- Narrated Ibn Abbas During the early days of Islam the inheritance used to be given to one offspring and legacy used to be bequeathed to the parents then Allah cancelled what He wished from that order and decreed that the male should be given the equivalent of the portion of two females and for the parents one sixth for each of them and for one wife one eighth if the deceased has children and one fourth if he has no children for one husband one half if the deceased has no children and one fourth if she has children
- He performed ablution and threw the remaining water on me or said Pour it on him When I came to my senses I said O Allah Messenger I have no son or father to be my heir so how will be my inheritance Then the Verse of inheritance was revealed

- There are two kinds of guardians who are in charge of the inheritance One is that who inherits such a person should give of what he inherits to the relatives the orphans and the needy etc
- Narrated Abu Huraira The Prophet said I am closer to the believers than their selves in this world and in the Hereafter and if you like you can read Allah Statement The Prophet is closer to the believers than their own selves
- So if a true believer dies and leaves behind some property it will be for his inheritors from the father side and if he leaves behind some debt to be paid or needy offspring then they should come to me as I am the guardian of the deceased

- Abu Hurairah narrated The Messenger of Allah prohibited that a woman be married along with her paternal aunt or the paternal aunt along with her brother daughter or a woman with her maternal aunt or the maternal aunt along with her sister daughter and the younger is not to be married with the older nor the older with the younger
- Abu Ibrahim AlAshhali narrated from his father who said When the Messenger of Allah would perform the Salat for the funeral he would said Allahammaghfir li hayina wa mayittina wa shahidina wa ghaibina wa saghirina wa kabirina wa dhakarina wa unthana O Allah Forgive our living and our deceased our present and our absent our young and our old our male and our female
- Then Allah Most High revealed Verily We have made lawful to you your wives to whom you have paid their due and those whom your right hand possess whom Allah has given to you and the daughters of your paternal uncles and the daughters of your paternal aunts and the daughters of your maternal uncles and the daughters of your maternal aunts who migrated with you and a believing woman if she offers herself to the Prophet
- And he mentioned something similar except that he said And for one eye half the diyah must be paid for one hand half thediyah must be paid for one foot half the diyah must be paid

- It was narrated from Abdulrahman Bin Ghanm that Abu Malik AlAshari told him that the Messenger of Allah said Isbagh AlWudu is half of faith Alhamdu lillah praise be to Allah fills the balance the Tasbih and the Takbir fill the heavens and Earth the Salah is light the zakat is a sign of sincerity patience is an illuminating torch and the is proof either for you or against you
- It was narrated that Abdullah Bin Shaqiq said I said to Aishah Did the Messenger of Allah offer Duha prayer She said No unless he was returning from a journey I Did the Messenger of Allah fast an entire month She said No I do not remember him fasting any month in full apart from Ramadan and he did not break his fast for a whole month rather he would fast some of each month until he passed away
- It was narrated that Ibn Abbas said The Messenger of Allah would fast until we said he would not break his fast and he would not fast until we said he does not want to fast
- Aishah Bint Tallah narrated from her maternal aunt Aishah the Mother of the Believers that the Messenger of Allah told one of his wives to depart from Jam A AlMuzadalifah on the night of Jam to go to Jamratual Aqabah and stone it then come back to her camp before morning
- It is reported on the authority of Malik Bin Sasa that the Messenger of Allah narrated the hadith mentioned above and added to it I was brought a gold basin full of wisdom and faith and then the part of the body right from the upper end of the chest to the lower part of the abdomen was opened and it was washed with the water of Zamzam and then flled with wisdom and faith
- Abu Hazim narrated it on the authority of Ibn Saad that the Messenger of Allah said Seventy thousand persons or seven hundred thousand persons Abu Hazim does not remember the exact number would enter Paradise holding and supporting one another and the first among them would not enter till the last among them would enter therein they would enter simultaneously and their faces would be bright like the full moon
- Nothing would be left out of it but only water left in the utensil which its owner leaves and you are going to shift to an abode which knows no end and you should shift with the good before you for we have been told that a stone would be thrown at one side of the Hell and it would go down even for seventy years but would not be able to reach its bottom

- Narrated Abdullah Ibn Ghannam The Prophet said If anyone says in the morning O Allah whatever favour has come to me it comes from Thee alone Who has no partner to Thee praise is due and thanksgiving he will have expressed full thanksgiving for the day and if anyone says the same in the evening he will have expressed full thanksgiving for the night
- Narrated Abdulrahman Ibn Shibl The Messenger of Allah prohibited to peck like a crow and to spread the forearms like a wild beast and to fix a place in the mosque like a camel which fixes its place
- Narrated Qudamah Ibn Wabirah The Prophet said If anyone omits the Friday prayer without excuse he must give one dirham or half a dirham or one sa or half a sa of wheat in alms
- A man said Do justice O Muhammed He said Woe to you Who will do justice after me if I do not do justice Umar said O Messenger of Allah Let me strike the neck of this hypocrite The Messenger of Allah said This man has some companions who recite the Quran but it does not go any deeper than their collarbones
- Ibn Umar said I heard the Messenger of Allah say Whenever a group of them appears they should be killed he said it more than twenty times until Dajjal emerges among them
- Talha h Bin Khirash said I head Jabir Bin Abdullah say When Abdullah Bin Amr Bin Haram was killed on Battle of Uhud the Messenger of Allah met me and said O Jabir shall I not tell you what Allah has said to your father Yahya said in his Hadith And he said O Jabir why do I see you broken hearted I Jabir said O Messenger of Allah my father has been martyred and he has left behind dependents and debts

- It was narrated from Aisha that the Prophet saas used to say Allahum majalni minal ladhina idha ahsanu istabsharu wa idha asau istaghfaru O Allah make me one of those who if they do good deeds they rejoice and if they do bad deeds they seek forgiveness
- Whoever draws near to Me a hand span I draw near to him an arm length whoever comes to Me a forearm length I draw near him an arm length whoever comes to Me walking I come to him in a hurry
- If he makes mention of Me to himself I make mention of him to Myself and if he makes mention of Me in an assembly I make mention of him in an assembly better than it
- It wasnarrated from Qabisah Bin Hulb that his father said I askedtheMessenger of Allah about the food of the Christians and hesaid Do not have any doubt about food thereby following thewayof the Christians in that
- Jibril said Say Iseek refuge with the Noble Face of Allah and with the complete wordsof Allah which neither the good person nor the corrupt can exceed from the evil of what descends from the sky and the evil of whatascends in it and from the evil of what is created in the earth andthe evil of what comes out of it and from the trials of the night andday and from the visitations of the night and day except for onethat knocks with good O Merciful Audhu bi wajhi llahi l karim wa bi kalimati llahi t tammati
- Allati la yujawazu hunna barrawa la fajir min sharri ma yanzil min as sama wa sharri ma yarujufiha wa sham ma dhara fi l ard wa sharri ma yakhruju minha wa minfitani l layli wa n nahar wa min tawariqi l layli wa n nahar illatariqan yatruq bikhayr ya Rahman Hair
- Yahya related to me from Malik from Da ud ibn al Husayn thatWaqid ibn Amr ibn Sad ibn Muadh informed him from Mahmud ibn Labid al Ansari that when Umar ibn al Khattab went to ash Sham the people ofash Sham complained to him about the bad air of their land and itsheaviness
- Yahya said thatMalik said The best of what I have heard on the interpretation ofthis ayat the word of Allah the Blessed the Exalted The free manfor the free man and the slave for the slave these are men and thewoman for the woman Sura ayat is that retaliation is betweenwomen as it is between men
- That is becauseAllah the Blessed the Exalted said in His Book We have writtenfor them in it that it is a life for a life and an eye for an eye anose for a nose and an ear for an ear and a tooth for a tooth andfor wounds there is retaliation
- He came to her while there were women around her andmentioned to her what her husband had mentioned to Umar ibn al Khattab and informed her that she would not be punished on his wordand began to suggest to her by that that she should retract
- That is because the hadd is what is forAllah and it is only applied by one of two means either by a clearproof which establishes guilt or by a confession which is persisted inso that the hadd is imposed
- Ibn Shihab said We have not heard about any woman doinghijra for Allah and His Messenger while her husband was a kafirabiding in the land of kufr but that her hijra separated her and herhusband unless her husband came in hijra before her period of idda hadbeen completed
- Malik said Thegenerally agreed on way of doing things among us and the sunna inwhich there is no dispute and what I saw the people of knowledge inour city doing is that a Muslim does not inherit from a kafir bykinship clientage wala or maternal relationship nor does he theMuslim overshadow any of the kafirs from his inheritance
