  25. Then he came to the bottom of the valley and addressed the people saying Verily your blood your property are as sacred and inviolable as the sacredness of this day of yours in this month of yours in this town of yours
  26. The Messenger of Allah then mounted his camel and came to the place of stay making his camel AlQaswa turn towards the side where there we are rocks having the path taken by those who went on foot in front of him and faced the Qibla
  27. He made Usama sit behind him and he pulled the nosestring of Qaswa so forcefully that its head touched the saddle in order to keep her under perfect control and he pointed out to the people with his right hand to be moderate in speed and whenever he happened to pass over an elevated tract of sand he slightly loosened it the nose string of his camel till she climbed up and this is how he reached AlMuzdalifa

This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Abd Zubair with the same chain of transmitters but with this variation that in the hadith no mention is made of this that Allah Messenger continued pronouncing Talbiya till he stoned the Jamra and he made this addition in his hadith The Apostle pointed with his hand how a person should catch hold of pebbles in order to throw them

He did at AlMarwah as he had done at AlSafa and when he came to AlMarwah for the last time he said If I had known before what I have come to know afterwards regarding this matter of mine I would not have brought sacrificial animals but made it an Umrah so if any of you has no sacrificial animals he may take off ihram and treat it as an Umrah

  40. He urged the Camel a little and following a middle road which comes out at the greatest jamrah he came to the jamrah which is beside the tree and he threw seven small pebbles at this jamrah saying Allah is most great each time he threw a pebble like bean seeds
  41. He came to Banu Abd AlMuttalib who were supplying water at Zamzam and said draw water Banu Abd AlMuttalib were it not that people would take from you the right to draw water I would draw it along with you
  42. Jabir Bin Abdallah reported the Apostle of Allaah as saying The whole of Arafah is a place of halting the whole of Mina is a place of sacrifice the whole of AlMuzdalifah is a place of halting and all the passes of Makkah are a thoroughfare and a place of sacrifice

  44. Sulaiman Bin Amr Bin Ahwas reported on the authority of his mother I saw the Messenger of Allah near the Jamrat AlAqabah the third or last pillar riding on a camel and I saw a pebble between his fingers

Narrated Abu AlBaddah Bin Asim On the authority of his father Asim The Messenger of Allah gave permission to the herdsmen of the camels not to pass night at Mina and asked them to throw pebbles on the day of sacrifice and to throw pebbles at the jamrahs the next day and the following two days and on the day of their return

  49. Yahya Bin Abu Muta said I heard Irbad Bin Sariyah say One day the Messenger of Allah stood up among us and delivered a deeply moving speech to us that melted our hearts and caused our eyes to overflow with tears

It wasnarrated that Aisha said The Messenger of Allah cameback from AlBaqi and I had a headache and was saying O myhead He said Rather I should say O my head O Aisha Then he said It will not matter if you were to die before me forI will take careof you wash you shroud you offer the funeralprayer for you andbury you

Part of whatis well known of that is that Allah the Blessed and the Exalted said in His Book Whoever has something pardoned him by his brother should follow it with what is accepted and pay it with good will Sura ayat The commentary on that in our view and Allahknows best is that whoever gives his brother something of the blood money should follow it with what is accepted and pay him with goodwill

Malik added that he thought there was noharm for a man to sell the fruit of his orchard and keep aside onlythe fruit of a certain palm tree or palm trees which he had chosen andwhose number he had specified because the owner was only keepingaside certain fruit of his own orchard and everything else he sold
  53. Malik said One should notbuy a debt owed by a man whether present or absent without theconfirmation of the one who owes the debt nor should one buy a debtowed to a man by a dead person even if one knows what the deceased manhas left
