My ears heard it; my heard understood it thoroughly; and with my own eyes; I saw the Prophet when he - after glorifying and praising Allah - said: Indeed Allah; the Most High; made Makkah a sanctuary; it was not made a sanctuary by the people. So it is not lawful for a man who believes in Allah and the Last Day to shed blood it; nor to cut down its trees. If anybody tries to use the Messenger of Allah to make an excuse for fighting in it; then say to him: Indeed Allah permitted His Messenger and He did not permit you. Allah only allowed it for me for a few hours of one day; and today its sanctity has returned as it was before. So let the one who is present convey to the one who is absent. Abu Shuraih was asked: What was Amr Bin Saeeds reply to you? He said: I am more knowledgeable about that than you Abu Shuraih! The Messenger of Allah told me that when the people of Paradise enter it; they will take their places according to their deeds; and they will be given permission for a length of time equivalent to Friday on earth; when they will visit Allah. His Throne will be shown to them and He will appear to them in one of the gardens of Paradise. Chairs of light and chairs of pearls and chairs of rubies and chairs of chrysolite and chairs of gold and chairs of silver will be placed for them. Those who are of a lower status than them; and none of them will be regarded as insignificant; will sit on sandhills of musk and camphor; and they will not feel that those who are sitting on chairs are seated better than them. Abu Huraira said: I said: O Messenger of Allah; will we see our Lord? He said: Yes. Do you dispute that you see the sun and the moon on the night when it is full? We said: No. He said: Likewise; you will not dispute that you see your Lord; the Glorified. There will be no one left in that gathering with whom Allah does not speak face to face; until He will say to a man among you: Do you not remember; O so-and-so; the day you did such and such? And He will remind him of some of his sins in this world. He will say: O Lord; have You not forgiven me? He will say: Yes; it is by the vastness of My forgiveness that You have reached the position you are in. While they are like that; a cloud will cover them from above and will rain down on them perfume the like of whose fragrance they have never smelled before. Then He will say: Get up and go to the honor that has been prepared for you; and take whatever you desire. So we will go to a marketplace surrounded by the angels; in which there will be such things as eyes have never seen; ears have never heard and it has not entered the heart of man. Whatever we desire will be carried for us. Nothing will be bought or sold therein. In that marketplace the people of Paradise will meet one another. A man of elevated status will meet those who are of lower status than him; but none shall be regarded as insignificant; and he will be dazzled by the clothes that he sees on him. He will not finish the last of his conversation before better clothes appear on him. That is because no one should be sad there. He said: Then we will go back to our homes where we will be met by our wives; and they will say: Welcome. You have come looking more handsome and with a better fragrance than when you left us. And we will say: Today we sat with our Lord; the Compeller; the Glorified; and we deserve to come back as we have come back.deserve to come back as we have come back. +

Muhaqala implies that the wheat in the ear should be sold against the wheat and getting the land on rent for the wheat produced in it. He the narrator said that the Prophet ﷺ had aid: Do not sell fresh fruits on the trees until their good condition becomes manifest; and do not sell fresh dates on the trees against dry dates. Salim said: Abdullah informed me on the authority of Zaid Bin Thabit; Allah Messenger ﷺ having given concession afterwards in case of ariya transactions by which dry dates can be exchanged with fresh dates; but he did not permit it in other cases.; but he did not permit it in other cases. +

He said: Glorious is Allah! Yes. The first who asked about that was so-and-so the son of so-and-so. He came to the Prophet and said: O Messenger of Allah! If one of us saw his wife committing adultery what should he do? If he were to say anything; his statement would be a horrible matter; and if he were to remain silent; his silence about the matter would be horrible.He said: So the Prophet remained silent and did not answer him. Afterwards he came to the Prophet and said: The one who asked you about it has been tried by it. So Allah revealed these Ayat from Surat AlNur. And those who accuse their wives and have no witnesses except themselves - until the end of those Ayat. So he called for the man and recited the Ayat to him and admonished him; reminded him; and he told him: Indeed the punishment of the world is less than the punishment of the Hereafter. So he said: Nay! By the One Who sent you with the truth! I did not lie about her. Then he did the same with the woman; admonished her and reminding her and he told her: Indeed the punishment of the world is less than the punishment of the Hereafter. She said: Nay! By the One Who sent you with the truth! He is not telling the truth.He said: So he started with the man: He testified four times; by Allah that he is one of the truthful; and the fifth time that the curse of Allah be upon him if he was one of the liars. Then the same with the woman: She testified four times by Allah; that he was one of the liars; and the fifth time that the wrath of Allah be upon her if he was one of the truthful. So Allah revealed the verse unless he repents; believes; and works righteous deeds; for Allah will change the evil of such persons into good. This is meant for them. As regards the verse if a man kills a believer intentionally; his recompense is Hell He said: If a man knows the command of Islam and intentionally kills a believer; his repentance wil not be accepted. I then mentioned it to Mujahid. He said: Except the one who is ashamed of his sin.Except the one who is ashamed of his sin. +
