Jabir Bin Abdullah reported My father fell as a martyr on the Day of Uhud and I attempted to uncover his face and weep but they the Companions of the Holy Prophet forbade me to do this whereas Allah Messenger did not forbid me and Fatima Bint Amr the sister of my father was also weeping There upon Allah Messenger said You may weep or you may not weep the Angels provide him shade with the help of their wings until you lift him to be buried in the grave

  43. Narrated Aws Ibn Aws The Prophet said Among the most excellent of your days is Friday on it Adam was created on it he died on it the last trumpet will be blown and on it the shout will be made so invoke more blessings on me that day for your blessings will be submitted to me
  44. The woman sent a message to say Messenger of Allah I sent someone to AlNaqi to have a shee t for me but there was none so I sent a message to my neighbour who had bought a sheep asking him to send it to me for the price he had paid but he could not be found
  45. Narrated Jabir Ibn Abdullah On the day of Uhud we brought the martyrs to bury them at another place but the crier of the Prophet came and said The Messenger of Allah has commanded you to bury the martyrs at the place where they fell
  46. Narrated Hasana daughter of Muawiyah She reported on the authority of her paternal uncle I asked the Prophet Who are in Paradise He replied Prophets are in Paradise martyrs are in Paradise infants are in Paradise and children buried alive are in Paradise

It wasnarrated that Hakam said I heard Ibn Abi Laila say Kab BinUjrah met me and said Shall I not give you a gift TheMessenger of Allah came out to us and we said We know whatitmeans to send greetings on you but what does it mean to sendpeaceand blessings upon you He said Say Allahumma sallialaMuhammadin wa ala ali Muhammadin kama sallayta alaIbrahima innakaHamidun Majid Allahumma barik ala Muhammadin waala ali Muhammadin kama barakta ala Ibrahima innaka Hamidun Majid O Allah send your grace honour and mercy uponMuhammad and upon the family of Muhammad asYou sent Your grace honour and mercy upon Ibrahim You are indeedPraiseworthy MostGlorious
  48. It was narrated from Asma Bint Yazid that the Messenger of Allah saas said The Greatest Name of Allah is in these two Verses And your Ilah God is One Ilah God Allah La Ilaha Illa Huwa none has the right to be worshipped but He the Most Gracious the Most Merciful

Rabiah Bin Kaab AlAslami narrated that he used to spend the night outside the door of the Messenger of Allah and he used to hear the Messenger of Allah saying at night Subhan Allahi Rabbil alamin Glory is to Allah the Lord of the worlds repeating that for a while then he said Subhan Allahi wa bihamdihi Glory and praise is to Allah

It was narrated that Abdullah Bin Sarjis said The Messenger of Allah used to say and one of the narrators Abd AlRahim said he used to seek refuge when he traveled Allahumma inni audhu bika min wathais safar wa kaabatil munqalab Alhawri badal kawr wa dawatil mazlum wa suil manzari fil ahli Almal O Allah I seek refuge with You from the hardships of travel and the sorrows of return from decrease after increase from the prayer of the one who has been wronged and seeing some calamity befall my family or wealth

It was narrated from Ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah said Whoever unexpectedly comes across a person suffering a calamity and says Alhamdu Lillahil ladhi afani mim mabtalaka bihi wa faddalani ala kathirin mimman khalaqa tafdila Praise is to Allah Who has kept me safe from that which has afflicted you and preferred me over many of those whom He has created will be kept safe from that calamity no matter what it is
  52. Ibn Salamah AlSulami narrated that the Prophet said I enjoin each one to honor his mother I enjoin each one to honor his mother I enjoin each one to honor his mother three times I enjoin each one to honor his guardian who is taking care of him even if he is causing him some annoyance

Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi from Zayd ibn Abdullahibn Umar ibn al Khattab from Abdullah ibn Abd ar Rahman ibn AbiBakras Siddiq from Umm Salama the wife of the Prophet may Allahbless him and grant him peace that the Messenger of Allah may Allahbless him and grant him peace said A person who drinks from asilver vessel brings the fire of Jahannam into his belly
  54. He could go back to his wife but if he did not have intercourse with her before the end of heridda he had no access to her and he could not go back to her unlesshe had an excuse illness imprisonment or a similar excuse
  55. Malik said that a man who made a vow to abstainfrom intercourse with his wife and continued to abstain after fourmonths and so divorced her but then returned and did not touch herand four months were completed before her idda was completed did nothave to declare his intent and divorce did not befall him
  56. Malik said that a man who accused his wife after he had divorcedher trebly while she was pregnant and he had at first accepted beingthe father but then claimed that he had seen her committing adulterybefore he separated from her was flogged with the hadd punishment and did not curse her

Yahya related to me from Malik from Muhammad ibn Abi Bakr ibnMuhammad ibn Amribn Hazm that Abdar Rahman ibn Hanthala az Zurqi wasinformed by a mawla of Quraysh who used to be known as Ibn Mursi thathe was sitting with Umar ibn al Khattab and when they had prayeddhuhr he said Yarfa Bring that letter a letter which he hadwritten about the paternal aunt

Yahya related to me from Malik from Abdullah ibn Abi Bakr ibnMuhammad that Amra bint Abd ar Rahman told him that Ziyad ibn AbiSufyan once wrote to A isha the wife of the Prophet may Allah blesshim and grant him peace saying Abdullah ibn Abbas said thatwhatever was haram for some one doing hajj was also haram for some onewho sent a sacrificial animal until the animal was sacrificed

Yahya related to me from Malik that Yahya ibn Said said I askedAmra bint Abd ar Rahman if there was anything that was haram forsomeone who sent a sacrificial animal to Makka but did not go therehimself and she told me that she had heard A isha say It is onlysome one who goes into ihram for hajj and begins saying the talbiyafor whom things are haram
  60. Malik said that someone doing umra who had sexual intercourse with hiswife had to sacrifice an animal and do a second umra which he had tobegin when he had finished the one that he had spoiled

Malik said Someone who entered Makkato do umra and does tawaf of the House and say between Safa and Marwawhile he is junub or not in wudu and afterwards has intercourse withhis wife and then remembers should do ghusl or wudu and then goback and do tawaf around the House and say between Safa and Marwa anddo another umra and sacrifice an animal
  62. Some of them said They should be kept apartuntil a future year and Said ibn al Musayyab said They shouldcarry on and complete the hajj which they have spoiled and thenreturn home when they have finished
  63. I do not think that a man who rememberssomething and has an emission owes anything and if a man were to kisshis wife and no emission were to occur from that he would only haveto sacrifice an animal
