    Kaab Bin Malik reported that he made a demand for the payment of the debt that Ibn Abu Hadrad owed to him. This hadith is narrated through another chain of transmitters and the words are : He had to get the loan from Abdullah Bin Hadrad AlAslami. He met him and pressed him for payment. There was an altercation between them; until their voices became loud. There happened to pass by them Allah Messenger ﷺ and he said: O Kaab and pointed out with his hand in such a way as he meant half. So he got half of what he Ibn Abu Hadrad owed to him and remitted the half.

When the man whose voice I heard came to me giving me good news; I took off my garments and clothed him. I went on till I entered the Masjid. The Apostle of Allaah ﷺ was sitting there. Talha h Bin Ubaid Allaah stood up and hastened to me till he shook hands with me and greeted me.

When the Prophet ﷺ came to Madeena; its people were intermixed; some of them were Muslims and others polytheists aho worshipped idols and some were Jews. They used to hurt the Prophet ﷺ and his Companions. Then Allaah Most High commanded His Prophet to show patience and forgiveness. So Allaah revealed about them And ye shall certainly hear much that will grieve you from those who receive Book before you. When Kaab Bin AlAshraf refused to desist from hurting the Prophet ﷺ the Prophet ﷺ ordered Sad Bin Muadh to send a band to kill him. He sent Muhammad Bin Maslamah and mentioned the story of his murder. When they killed him; the Jews and the polytheist were frightened. Next day they came to the Prophet ﷺ and said Our Companions were attacked and night and killed. The Prophet ﷺ informed them about that which he would say. The Prophet ﷺ then called them so that he could write a deed of agreement between him and them and they should fulfill its provisions and desist from hurting him. He then wrote a deed of agreement between him and them and the Muslims in general.

    Kaab Bin Ujra Allah be pleased with him reported: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came to me on the occasion of Hudaibiya and I was kindling fire under my cooking pot and lice were creeping on my face. Thereupon he the Holy Prophet said: Do the vermins harm your head? I said: Yes. He said: Get your head shaved and in lieu of it observe fasts for three days or feed six needy persons; or offer sacrifice of an animal. Ayoub said: I do not know with what type of expiation did he commence the statement.

    Kaab Bin Ujra Allah be pleased with him reported that he went out with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in the state of Ihram; and his Kabs head and beard were infested with lice. This was conveyed to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He sent for him Kaab and called a barber who shaved his head. He the Holy Prophet said. Is there any sacrificial animal with you? He Kalb said: I cannot afford it. He then commanded him to observe fasts for three days or feed six needy persons; one sa for every two needy persons. And Allah the Exalted and Majestic revealed this verse particular with regard to him: So whosoever among you is sick and has an ailment of the head.. ; then its application became general for the Muslims.

Thereupon the Holy Prophet said: Do these vermin trouble you? He Kaab said: Yes. The Messenger of Allah way ﷺ said: Shave your head and give some quantity of food enough to feed six needy persons faraq is equal to three sas ; or observe fast for three days or offer sacrifice of a sacrificial animal. Ibn Najih one of the narrators said: Or sacrifice a goat.

There is no flesh raised that sprouts from the unlawful except that the Fire is more appropriate for it.

So Allaah; the exalted revealed these verses about me. And whoever among you is sick or hath an aliment of the head. The Apostle of Allaah ﷺ called me and said Shave your head and fast three days or give a faraq of raisins to six poor men or sacrifice a goat. So; I shaved my head and sacrificed.

And amongst us were those who spent life in such a state of piety and austerity that nothing consumed their reward. mousab Bin Umair was one of them. He was killed on the Day of Uhud; and nothing but a woollen cloak was found to shroud him. When we covered his head with it; his feet became uncovered; and when we covered his feet; his head was uncovered. Upon this the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Place it this cloak on the side of his head and cover his feet with grass. And there is one amongst us for whom the fruit is ripened and he enjoys it.

I said: I would never belie Muhammad until you die and you are again raised up. He said: When I would be raised up after death; I would repay your debt when I would get my property and children back. Waki said: This is how AlAmash has narrated and it was on this occasion that this verse was revealed: Hast thou seen him who disbelieves in Our message and says: I shall certainly be given wealth and children xix; 77 up to he would come to Us alone xix; 80.

He sat aright turning red in his face and said A man before you i.e.; in ancient times was caught and a pit was dug for him in the earth and then a saw was brought placed on his head and it was broken into two pieces but that did not turn him away from his religion. They were combed in iron combs in flesh and sinews above the bones. Even that did not turn them away from their religion. I swear by Allaah; Allaah will accomplish this affair until a rider will travel between Sana and Hadramaut and he will not fear anyone except Allaah; Most High nor will he fear the attack of a wolf on his sheep; but you are making haste.

    Khabbab said: We emigrated with the Messenger of Allah; seeking the Face of Allah; the Most High; so our reward became due from Allah. Some of us died without enjoying anything of his reward in this world among them is mousab Bin Umair. He was matyred on the day of Uhud and we could not find anything to shroud him in except a Namirah; if we covered his head with it; his feet were uncovered; and if we covered his feet with it; his head became uncovered. The Messenger of Allah told us to cover his head with it and to put Idhkhir over his feet. And for some of us; the fruits of our labor have ripened and we are gathering them.
