My mother Umrah daughter of Rawahah said: Go to the Messenger of Allah and call him as witness. He then came to the Prophet ﷺ and mentioned it to him. He said him: I have given my son AlNuman a gift; and Umrah has asked me to call you as witness to it. He asked him: Have you children other than him? He said: I replied: Yes.   Narrated AlNuman Bin Bashir: The Prophet ﷺ said; The example of the person abiding by Allah orders and limits or the one who abides by the limits and regulations prescribed by Allah in comparison to the one who do wrong and violate Allah limits and orders is like the example of people drawing lots for seats in a boat. Some of them got seats in the upper part while the others in the lower part ; those in the; lower part have to pass by those in the upper one to get water; and that troubled the latter. One of them i.e. the people in the lower part took an ax and started making a hole in the bottom of the boat. The people of the upper part came and asked him; saying ; What is wrong with you? He replied; You have been troubled much by my coming up to you ; and I have to get water. Now if they prevent him from doing that they will save him and themselves; but if they leave him to do what he wants ; they will destroy him and themselves.

When the latter needed water; they had to go up to bring water and that troubled the others ; so they said; Let us make a hole in our share of the ship and get water saving those who are above us from troubling them. So; if the people in the upper part left the others do what they had suggested; all the people of the ship would be destroyed; but if they prevented them; both parties would be safe.

  Narrated AlNuman Ibn Bashir: Habib Ibn Salim said: A man called Abdulrahman Ibn Hunayn had intercourse with his wife slave-girl. The matter was brought to AlNuman Ibn Bashir who was the Governor of Kufah. He said: I shall decide between you in accordance with the decision of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. If she made her lawful for you; I shall flog you one hundred lashes. If she did not make her lawful for you; I shall stone you to death. So they found that she had made her lawful for him. He; therefore; flogged him one hundred lashes.Qatadah said: I wrote to Habib Bin Salim; so he wrote this tradition to me.

  Narrated AlQasim Bin Muhammad: Aisha said; We set out with Allah Messenger ﷺ s in the months of Hajj; and in the nights of Hajj; and at the time and places of Hajj and in a state of Hajj. We dismounted at Sarif a village six miles from Mecca. The Prophet ﷺ then addressed his companions and said; Anyone who has not got the Hadi and likes to do Umra instead of Hajj may do so i.e. Hajj AlTamattu and anyone who has got the Hadi should not finish the Ihram after performing Umra. i.e. Hajj AlQiran. Aisha added; The companions of the Prophet ﷺ obeyed the above order and some of them i.e. who did not have Hadi finished their Ihram after Umra. Allah Messenger ﷺ and some of his companions were resourceful and had the Hadi with them; they could not perform Umra alone but had to perform both Hajj and Umra with one Ihram. Aisha added; Allah Messenger ﷺ came to me and saw me weeping and said; What makes you weep; O Hantah? I replied; I have heard your conversation with your companions and I cannot perform the Umra. He asked; What is wrong with you? I replied; I do not offer the prayers i.e. I have my menses. He said; It will not harm you for you are one of the daughters of Adam; and Allah has written for you this state as He has written it for them. Keep on with your intentions for Hajj and Allah may reward you that. Aisha further added; Then we proceeded for Hajj till we reached Mina and I became clean from my menses. Then I went out from Mina and performed Tawaf round the Kaba. Aisha added; I went along with the Prophet ﷺ in his final departure from Hajj till he dismounted at AlMuhassab a valley outside Mecca ; and we too; dismounted with him. He called Abdulrahman Bin Abu Bakr and said to him; Take your sister outside the sanctuary of Mecca and let her assume Ihram for Umra; and when you had finished Umra; return to this place and I will wait for you both till you both return to me. Aisha added; So we went out of the sanctuary of Mecca and after finishing from the Umra and the Tawaf we returned to the Prophet ﷺ at dawn. He said; Have you performed the Umra? We replied in the affirmative. So he announced the departure amongst his companions and the people set out for the journey; and the Prophet: too left for Medina.

By Allah; I think you want me to die; and If this should happen; you would spend the last part of the day sleeping with one of your wives! The Prophet ﷺ said; Nay; I should say; Oh my head! I felt like sending for Abu Bakr and his son; and appoint him as my successor lest some people claimed something or some others wished something; but then I said to myself ; Allah would not allow it to be otherwise; and the Muslims would prevent it to be otherwise.

  Narrated AlQasim Bin Muhammad: Ibn Abbas; said; Once Lian was mentioned before the Prophet ﷺ whereupon Aasi m Bin Adi said something and went away. Then a man from his tribe came to him; complaining that he had found a man with his wife. Aasi m said; I have not been put to task except for my statement about Lian. Aasi m took the man to the Prophet ﷺ and the man told him of the state in which he had found his wife. The man was pale; thin; and of lank hair; while the other man whom he claimed he had seen with his wife; was brown; fat and had much flesh on his calves. The Prophet ﷺ invoked; saying; O Allah! Reveal the truth. So that lady delivered a child resembling the man whom her husband had mentioned he had found her with. The Prophet ﷺ then made them carry out Lian. Then a man from that gathering asked Ibn Abbas; Was she the same lady regarding which the Prophet ﷺ had said; If I were to stone to death someone without witness; I would have stoned this lady? Ibn Abbas said; No; that was another lady who; though being a Muslim; used to arouse suspicion by her outright misbehavior.

One night Hafsa said to Aisha; Wont you ride my camel tonight and I ride yours; so that you may see me and I see you in new situation ? Aisha said; Yes; I agree. So Aisha rode; and then the Prophet ﷺ came towards Aisha camel on which Hafsa was riding. He greeted Hafsa and then proceeded beside her till they dismounted on the way. Aisha missed him; and so; when they dismounted; she put her legs in the Idhkhir and said; O Lord Allah ! Send a scorpion or a snake to bite me for I am not to blame him the Prophet ﷺ.

Allah Messenger ﷺ came to me while I was weeping. He said What is the matter with you? Have you got your menses? I replied; Yes. He said; This is a thing which Allah has ordained for the daughters of Adam. So do what all the pilgrims do with the exception of the Tawaf Circumambulation round the Kaba.
