- Allah Messenger said A Jinn snatches that true word and pours it Into the ear of his friend the fore teller as one puts something into a bottle The foreteller then mixes with that word one hundred lies
- Narrated Aisha The Prophet said While the angels talk amidst the clouds about things that are going to happen on earth the devils hear a word of what they say and pour it in the ears of a soothsayer as one pours something in a bottle and they add one hundred lies to that one word
- Narrated Anas On the day of the battle of Uhad when some people retreated and left the Prophet I saw Aisha Bint Abu Bakr and Um Sulaim with their robes tucked up so that the bangles around their ankles were visible hurrying with their water skins in another narration it is said carrying the water skins on their backs
- Narrated Humran I saw Uthman performing ablution he washed his hands thrice rinsed his mouth and then washed his nose by putting water in it and then blowing it out and washed his face thrice and then washed his right forearm up to the elbow thrice and then the left forearm up to the elbow thrice then smeared his head with water washed his right foot thrice and then his left foot thrice and said I saw Allah Apostle performing ablution similar to my present ablution and then he said Whoever performs ablution like my present ablution and then offers two rakat in which he does not think of worldly things all his previous sins will be forgiven
- The Prophet then stroked lightly the earth with his hands and then blew off the dust and passed his hands over his face and hands
- So it was only the heat of the sun that made us to wake up and the first to wake up was so and so then so and so and then so and so the narrator Aouf said that Abu Raja had told him their names but he had forgotten them and the fourth person to wake up was Umar Bin AlKhattab
- So they all watered their animals and they too all quenched their thirst and also gave water to others and last of all the Prophet gave a pot full of water to the person who was Junub and told him to pour it over his body
- Narrated Aisha Whenever anyone of us got her menses she on becoming clean used to take hold of the blood spot and rub the blood off her garment and pour water over it and wash that portion thoroughly and sprinkle water over the rest of the garment
- Narrated Hisham Bin Urwa on the authority of his father Aisha said Whenever Allah Messenger took the bath of Janaba he cleaned his hands and performed ablution like that for prayer and then took a bath and rubbed his hair till he felt that the whole skin of the head had become wet then he would pour water thrice and wash the rest of the body
- He again took another handful of water and washed his left forearm and passed wet hands over his head and took another handful of water and poured it over his right foot up to his ankles and washed it thoroughly and similarly took another handful of water and washed thoroughly his left foot up to the ankles and said I saw Allah Messenger performing ablution in this way
- Narrated Abu Huraira The Prophet said Whoever performs ablution should clean his nose with water by putting the water in it and then blowing it out and whoever cleans his private parts with stones should do it with odd number of stones
- He washed his face thrice and after that he washed his forearms up to the elbows twice and then passed his wet hands over his head from its front to its back and vice versa beginning from the front and taking them to the back of his head up to the nape of the neck and then brought them to the front again from where he had started and washed his feet up to the ankles
- Abu Musa said The Prophet asked for a tumbler containing water and washed both his hands and face in it and then threw a mouthful of water in the tumbler and said to both of us Abu Musa and Bilal Drink from the tumbler and pour some of its water on your faces and chests
- After that he put his hand in the pot and washed his forearms up to the elbows twice and then again put his hand in the water and passed wet hands over his head by bringing them to the front and then to the back and once more he put his hand in the pot and washed his feet up to the ankles
- He asked for an earthenware pot containing water and poured water from it on his hands and washed them thrice and then put his hand in the earthenware pot and rinsed his mouth and washed his nose by putting water in it and then blowing it out thrice with one handful of water he again put his hand in the water and took a handful of water and washed his face thrice then washed his hands up to the elbows twice and took water with his hand and passed it over his head from front to back and then from back to front and then washed his feet up to the ankles and said I saw the Prophet performing ablution in that way
- Muhammad Bin Humaid Ar Razi narrated to us Jarir narrated to us he said Ali Bin Mujahid narrated to me and he is trustworthy to me from me from Thalabah from AlZuhri he said The towel is only disliked after Wudu because Wudu is weighed
- He said There are narrations on this topic from Umar Ali Hudhaifah AlMughirah Bilil Saad Abu Ayub Salman Buraidah Amr Bin Umayah Anas Sahl Bin Saad Yala Bin Murrah Ubadah Bin AlSamit Usamah Bin Shank Abu Umamah Jabir Usamah Bin Zaid and Ibn Ubadah
- It is sufficient that you only pour three scoops of water with hands held together over your head then pour water over the rest of your body to be purified

- It was narrated from Abdullah Bin Mughaffal that the Messenger of Allah commanded that dogs be killed but he made an exception for hunting dogs and sheepdogs and said If a dog licks a vessel then wash it seven times and rub it the eighth time with dust
- It was narrated from Abu Salamah from Aishah and from Amr Bin Saad from Nafi from Ibn Umar That Umar asked the Messenger of Allah about Ghusl from Janabah and the narrations agree on this that one should start by pouring water on the right hand two or three times then put the right hand into the vessel and pour water with it onto the private parts with the left hand on the private parts to wash off whatever is there until it is clean then put the left hand on the dust if one wants to then pour water over the left hand until it is clean then wash the hands three times sniff water into the nose and rinse the mouth and wash the face and forearms three times each until when reaching the head he does not wipe the head rather he pours water over it
- So we left and when we came to our land we demolished our church then we sprinkled the water on that place and took it as a Masjid and we called the Adhan in it
- It was narrated from Abu Ayub that the Prophet said Do not face towards the Qiblah nor turn your backs toward it when defecating or urinating rather face toward the east or the west
- He washed his hands three times and rinsed his mouth three times and his nose three times and he washed his face three times and each forearm three times
- Whoever does more than that has done badly done to extremes and done wrong
- When you rinse your mouth and nostrils and wash your face and hands up to the elbows and wipe your head and wash your feet up to the ankles you are cleansed of all your sins
- He said The Messenger of Allah forbade any one of us to comb his hair each day or to urinate in the place where he performs Ghusl or for a man to perform Ghusl using the leftover water of a women or a woman to perform Ghusl using the leftover water of a man they should scoop it out together

- It was narrated from Aws Bin Aws AlThaqafi that The Messenger of Allah said Whoever washes ghassala and performs ghusl and comes early to the masjid and sits near the imam is attentive and does not engage in idle talk for every step he takes he will have the reward of a year worth of good deeds its fasting and Qiyam prayer
- I felt some relief and said Allah Messenger how should I decide about my property He said nothing to me in response until this verse pertaining to the law of inheritance was revealed They ask you for a decision say Allah gives you a decision concerning the person who has neither parents nor children iv
- Whenever the Prophet raised his head to look at the people Abu Talha would say Prophet of Allah may my father and my mother be thy ransom do not raise your head lest you be struck by an arrow shot by the enemy
- Umm Atiya reported The Apostle of Allah came to us when we were bathing his daughter and he told us Wash her with water and with the leaves of the lote tree three or five times or more than that if you think fit and put camphor or something like camphor in the last washing then inform me when you have finished
- This hadith is narrated by Amash with the same chain of transmitters but in the hadith narrated by Yahya Bin Yahya and Abu Kuraib there is no mention of Pouring of three handfuls of water on the head
- Abdullah Bin Ibrahim Bin Qariz reported that he found Abu Huraira performing ablution in the mosque who said I am performing ablution because of having eaten pieces of cheese for I heard the Messenger of Allah say Perform ablution after eating anything touched by fire
- He again asked Should I perform ablution after eating camel flesh He said Yes perform ablution after eating camel flesh
- If anyone got some of it he rubbed himself with it and anyone who did not get any got some of the moisture from his companion hand
- Verily I heard the Messenger of Allah say Not a person is there who performed ablution and did it well then offered prayer but his sins which he committed were not pardoned between the prayer that he offered and the next one

- Abu Huraira reported Allah Messenger said When a bondsman a Muslim or a believer washes his face in course of ablution every sin he contemplated with his eyes will be washed away from his face along with water or with the last drop of water when he washes his hands every sin they wrought will be effaced from his hands with the water or with the last drop of water and when he washes his feet every sin towards which his feet have walked will be washed away with the water or with the last drop of water with the result that he comes out pure from all sins

- Shubah said Qatadah heard from Ab AlAliyah only four traditions the tradition about Jonah son of Matthew the tradition reported by Ibn Umar about prayer the tradition stating that the judges are three and the tradition narrated by Ibn Abbas saying This tradition has been narrated to me by reliable persons Umar is one of them and the most reliable of them in my opinion is Umar
- When you find prostatic fluid wash your penis and perform ablution as you do for your prayer but when you have seminal emission you should take a bath

- So the Ansari went to his dwelling but he did not find anything in his dwelling so he went out looking and he found a Jew watering his date palm trees
- It was narrated from Urwah AlBariqi that the Prophet gave him a Dinar to buy him a sheep and he bought two sheep for him then he sold one of them for a Dinar and bought a Dinar and a sheep to the Prophet
- It was narrated from Jabir that the Messenger of Allah said Whoever leaves behind money it is for his heirs and whoever leaves behind a debt for children I am nearer to the believers
- The Prophet said Why do you not support the one who has a right Then he sent word to Khawlah Bint Qais saying to her If you have dates lend them to us until our dates come then we will pay you back
- It was narrated that Qais Bin Rumi said Sulaiman Bin Udhunan lent Alqamah one thousand Dirham until he got his salary When he got his salary he demanded that he pay him back and treated him harshly
- It was narrated that Yahya Bin Abu Ishaq AlHunai said I asked Anas Bin Malik What if a man gives his brother a loan then the borrower give him a gift The Messenger of Allah said If anyone of you borrow something then he gives the lender a gift or gives him a ride on his riding beast he should not accept the gift or the ride unless they used to treat each other in that manner beforehand
- It was narrated from Abdullah Bin Amr that the Messenger of Allah said A debt will be settled on the Day of Resurrection if the one who owes it dies apart from three A man who lost his strength fighting in the cause of Allah SWT so he borrows in order to become strong again to fighting in the cause of Allah SWT so he borrows in order to become strong again to fight the enemy of Allah SWT and his enemy
- Hesaid And Ibn Umar used to add Labbaikalabbaika labbaika wasadaika Alkhairu fi yadaika labbaikawar raghbau ilaika Alamal Here I am here I am here I am and at Your service all good is inYour Hands here I am seekingYour pleasure and striving for Yoursake
- It wasnarrated from Abu Bakr Bin Abdullah Bin AlZubair from hisgrandmother he the narrator said I do not know if it wasAsma Bint Abu Bakr or Suda Bint Awuf that theMessenger of Allah entered upon Dubaah Bint Abd AlMuttaliband said What is keepingyou O my aunt from performing Hajj She said I am a sick woman and I am afraid of being prevented from completing Hajj
- When they reached the Yemenite Corner they walkednormally tothe Black Corner the corner where the Black Stone is then theywalked briskly until they reached the Yemenite Corner thentheywalked normally to the Black Corner

- It wasnarrated that Abdulrahman Bin Yazid said When Abdullah BinMasud stoned Aqabah Pillar he went to the bottom of the valleyand turned to face the Kabah with the Pillar on his right handside
- He has to pay forall his mukatabs his mudabbars andhis ordinary slaves whether they are present or absent as long asthey are muslim and whether or not they are fortrade
- Malik said concerning a runaway slave I think that his mastershould pay the zakat fo rhim whether or not he knows where he is ifit has not been long since the slave ran away and his master hopesthat he is still alive and will return
- Yahya related to me from Malik that he had heard people ofknowledge say When a woman dies and there are no women with her towash her and no man who has the right by blood ties to take charge ofthat for her and no husband to take charge of it for her she shouldbe purified by tayammum that is by wiping her face and hands withearth
- Yahya related to me from Malik that Yahya ibn Said said that heheard Said ibn al Musayyab say I once prayed behind Abu Hurayra overa child who had never done a wrong action and I heard him say OAllah give him protection from the torment of the grave
- Yahya related to me from Malik from Rabia ibn Abi Abd ar Rahmanfrom Umm Salama the wife of the Prophet may Allah bless him and granthim peace that the Messenger of Allah may Allah bless him and granthim peace said If a misfortune befalls some one and he says asAllah has ordered We belong to Allah and to Him we are returning
- If you are one of the people of the Garden then you will be with the people of the Garden and if you are one ofthe people of the Fire then you will be with the people of the Fire
- Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab that Abd ar Rahmanibn Kab ibn Malik al Ansari told him that his father Kab ibn Malik used to relate that the Messenger of Allah may Allah bless him andgrant him peace said The ruh of the mumin is a bird that sits inthe trees of the Garden until Allah returns it to his body on the dayHe raises him
- They said Who is theone relieved and the one from whom others are relieved He said Aslave who is mumin is the one who is relieved from the exhaustion andsuffering of this world to the mercy of Allah and a wrong actingslave is the one from whom people towns trees and animals arerelieved
- The man replied that his father had told him thathe went to Zayd ibn Thabit and asked him What do you think ofreciting the whole Qur an in seven days Zayd said That s good but I prefer to recite it in two weeks or ten days
- Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab from Urwa ibn az Zubayr that Abd ar Rahman ibn Abd al Qari said that he had heard Umaribn al Khattab say I heard Hisham ibn Hakim ibn Hizam reciting Suratal Furqan Sura differently from me and it was the Messenger ofAllah may Allah bless him and grant him peace who had recited it tome
- He came to the Prophet may Allah bless him and grant himpeace and began to say O Muhammad show me a place near you whereI can sit whilst one of the leading men of the idol worshippers wasin audience with the Prophet may Allah bless him and grant him peace
- Yahya related to me from Malik from Yahya ibn Said from Muhammadibn Ibrahim ibn al Harith at Taymi from Abu Salama ibn Abd ar Rahmanthat Abu Said said that he had heard the Messenger of Allah may Allahbless him and grant him peace say A group of people will appearamong you whose prayer fasting and deeds will make you think littleof your own prayer fasting and deeds
- They will recite the Qur an but it wil not get past their throats and they will pass through thedeen like an arrow passes through game

- Yahya related to me from Malik from Abu zZubayr al Makki fromTawus al Yamani from Abdullah ibn Abbas that the Messenger of Allah may Allah bless him and grant him peace used to teach this dua in thesame way that he would teach them a sura of the Qur an O Allah Iseek refuge in You from the torment of Jahannam and I seek refuge inYou from the trial of the Dajjal and I seek refuge in You from thetrial of life and death
