- Does any of you like that somebody comes to his store and breaks his container and takes away his food The udders of the animals are the stores of their owners where their provision is kept so nobody should milk the animals of somebody else without the permission of its owner

- Then the Messenger of Allah said Whoever Allah feeds some food then let him say O Allah bless it for us and feed us better than it barik lana fihi wa a U E D imna khairan minhu and whomsoever Allah gives milk to drink then let him say O Allah bless it for us and grant us increase in it barik lana fihi wa zidna minhu
- So the Messenger of Allah told them to eat with them drink with them and to remain in the house with them and to do everything besides intercourse with them
- Narrated Ibn Abbas They the Companions said O Messenger of Allah how do you hold those who died while they were drinking Khamr considering that the prohibition of intoxicants is now revealed So the following Ayah was revealed Those who believe and do righteous good deeds there is no sin on them for what they ate in the past if they fear Allah and believe and do righteous good deeds

- Amr Bin Shuaib Bin Muhammad Bin Abdullah Bin Amr narrated that his father and Zaid Bin Aslam said O Messenger of Allah What about the Fara He said It is a duty but if you leave it the animal until it becomes half grown and you load upon it in Jihad in the cause of Allah or give it to a widow that is better than if you slaughter it when it is just born and its flesh is difficult to separate from its skin then you turn your vessel upside down because you will no longer be able to get milk from the mother and you cause your camel to grieve at the loss of its young
- Ibn Abbas said The Prophet passed by a sheep belonging to Maimunah that had died and said Why dont you take its skin and tan it and make use of it The Skin Of Dead Animals Those Not Slaughtered Or Killed Properly Sahih Darussalam
- Hasan Abu Abdulrahman AlNasai said The most correct about this topic regarding the skins of the dead animal when it is tanned is the narration of AlZuhri from Ubaidullah Bin Abdullah from Ibn Abbas from Maimunah and Allah knows best

- It is was narrated from Abdullah Bin Buraidah that his father said The Messenger of Allah said I forbade you to visit graves but now visit them and I forbade you to eat the sacrificial meat after three days but now keep it as long as you want and I forbade you to make Nabidh I anything but a water skin but now drink it from any kind of container but do not drink intoxicants
- Saeed said that Qatada had mentioned the name of Abu Nadra on the authority of Abu Saeed Khudri who narrated this tradition That people from the tribe of Abd AlQais came to the Messenger of Allah and said Messenger of Allah we belong to the tribe of Rabia and there live between you and us the unbelievers of the Mudar tribe and we find it impossible to come to you except in the sacred months direct us to a deed which we must communicate to those who have been left behind us and by doing which we may enter heaven
- Upon this the Messenger of Allah said I enjoin upon you four things and forbid you to do four things worship Allah and associate none with Him establish prayer pay Zakat and observe the fast of Ramadan and pay the fifth part out of the booty

- So I carried it and there went along with him with Abu Bakr my father in order to fetch its price and he Azib said to Abu Bakr Abu Bakr narrate to me what you both did on the night when you set out on a journey along with Allah Messenger

- There was a sheet over me as I placed pulled it upon my feet my head was uncovered and as I placed it upon my head my feet were uncovered and I could not sleep but my two companions had gone to sleep for they had not done what I had done

- It was narrated from Ubadah Bin Samit that the Messenger of Allah ruled concerning the irrigation of palm trees from streams that the higher ground should be irrigated before the lower and that the water should be allowed to reach the ankles then released to flow the nearest lower ground and so on until all the fields were watered or until the water ran out
- He ruled that the land around each of those trees as far as their leaves reach measured from the bottom of the tree belongs to the owner of the tree
- So Umar gave it on the basis that it would not be sold given away or inherited and its produce was to be given to the poor to relatives for freeing slaves in the cause of Allah to way fares and to guests and there was nothing wrong if a person appointed to be in charge of it consumed from it on a reasonable basis or feeding a fried without accumulating it for himself
- Whoeversays Allahumma inni asalukal afwa Alafiyah fid dunyawal akhirah Rabbana atina fid dunya hasanah wa fil akhiratihasanah wa qina adhab AlNar O Allah I ask You for pardon andwell being in this world and in the Hereafter
- Ibn Hisham said to him O Abu Muhammad what about Tawaf Ata said Abu Huraira told me that he heard the Prophet say Whoever performs Tawaf around the House seven times and does not say anything except Subhan Allah Alhamdu lillah wa la ilaha illallah wa Allahu Akbar wa la hawla wa la quwata illa billah Glory is to Allah praise is to Allah none has the right to be worshipping but Allah and there is no power nor strength except with Allah ten bad deeds will be erased from him ten merits will be recorded for him and he will be raised ten degrees in status
- Yahya related to me from Malik from Abdullah ibn Abi Bakr fromhis paternal aunt from the daughter of Zayd ibn Thabit that she hadheard that women used to ask for lamps in the middle of the night tocheck their purity
- Malik was asked whether a woman whose period had finished coulddo tayammum to purify herself if she could not find waterand he said Yes because she is like some one in a state of major ritualimpurity who if he cannot find water does tayammum
- Malik said A master who frees a slave of his and settles hisemancipation so that his testimony is permitted his inviolabilitycomplete and his right to inherit confirmed cannot imposestipulations on him like what he imposes on a slave about property orservice nor get him to do anything of slavery because the Messengerof Allah may Allah bless him and grant him peace said If a manfrees his share of a slave and has enough money to cover the fullprice of the slave justly evaluated for him he must give his partnerstheir shares so the slave is completely free
- She had intended to set someone free so Abd ar Rahman said I said to al Qasim ibn Muhammad Will it help her if Ifree a slave for her Al Qasim replied Sad ibn Ubada said to theMessenger of Allah may Allah bless him and grant him peace Mymother died will it help her if I set a slave free for her TheMessenger of Allah may Allah bless him and grant him peace said Yes
- Yahya said that he had heard Malik say Asfor his words The full grown man and the full grown woman he meant The man and the woman who have been married stone them absolutely
- His asking permission of hisheirs is permitted for the heirs when they give him permission whenauthority over all his property is closed off from him and nothingoutside of the third is permitted to him and when they are moreentitled to the two thirds of his property than he is himself
- Malik said When a man givesthe dying man free use of his share of the inheritance and the dyingman distributes some of it and some remains it is returned to thegiver after the man has died
- Abu Salama ibn Abdar Rahman visited Umm Salama the wife of the Prophet may Allah blesshim and grant him peace and asked her about it Umm Salama said Subaya al Aslamiya gave birth half a month after the death of herhusband and two men asked to marry her
- Malik said I have heard thepeople of knowledge say that there is no harm in someone who is inihram rubbing his head with certain kinds of plants after he hasstoned the Jamrat al Aqaba but before he has shaved his head becauseonce he has finished stoning the Jamrat al Aqaba it is halal for himto kill lice to shave his head to clean himself of body hair and towear normal clothes
- Yahya related to me from Malik from Zayd ibn Aslam from Ata ibnYasar that Kab al Ahbar was once coming back from Syria with a groupof riders and at a certain point along the road they found some game meat and Kab said they could eat it
- Hereplied Game that is only hunted to be offered to people performingHajj I disapprove of and forbid but there is no harm in game that aman has which he does not intend for those in ihram but which amuhrim finds and buys
- Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi that Abdullah ibn Umarused to stop for a long time at the first two jamras saying Allah isgreater Glory be to Allah Praise be to Allah and making duasto Allah but he did not stop at the jamrat al Aqaba
- They either sold each three units of weight for four units ofweight of coins or each four units of weight for three units of weightor coins
- Yahya said that he heard Malik say Someone who eats or drinks out of neglect or forgetfulness during a voluntary fast does not have to repeat his fast but he should continue fasting for the rest of the day in which he eats or drinks while voluntarily fasting and not stop fasting
- This is because Allah the Blessed and Exalted says in His Book And eat and drink until the white thread becomes clear to you from the black thread of dawn and then complete the fast until night time Sura ayat and so he must complete his fast as Allah has said
- Allah the Exalted also says And complete the hajj and the umra for Allah and so if a man were to go into ihram for a voluntary hajj having done his one obligatory hajj on a previous occasion he could not then stop doing his hajj having once begun it and leave ihram while in the middle of his hajj
- Yahya related to me that Malik said A man does not have to payzakat for the slaves of his slaves or for some one employed by him or for his wife s slaves except for anyone who serves him and whoseservices are indispensable to him in which case he must pay zakat
