The angels were amazed at the strength of the mountains; so they said: O Lord! Is there among your creatures one who is more severe than the mountains? He said: Yes. Iron. They said: O Lord! Then is there anything among your creatures that is more severe than that iron? He said: Yes. Fire. S they said: O Lord! Is there anything among your creatures that is more severe than fire? He said: Yes. Water. They said: O Lord! Is there anything among your creatures that is more severe than water? He said: Yes. Wind. They said: O Lord! Is there anything among your creatures more severe than wind? He said: Yes. The son of Adam. He gives charity with his right hands; while hiding it from his left.

Did you not used to ask Your Lord for sound health? He said: I used to say: O Allah; whatever You are going to punish me with in the Hereafter; then hasten it for me in this world. So the Prophet ﷺ said: Glory is to Allah; you are not capable of that or you are not able to stand that. Would you not say: O Allah; give us good in this world; and good in the Hereafter; and spare us the punishment of the Fire Allahumma atina fid-dunya asanatan wa fil akhirati asanatan wa qina adhaban-nar.

When he says: Sami Allahu liman hamidah Allah listens to those who praise him then say: Rabbana wa lakal-hamd. O our Lord! And all praise is Yours. and when he prostrates; then prostrate; and when he performs Prayer sitting; then pray sitting altogether.

He said: Then he called for a Namirah to shroud him with. When it was extended over his head; it left his feet exposed; and when it was extended over his feet; it left his head exposed. He said: There were many dead and few cloths. He said: One; two and three men were shrouded in one cloth and buried in one grave. He said: So the Messenger of Allah was asking which of them knew the most Quran; so he could put him toward the Qibalh. He said: So the Messenger of Allah buried them and he did not perform funeral prayers for them.

Qatada said: It was mentioned to us that his grave the grave of a believer expands to seventy cubits and is full with verdure until the Day when they would be resurrected.

    Anas Bin Malik reported Allah Messenger ﷺ having said on the Day Of AlNahr Sacrifice : He who slaughtered the animal as a sacrifice before the Id prayer. should repeat it i. e. offer another animal. Thereupon a person stood up and said: Messenger of Allah; that is the day when meat is much desired; and he also made a mention of the need of his neighbour; and perhaps Allah Messenger ﷺ attested it. He the person who had sacrificed the animal before the Id prayer said: I have a goat of less than one year of age with me and I like it more than two fleshy goats; should I offer it as a sacrifice? He permitted him to do so. He the narrator said: I do not know whether this permission was granted to anyone else besides him or not. Allah Messenger ﷺ then turned towards two rams. and he slaughtered them; and the people came to the goats and got them distributed amongst themselves for offering them as sacrifice.
