Saeed Bin Jubair narrated this hadith on the authority of Ibn Abbas Allah be pleased with them that a person was standing with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ as he was in the state of Ihram. Thereupon Allah Apostle ﷺ commanded them to walk quickly ift three circuits and walk in four between the two corners. so that the polytheists should. see their endurance. The polytheists then said to one anothery You were under the impression that fever had emaciated them. whereas they are stronger than so and so. Ibn Abbas said: He the Holy Prophet did not command them the Muslims to walk quickly in all the circuits out of kindness to them.

    Ibn Abbas RAH narrated that: the Prophet send Muadh to Yemen; and said: You are going to some people among the People of the Book. Call them to bear witness that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah; and that I am the messenger of Allah. If they obey that; then tell them that Allah has enjoined upon them five prayers every day and night. If they obey that; then tell them that Allah has enjoined upon them charity Zakat from their wealth; to be taken from the rich and given to their poor. If they obey that; then beware of taking the best of their wealth. And beware of the supplication of the oppressed; for there is no barrier between and Allah.

One of them said and Yalamlam for the people of Yemen. The other narrator said Alamlam. These places for Ihram are appointed for these regions and for people of other regions who come to them intending to perform Hajj and Umrah. The place where those who live nearer to Makkah should put on Ihram from where they start and so on up to the inhabitants of Makkah itself who put on Ihram in it. This is the version of Ibn Tawus.

When the following verse was revealed: To benefit everyone we have appointed shares and heirs to property left by parent and relatives. it abrogated the verse: To those also; to whom your right hand was pledged; give their due portion. This alliance was made for help; well wishing and cooperation. Now a legacy can be made for him. The right to inheritance was abolished.

So he went inside; and they did not question him; and he gave no explanation to them. Some of them said: We are them. Others said: They are the children who were born upon the Fitrah and Islam. So the Prophet ﷺ came out and said: They are those who do not get themselves cauterized; nor seek Ruqyah; nor read omens; and upon their Lord they rely. So Ukashah Bin Mihsan stood and said: Am I among them O Messenger of Allah? He said: Yes. Then another one stood up and said: Am I among them? So he said Ukashah has preceded you to it.

The blind man said One night I mentioned the Prophet SAWSYMOBOL; and she slandered him. I could not bear it so I went and got a dagger which I thrust into her stomach and leaned upon it; and killed her. In the morning she was found slain. Mention of that was made to the Prophet SAWSYMOBOL and he gathered the people and said: I adjure by Allah; a man over whom I have the right; that he should obey me; and he did what he did; to stand up. The blind man started to tremble and said: O Messenger of Allah SAWSYMOBOL; I am the one who killed her. She was my Umm Walad and she was kind and gentle toward me; and I have two sons like pearls from her; but she used to slander and defame you a great deal. I forbade her; but she did not stop; and I rebuked her; but she did not pay heed. Finally; I mentioned your name and she slandered you; so I went and got a dagger which I thrust into her stomach; and leaned on it until I killed her. The Messenger of Allah SAWSYMOBOL said: I bear witness that her blood is permissible.

The second time he prayed Zuhr when the shadow of everything was similar to the length of it; at the time of Asr the day before. Then he prayed Asr when the shadow of everything was about twice as long as it. Then he prayed Maghrib at the same time as he did the first time. Then he prayed Isha; the later one; when a third of the night had gone. Then he prayed Subh when the land glowed. Then Jibril turned towards me and said: O Muhammad! These are the times of the Prophets before you; and the best time is what is between these two times.
