  20. Then the Bedouin called out to the Prophet and said Are you going to buy this horse or shall I sell it The Prophet stood up when he heard him calling and said Have I not bought it from you He said No by Allah I have not sold it to you and the Prophet said I bought it from you

  23. She said I will not stop taking loans for I heard my close friend and my beloved say There is no one who takes out a loans and Allah knows that he intends to pay it back but Allah will pay it back for him in this world

It was narrated from Ubaidullah Bin Abdullah Bin Utbah that Maimunah the wife of the Prophet took a loan and it was said to her O Mother of the Believers why have you taken a loan when you do not have the means to pay if off She said I heard the Messenger of Allah say Whoever takes a loan intending to pay it back Allah the Mighty and Sublime will help him

Ibn Abbas Allah be pleased with him reported This news reached Umar that Samura had sold wine whereupon he said May Allah destroy Samura does he not know that Allah Messenger said Let there be the curse of Allah upon the Jews that fat was declared forbidden for them but they melted it and then sold it

Aisha reported Never did Allah Messenger make a choice between two things but adopting the easier one as compared to the difficult one but his choice for the easier one was only in case it did not involve any sin but if it involved sin he was the one who was the farthest from it amongst the people

Abu Huraira Allah be pleased with him reported Allah Messenger as saying Do not meet the merchant in the way and enter into business transaction with him and whoever meets him and buys from him and in case it is done see that when the owner of merchandise comes into the market and finds that he has been paid less price he has the option to declare the transaction null and void
  31. He asked on which night we had seen it and when we told him we had seen it on such and such night he said the Prophet of Allah had said Verily Allah deferred it till the time it is seen so it is to be reckoned from the night you saw it

Abu Huraira reported Allah Messenger as saying Allah descends to the lowest heaven at half of the night or at one third of the latter part and says Who is there to supplicate Me so that I answer him Who is there to ask Me so that I grant him And then says Who will lend to One Who is neither indigent nor tyrant This hadith has been narrated by Saad Bin Saeed with the same chain of transmitters with this addition Then the Blessed and the Exalted Lord stretches His Hands and says Who will lend to One Who is neither indigent nor tyrant The Book of Prayer Travellers
  33. Ibn Umar reported Allah Messenger as saying When the rim of the sun starts appearing defer prayer till it completely appears and when the rim of the sun disappears defer prayer till it completely disappears
  34. I then got up and said What should I do at that time may Allah make me ransom for you He replied Keep to your house control your tongue accept what you approve abandon what you disapprove attend to your own affairs and leave alone the affairs of the generality

Narrated Abu Qatadah Ibn Ribiy Allah the Exalted said I made five times prayers obligatory on your people and I took a guarantee that if anyone observes them regularly at their times I shall admit him to Paradise if anyone does not offer them regularly there is no such guarantee of Mine for him

Abdullah Bin Unais said that he and Umar Bin Khattab were speaking about Sadaqah one day and Umar Bin Khattab said Did you not hear the Messenger of Allah when he mentioned Ghulul with the Sadaqah and said Whoever steals a camel or a sheep from it he will be brought carrying it on the Day of Resurrection Abdullah Bin Unais said Yes
  46. When he came back it was said to him Where is the wealth He said Was it for wealth that you sent me We took it from where we used to take it at the time of the Messenger of Allah and we distributed it where we used to distribute it

  52. Malik related to me that Yahya ibn Said said I heardAbu l Hubab Said ibn Yasar say that he heard Abu Hurayra say that heheard the Messenger of Allah may Allah bless him and grant him peace say I was ordered to a town which will eat up towns

Yahya related to me from Malik from a reliable source from Bukayribn Abdullah ibn al Ashajj from Abd ar Rahman ibn al Hubab al Ansarifrom Abu Qatada al Ansari that the Messenger of Allah may Allah blesshim and grant him peace forbade making nabidh from dates and raisinstogether and nearly ripe dates and fresh dates together
  54. Abdullah ibn Umar said I call on Allah and His angels andwhoever hears of jinn and men to testify to you that I order you notto buy it nor sell it nor to press it nor to drink it nor to give itto people to drink

Yahya related to me from Malik from Abdullah ibn Abi Bakr ibnMuhammad ibn Amr ibn Hazm from his father that in a letter which theMessenger of Allah may Allah bless him and grant him peace sent toAmr ibn Hazm about blood money he wrote that it was one hundred camelsfor a life one hundred camels for a nose if completely removed athird of the blood money for a wound in the brain the same as thatfor a belly wound fifty for an eye fifty for a hand fifty for afoot ten camels for each finger and five for teeth and five for ahead wound which laid bare the bone

  60. Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab from Abu Salamaibn Abd ar Rahman ibn Awf from Abu Hurayra that a woman from theHudhayl tribe threw a stone at a woman from the same tribe and shehad a miscarriage
  61. The ears whentheir hearing departed had full blood money whether or not they werecut off and a man s penis had full blood money and the testicles hadfull blood money
  62. Besides these four any other types of injury that decrease theprice of the slave are considered after the slave is better and well and one sees what the value of the slave is after his injury and whathis value whole was before he had the injury
  63. Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi that Safiyya bint AbiUbayd told him that Hafsa umm al muminin sent Asim ibn Abdullah ibnSad to her sister Fatima bint Umar ibn al Khattab for her to sucklehim ten times so that he could come in to see her
