He had an encounter with Duraid Bin as_Simma. Duraid was killed and Allah gave defeat to his friends. Abu Mousa said: He the Holy Prophet sent me along with Abu Amir and Abu Amir received a wound in his knee from the arrow; shot by a person of Bani Jusham. It stuck in his knee. I went to him and said: Uncle; who shot an arrow upon you? Abu Amir pointed out to Abu Mousa and said: Verily that one who shot an arrow upon me in fact killed me. Abu Mousa said: I followed him with the determination to kill him and overtook him and when he saw me he turned upon his heels. I followed him and I said to him: Dont you feel ashamed that you run ; arent you an Arab? Why dont you stop? He stopped and I had an encounter with him and we exchanged the strokes of swords. I struck him with the sword and killed him. Then I came back to Abu Amir and said: Verily Allah has killed the one who killed you. And he said: Now draw out this arrow. I drew out the arrow and there came out from that wound water. Abu Amir said: My nephew; go to Allah Messenger ﷺ and convey my greetings to him and tell him that Abu Amir begs you to ask forgiveness for him. And Abu Amir appointed me as the chief of the people and he died after a short time. When I came to Allah Apostle ﷺ I visited him and he had been lying on the cot woven by strings and there was no bed over it and so there had been marks of the strings on the back of Allah Messenger ﷺ and on his sides. I narrated to him what had happened to us and narrated to him about Abu Amir and said to him that he had made a request to the effect that forgiveness should be sought for him from Allah. Thereupon Allah Messenger may peace be. upon him called for water and performed ablution with it. He then lifted his hands and said. O Allah; grant pardon to Thy servant Abu Amir. The Prophet had raised his hands so high for supplication that I saw the whiteness of his armpits. He again said: O Allah; grant him distinction amongst the majority of Thine created beings or from amongst the people. I said: Allah Messenger; ask forgiveness for me too. Thereupon Allah Apostle ﷺ said: Allah; forgive the sins of Abdullah Bin Qais Abu Mousa Ashari and admit him to an elevated place on the Day of Resurrection. He then lifted his head towards the sky and it often happened that as he lifted his head towards the sky; he said: The stars are a source of security for the sky and when the stars disappear there comes to the sky; i. e. it meets the same fate as it has been promised it would plunge into darkness. And I am a source of safety and security to my Companions and when I would go away there would fall to the lot of my Companions as they have been promised with and my Companions are a source of security for the Umma and as they would go there would fall to the lot of my Umma as its people have been promised.my Umma as its people have been promised. +

Thereupon he said: Your son sneezed but he did not praise Allah and I did not beg mercy of Allah for him and she sneezed and she praised Allah and so I said: May Allah have mercy upon you; as I heard Allah Messenger ﷺ as saying: When any one of you sneezes he should praise Allah and the other should say: May Allah have mercy upon you; and if he does not praise Allah; no mercy should be begged for him.Allah; no mercy should be begged for him. +

I replied: By him who has sent you with truth; they did not inform me of what they had in their hearts; and I did not know that they would ask for an employment. He said : I have the scene before my eyes that he had his toothstick below his lip which receded. He the prophet said: We will never or will not put in charge of our work anyone who asks for it. But go; ye; Abu Mousa; or Abdullah Bin Qais. He then sent him as a Governor of the Yemen; After him he sent Muadh Bin Jabal. When Muadh came to him; he said: come down ; and he put a cushion for him. He saw that a man was chained with him. He asked : What is this? He replied: He was a Jew and he accepted Islam. He then converted to his religion; an evil religion. He said: I will not sit until he is killed according to the decision of Allah and his Apostle ﷺ. He said: Yes; be seated. He said: I will not sit until he is killed according to the decision of Allah and his Apostle ﷺ. He said it three times. He then commanded for it and he was killed. Both of them then discussed the question of prayer and vigilance at night. One of them; probably Muadh; said : So far as I am concerned; I sleep and I keep vigilance: I keep vigilance and I sleep: I hope for the same reward for my sleep as for my vigilance.e reward for my sleep as for my vigilance. +

He asked them about this matter. They replied Go to Ibn Abbas and Abu Huraira; I have left them with Aisha may Allaah be pleased with her. He then narrated the rest of the tradition.Abu Dawud said The statement of Ibn Abbas goes The divorce by three pronouncements separates the wife from husband whether the marriage has been consummated or not; the previous husband is not lawful for her until she marries a man other than her husband. If the first of you and the last of you; the living among you and the dead among you; the fresh among you and the dry among you were to gather together to help the worst heart of My slaves; that would not diminish a mosquito wing to My sovereignty. ll forgive him; without concern for Me and it will not affect Me. If the first of you and the last of you; the living among you and the dead among you; the fresh among you and the dry among you were to gather together upon one plateau; and each person among them were to ask for his utmost desire; and I were to give each what he asked for; that would not diminish from My sovereignty; except as if one of you were to pass by an ocean and dip a needle into it and then remove it. That is because I am the Most Liberal without need; the Most Generous; doing as I will. I give by My speech and I punish by My speech; whenever I will something I only say: Be and it shall be.something I only say: Be and it shall be. +
