    Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah Prophet Solomon who had sixty wives; once said; Tonight I will have sexual relation sleep with all my wives so that each of them will become pregnant and bring forth a boy who will grow into a cavalier and will fight in Allah Cause. So he slept with his wives and none of them conceived and delivered a child except one who brought a half body boy deformed. Allah Prophet said; If Solomon had said; If Allah Will; then each of those women would have delivered a would-be cavalier to fight in Allah Cause. See Hadith No. 74 A; Vol. 4.

  • Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah Prophet said;
    Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah Prophet said; When Allah decrees some order in the heaven; the angels flutter their wings indicating complete surrender to His saying which sounds like chains being dragged on rock. And when the state of fear disappears; they ask each other; What has your Lord ordered? They say that He has said that which is true and just; and He is the Most High; the Most Great. 34.23. Then the stealthy listeners devils hear this order; and these stealthy listeners are like this; one over the other. Sufyan; a sub-narrator demonstrated that by holding his hand upright and separating the fingers. A stealthy listener hears a word which he will convey to that which is below him and the second will convey it to that which is below him till the last of them will convey it to the wizard or foreteller. Sometimes a flame fire may strike the devil before he can convey it; and sometimes he may convey it before the flame fire strikes him; whereupon the wizard adds to that word a hundred lies. The people will then say; Didnt he i.e. magician tell such-and-such a thing on such-and-such date? So that magician is said to have told the truth because of the Statement which has been heard from the heavens.

He said: I have been prohibited from killing people who pray. Abu Usamah said: Naqi is a region near Medina and not a Baqi.

    Narrated Abu Huraira: Amr Ibn Uqaysh had given usurious loans in pre-Islamic period; so he disliked to embrace Islam until he took them. He came on the day of Uhud and asked: Where are my cousins? They the people replied: At Uhud. He asked: Where is so-and-so? They said: At Uhud. He asked: Where is so-and-so? They said: At Uhud. He then put on his coat of mail and rode his horse; he then proceeded towards them. When the Muslims saw him; they said: Keep away; Amir. He said: I have become a believer. He fought until he was wounded. He was then taken to his family wounded. Saad Ibn Muadh came to his sister: Ask him whether he fought out of partisanship; out of anger for them; or out of anger for Allah. He said: Out of anger of Allah and His Apostle. He then died and entered Paradise. He did not offer any prayer for Allah.

  • Narrated Abu Huraira: Anas Ibn Hakim AlDab
    Narrated Abu Huraira: Anas Ibn Hakim AlDabbi said that he feared Ziyad or Ibn Ziyad; so he came to Medina and met Abu Huraira. He attributed his lineage to me and I became a member of his lineage. Abu Huraira said to me : O youth; should I not narrate a tradition to you? I said: Why not; may Allah have mercy on you? Yunus a narrator said: I think he narrated it the tradition from the Prophet ﷺ : The first thing about which the people will be called to account out of their actions on the Day of Judgment is prayer. Our Lord; the Exalted; will say to the angels - though He knows better: Look into the prayer of My servant and see whether he has offered it perfectly or imperfectly. If it is perfect; that will be recorded perfect. If it is defective; He will say: See there are some optional prayers offered by My servant. If there are optional prayer to his credit; He will say: Compensate the obligatory prayer by the optional prayer for My servant. Then all the actions will be considered similarly.

    Narrated Abu Huraira: Banu AlHarith Bin Amir Bin Nawfal bought Khubaib. Khubaib killed AlHarith Bin Amir on the day of Badr. Khubaib remained with them as a prisoner until they agreed on his killing. He borrowed razor form the daughter of AlHarith to shave his pubes. She let it to him. A small child of her crept to him while she was inattentive. When she same; she found him alone and the child was on this thigh and the razor was in his hand. She was terrified and he realized its effect on her. He said: Do you fear that I shall kill him ? I am not going to do that.Abu Dawud said: Shuaib Bin Abi Hamzah transmitted this narrative from AlZuhri. He said: Ubaid Allah Bin Ayash told me that the daughter of AlHarith told him that when they gathered for killing him; he borrowed a razor from her to shave his pubes. She lent it to him.

  • Narrated Abu Huraira: By Allah except Whom
    Narrated Abu Huraira: By Allah except Whom none has the right to- be worshipped; sometimes I used to lay sleep on the ground on my liver abdomen because of hunger; and sometimes I used to bind a stone over my belly because of hunger. One day I sat by the way from where they the Prophet ﷺ and h is companions used to come out. When Abu Bakr passed by; I asked him about a Verse from Allah Book and I asked him only that he might satisfy my hunger; but he passed by and did not do so. Then Umar passed by me and I asked him about a Verse from Allah Book; and I asked him only that he might satisfy my hunger; but he passed by without doing so. Finally Abu AlQasim the Prophet ﷺ passed by me and he smiled when he saw me; for he knew what was in my heart and on my face. He said; O Aba Hirr Abu Huraira ! I replied; Labbaik; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! He said to me; Follow me. He left and I followed him. Then he entered the house and I asked permission to enter and was admitted. He found milk in a bowl and said; From where is this milk? They said; It has been presented to you by such-and-such man or by such and such woman. He said; O Aba Hirr! I said; Labbaik; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! He said; Go and call the people of Suffa to me. These people of Suffa were the guests of Islam who had no families; nor money; nor anybody to depend upon; and whenever an object of charity was brought to the Prophet ﷺ ; he would send it to them and would not take anything from it; and whenever any present was given to him; he used to send some for them and take some of it for himself. The order off the Prophet upset me; and I said to myself; How will this little milk be enough for the people of AlSuffa? thought I was more entitled to drink from that milk in order to strengthen myself; but behold! The Prophet ﷺ came to order me to give that milk to them. I wondered what will remain of that milk for me; but anyway; I could not but obey Allah and His Apostle so I went to the people of AlSuffa and called them; and they came and asked the Prophet permission to enter. They were admitted and took their seats in the house. The Prophet ﷺ said; O Aba Hirr! I said; Labbaik; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! He said; Take it and give it to them. So I took the bowl of Milk and started giving it to one man who would drink his fill and return it to me; whereupon I would give it to another man who; in his turn; would drink his fill and return it to me; and I would then offer it to another man who would drink his fill and return it to me. Finally; after the whole group had drunk their fill; I reached the Prophet ﷺ who took the bowl and put it on his hand; looked at me and smiled and said. O Aba Hirr! I replied; Labbaik; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! He said; There remain you and I. I said; You have said the truth; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! He said; Sit down and drink. I sat down and drank. He said; Drink; and I drank. He kept on telling me repeatedly to drink; till I said; No. by Allah Who sent you with the Truth; I have no space for it in my stomach. He said; Hand it over to me. When I gave him the bowl; he praised Allah and pronounced Allah Name on it and drank the remaining milk.

  • Narrated Abu Huraira: Dates used to be bro
    Narrated Abu Huraira: Dates used to be brought to Allah Messenger ﷺ immediately after being plucked. Different persons would bring their dates till a big heap collected in front of the Prophet. Once AlHasan and AlHussain were playing with these dates. One of them took a date and put it in his mouth. Allah Messenger ﷺ looked at him and took it out from his mouth and said; Dont you know that Muhammad offspring do not eat what is given in charity?

    Narrated Abu Huraira: Gabriel came to the Prophet ﷺ and said; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! This is Khadija coming to you with a dish having meat soup or some food or drink. When she reaches you; greet her on behalf of her Lord i.e. Allah and on my behalf; and give her the glad tidings of having a Qasab palace in Paradise wherein there will be neither any noise nor any fatigue trouble.

    Narrated Abu Huraira: Gabriel used to repeat the recitation of the Quran with the Prophet ﷺ once a year; but he repeated it twice with him in the year he died. So I carried such and such Wasq of those dates in the cause of Allah. We used to eat from it; and give others to eat; and it the bag would not part from my waist until the day Uthman was killed; for they had run out.

    Narrated Abu Huraira: I have loved the people of the tribe of Bani Tamim ever since I heard; three things; Allah Messenger ﷺ said about them. I heard him saying; These people of the tribe of Bani Tamim would stand firm against AlDajjal. When the Sadaqat gifts of charity from that tribe came; Allah Messenger ﷺ said; These are the Sadaqat i.e. charitable gifts of our folk. Aisha had a slave-girl from that tribe; and the Prophet ﷺ said to Aisha; Manumit her as she is a descendant of Ishmael the Prophet.

    Narrated Abu Huraira: I heard Allah Messenger ﷺ saying; The example of a Mujahid in Allah Cause- and Allah knows better who really strives in His Cause--is like a person who fasts and prays continuously. Allah guarantees that He will admit the Mujahid in His Cause into Paradise if he is killed; otherwise He will return him to his home safely with rewards and war booty.

He who is amongst those who pray will be called from the gate of the prayer in Paradise and he who is from the people of Jihad will be called from the gate of Jihad; and he who is from those who give in charity i.e. Zakat will be called from the gate of charity; and he who is amongst those who observe fast will be called from the gate of fasting; the gate of Raiyan. Abu Bakr said; He who is called from all those gates will need nothing; He added; Will anyone be called from all those gates; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ? He said; Yes; and I hope you will be among those; O Abu Bakr.
