felonies in HodHood Indexing, The Book of General Subjects in Muwata Malik |
