Abu Huraira added; He prayed two rakat and then finished the prayer with Taslim. He stood up near a piece of wood Lying across the Masjid and leaned on it in such a way as if he was angry. Then he put his right hand over the left and clasped his hands by interlacing his fingers and then put his J right cheek on the back of his left hand. The people who were in haste left the Masjid through its gates. They wondered whether the prayer was reduced. And amongst them were Abu Bakr and Umar but they hesitated to ask the Prophet. A long-handed man called Dhu AlYadain asked the Prophet; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! Have you forgotten or has the prayer been reduced? The Prophet ﷺ replied; I have neither forgotten nor has the prayer been reduced The Prophet ﷺ added; Is what Dhul Yadain has said true? They the people said; Yes; it is true. The Prophet ﷺ stood up again and led the prayer; completing the remaining prayer; forgotten by him; and performed Taslim; and then said; Allahu Akbar. And then he did a prostration as he used to prostrate or longer than that. He then raised his head saying; Allahu Akbar; he then again said; Allahu Akbar; and prostrated as he used to prostrate or longer than that. Then he raised his head and said; Allahu Akbar. The subnarrator added; I think that they asked Ibn Seereen whether the Prophet ﷺ completed the prayer with Taslim. He replied; I heard that Imran Bin Hosain had said; Then he the Prophet did Taslim.

As regards his sadaqah property at Medina; Umar had given it to Ali ad Abbas Allah be pleased with them ; and Ali dominated it. As for Khaibar and Fadak; Umar retained them. He said: They were the sadaqah property of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ; exclusively reserved for his purposes that happened; and for his emergent needs. And Abu Huraira added that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ had observed: You shall have your faces hands and feet bright on the Day of Resurrection because of your perfect ablution. He went on until he came to a waterless desert and he felt like sleeping. So he got down under the shade of a tree and was overcome by sleep and his camel ran away. As he got up he tried to see the camel standing upon a mound. but did not find it. He then got upon the other mound; but could not see anything. He then climbed upon the third mound but did not see anything until he came back to the place where he had been previously. And as he was sitting in utter disappointment there came to him the camel; till that camel placed its nosestring in his hand. Allah is more pleased with the repentance of His servant than the person who found his lost camel in this very state. Simak reported that Shabi was of the opinion that Numin traced it to Allah Apostle ﷺ. Simak; however; did not hear that himself.
