And then I looked and saw a large multitude of people; so I asked Gabriel; Are these people my followers? He said; No; but look towards the horizon. I looked and saw a very large multitude of people. Gabriel said. Those are your followers; and those are seventy thousand persons in front of them who will neither have any reckoning of their accounts nor will receive any punishment. I asked; Why? He said; For they used not to treat themselves with branding cauterization nor with Ruqya get oneself treated by the recitation of some Verses of the Quran and not to see evil omen in things; and they used to put their trust only in their Lord. On hearing that; Ukasha Bin Mihsan got up and said to the Prophet ; Invoke Allah to make me one of them. The Prophet ﷺ said; O Allah; make him one of them. Then another man got up and said to the Prophet ; Invoke Allah to make me one of them. The Prophet ﷺ said; Ukasha has preceded you. + |

| SahihAlBukhari-017-001-225 + | Narrated Usama Bin Zaid: The daughter of the Prophet ﷺ sent a messenger to the Prophet ﷺ requesting him to come as her child was dying or was gasping ; but the Prophet ﷺ returned the messenger and told him to convey his greeting to her and say: Whatever Allah takes is for Him and whatever He gives; is for Him; and everything with Him has a limited fixed term in this world and so she should be patient and hope for Allah reward. She again sent for him; swearing that he should come. The Prophet ﷺ got up; and so did Saad Bin Ubada; Muadh Bin Jabal; Ubai Bin Kaab Zaid Bin Thabit and some other men. The child was brought to Allah Messenger ﷺ while his breath was disturbed in his chest the sub-narrator thinks that Usama added: as if it was a leather water-skin. On that the eyes of the Prophet ﷺ started shedding tears. Saad said; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! What is this? He replied; It is mercy which Allah has lodged in the hearts of His slaves; and Allah is merciful only to those of His slaves who are merciful to others. + |
