- That Allah may forgive thee thy faults of the past and those to follow; fulfil His favour to thee; and guide thee on the Straight Way; +
- That Allah may requite each soul according to its deserts; and verily Allah is swift in calling to account. +
- That Allah may reward the men of Truth for their Truth, and punish the Hypocrites if that be His Will, or turn to them in Mercy: for Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. +
- That Allah may reward them according to the best of their deeds, and add even more for them out of His Grace: for Allah doth provide for those whom He will, without measure. +
- That Day (Allah) will call to them, and say: "What was the answer ye gave to the messengers?" +
- That Day (Allah) will call to them, and say "Where are my 'partners'?- whom ye imagined (to be such)?" +
- That Day shall We set a seal on their mouths. But their hands will speak to us, and their feet bear witness, to all that they did. +
- That Day shall a man flee from his own brother, +
- That Day shall they (openly) show (their) submission to Allah; and all their inventions shall leave them in the lurch. +
- That Day shall they be thrust down to the Fire of Hell, irresistibly. +
- That Day shall ye be brought to Judgment: not an act of yours that ye hide will be hidden. +
- That Day the Drive will be (all) to thy Lord! +
- That Day will Man be told (all) that he put forward, and all that he put back. +
- That Day will Man say: "Where is the refuge?" +
- That Day will be the sure Reality: Therefore, whoso will, let him take a (straight) return to his Lord! +
- That Day will every soul be requited for what it earned; no injustice will there be that Day, for Allah is Swift in taking account. +
- That Day, the dominion as of right and truth, shall be (wholly) for (Allah) Most Merciful: it will be a Day of dire difficulty for the misbelievers. +

- That He hath promised a Second Creation (Raising of the Dead); +
- That He is the Lord of Sirius (the Mighty Star); +
- That He may admit the men and women who believe, to Gardens beneath which rivers flow, to dwell therein for aye, and remove their ills from them;- and that is, in the sight of Allah, the highest achievement (for man), - +
- That He may make the suggestions thrown in by Satan, but a trial for those in whose hearts is a disease and who are hardened of heart: verily the wrong-doers are in a schism far (from the Truth): +
- That He may make your conduct whole and sound and forgive you your sins: He that obeys Allah and His Messenger, has already attained the highest achievement. +
- That He may reward those who believe and work deeds of righteousness: for such is Forgiveness and a Sustenance Most Generous." +
- That He may reward those who believe and work righteous deeds, out of his Bounty. For He loves not those who reject Faith. +
- That He might cut off a fringe of the Unbelievers or expose them to infamy, and they should then be turned back, frustrated of their purpose. +
- That He might justify Truth and prove Falsehood false, distasteful though it be to those in guilt. +
- That Home of the Hereafter We shall give to those who intend not high-handedness or mischief on earth: and the end is (best) for the righteous. +
- That We may produce therewith corn and vegetables, +
- That We might make it a Message unto you, and that ears (that should hear the tale and) retain its memory should bear its (lessons) in remembrance. +

- That is Allah, your Lord! there is no god but He, the Creator of all things: then worship ye Him: and He hath power to dispose of all affairs. +
- That is as far as knowledge will reach them. Verily thy Lord knoweth best those who stray from His Path, and He knoweth best those who receive guidance. +
- That is because Allah - He is the Reality; and those besides Him whom they invoke, - they are but vain Falsehood: verily Allah is He, Most High, Most Great. +
