Allah Messenger ﷺ then got out of Khaibar until when he was on the other side of it; he halted; and a tent was pitched for him. When it was morning Allah Messenger ﷺ said: He who has surplus of provision with him should bring that to us. Some persons would bring the surplus of dates; and the other surplus of mush of barley until there became a heap of bals. They began to eat the hais and began to drink out of the pond which had the water of rainfall in it and which was situated by their side. Anas said that that constituted the wedding feast of Allah Messenger ﷺ. He further said: We proceeded until we saw the walls of Medina; and we were delighted. We made our mounts run quickly and Allah Messenger ﷺ also made his mount run quickly. And Safiya Allah be pleased with her was at his back; and Allah Messenger ﷺ had seated her behind him. The camel of Allah Messenger ﷺ stumbled and he the Holy Prophet fell down and she also fell down. And none among the people was seeing him and her; until Allah Messeuger ﷺ stood up and he covered her; and we came to him and he said: We have received no injury. We entered Medina and there came out the young ladies of the household. They saw her hadrat Safiya and blamed her for falling down.

    And Malik related to me that he had heard that a man came to Abdullah Ibn Umar and said; Abu Abdulrahman I gave a man a loan and stipulated that he give me better than what I lent him. Abdullah Ibn Umar said; That is usury. Abdullah said; Loans are of three types: A free loan which you lend by which you desire the pleasure of Allah; and so you have the pleasure of Allah. A free loan which you lend by which you desire the pleasure of your companion; so you have the pleasure of your companion; and a free loan which you lend by which you take what is impure by what is pure; and that is usury. He said; What do you order me to do; Abu Abdulrahman He said; I think that you should tear up the agreement. If he gives you the like of what you lent him; accept it. If he gives you less than what you lent him; take it and you will be rewarded. If he gives you better than what you lent him; of his own good will; that is his gratitude to you and you have the wage of the period you gave him the loan.

    And Safiya bint Ubaid said: A governmental male-slave tried to seduce a slave-girl from the Khumus of the war booty till he deflowered her by force against her will; therefore Umar flogged him according to the law; and exiled him; but he did not flog the female slave because the male-slave had committed illegal sexual intercourse by force; against her will AlZuhri said regarding a virgin slave-girl raped by a free man: The judge has to fine the adulterer as much money as is equal to the price of the female slave and the adulterer has to be flogged according to the Islamic Law ; but if the slave woman is a matron; then; according to the verdict of the Imam; the adulterer is not fined but he has to receive the legal punishment according to the Islamic Law.

    And Yunus and Mamar reported; from AlZuhri; from Salim Ablution from his father: Umar Bin AlKhattab was giving a Khutbah on Friday when a man from the Companions of the Prophet entered. So he said: What time is it? So he said: I dont know; I heard the call and did nothing more than perform Ablution. So he said: And Ablution again!? I know surely that the Messenger of Allah has ordered Ghusl.

On rising from bowing he said; Samia llahu liman hamidah; and then while standing straight he used to say; Rabbana laka-l hamd AlLaith said; The Prophet ﷺ said ; Wa laka Alhamd. He used to say Takbir on prostrating and on raising his head from prostration; again he would Say Takbir on prostrating and raising his head. He would then do the same in the whole of the prayer till it was completed. On rising from the second raka after sitting for AlTahiyat ; he used to say Takbir.

Abu Muhammad is Nafi the freed slave of Abu Qatadah.This is acted upon according to some of the people of knowledge among the Companions of the Prophet ﷺ and others. It is the view of AlAwzai; AlShafii and Ahmad.Some of the people of knowledge said that the Imam takes Khumus from those goods. AlThawri said: The Nafl is when the Imam says: Whoever got something; then it is his. And whoever killed a fighter; then his goods are his. So it is allowed; and there is no Khumus taken from it. Ishaq said: The goods are for the one who did the killing; unless it is something that is a large amount. So he saw that the Imam could take the Khumus from that; just as Umar Bin AlKhattab did.

He expressed thanks and praise for Allah then said: What has caused you to flee from saying La Ilaha Illallah? Do you know of another god other than Him? He said: I said: No. He said: Then he talked for some time; and then said: You refuse to say Allahu Akbar because you know that there is something greater than Allah? He said: I said: No. He said: Indeed the Jews are those who Allah is wrath with; and the Christians have strayed. He said: I said: Indeed I am a Muslim; Hanif. He said: I saw his face smiling with happiness. He said: Then he ordered that I stop with him at the home of a man from the Ansar; whom he would frequently visit in the mornings and the evenings. When I was with him at night; a people in woolen garments of these Nimar a cloth with certain patters; and the word appeared before came. Then he performed Prayer and stood to encourage them the people to give charity to them. Then he said: Even with a Sa or half a Sa; or a handful or part of a handful; to save the face of one of you from the heat of Hell; or the Fire. And even if it be by a date or a part of a date - for indeed one of you shall meet Allah and it shall be said to him what I say to you: Have I not given hearing and seeing to you? He shall say: Of course. It will be said: Have I not given you wealth and children? He shall say: Of course. It will be said: So where is what you have sent forth for yourself? He will look before him and behind him; on his right and on his left; but he shall not find anything to protect his face from the heat of Hell. Let one of you protect his face from the Fire; even if with part of a date; and if he does not find that; then with a good statement. For indeed I do not fear poverty for you - Allah will aid you and grant you; such that a woman can travel on her camel howda from Yathrib to AlHirah; or further; without fear of being robbed.
