If anything yet remains to be decided from the war against the Quraish; spare my life so that I may fight against them in Thy cause. O Lord; I think Thou hast ended the war between us and them. If Thou hast done so; open my wound so that it may discharge and cause my death thereby. So the wound begin to bleed from the front part of his neck. So; Umar Bin Abdullah wrote in reply to Abdullah Bin Utbah informing him what she told him. She told that she was under i.e.; the wife of Sad Bin Khawlah who belonged to Banu Amir Bin Luway. He was one of those who participated in the battle of Badr. He died at the Farwell Pilgrimage while she was pregnant. Soon after his death she gave birth to a child. When she was purified from her bleeding after child birth she adorned herself for seekers in marriage. Then Abu AlSanabil Bin Bakah a man from Banu Abd AlDar entered upon her and said to her What is the matter seeing you adorned; perhaps you are seeking marriage? I swear by Allah you cannot marry until four months and ten days pass away. Saubaiah said When she said this to me; I gathered my clothes on me when the evening came and I came to the Apostle of Allaah ﷺ and asked him about that. He told me that I became lawful when I had delivered a child. He suggested me to marry if I wished. Ibn Shihab said I do not see any harm if she marries when she gives birth to the child; even though she had the bleeding after the child birth; but her husband should not have sexual intercourse till she is purified. | The Chapter on Gifts And Child Birth in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on The Waiting Period Of A Pregnant Woman in Sunan Abu Dawoud

MuwataMalik-017-001-35859 | Yahya related to me from Malik from Abuz AlZubair AlMakki that Abu Maiz AlAslami Abdullah Ibn Sufyan told him that once; when he was sitting with Abdullah Ibn Umar; a woman came to ask him for an opinion. She said; I set out intending to do tawaf of the House; but then; when I got to the gate of the Masjid; I started bleeding; so I went back until it had left me. Then I set out again; and then; when I got to the gate of the Masjid; I started bleeding; so I went back until it had left me. Then I set off again; and then; when I got to the gate of the Masjid; I started bleeding. Abdullah Ibn Umar said; That is only an impulse from Shaytan. Do ghusl; then bind your private parts with a cloth and do tawaf. | The Chapter on Pulpit And Khutba Ablution And Cloths in HodHood Indexing, The Book of Business Transactions in Muwata Malik
MuwataMalik-017-001-36183 | Yahya related to me from Malik from Sumay; the mawla of Abu Bakr Ibn Abdulrahman that AlQaqa Ibn Hakim and Zayd Ibn Aslam sent him to Said Ibn AlMusayab to ask how a woman who was bleeding as if menstruating should do ghusl. Said said; She does a ghusl to cover from the end of one period to the end of the next; and does Ablution for every prayer; and if bleeding overtakes her she should bind her private parts. | The Chapter on Ablution After Dreams Menstruation And Sexual Intercourse in HodHood Indexing, The Book of The Quran in Muwata Malik
MuwataMalik-017-001-36184 | Yahya related to me from Malik from Hisham Ibn Urwa that his father said; A woman who bleeds as if menstruating only has to do one ghusl; and then after that she does Ablution for each prayer. Yahya said that Malik said; The position with us is that when a woman who bleeds as if menstruating starts to do the prayer again; her husband can have sexual intercourse with her. Similarly; if a woman who has given birth sees blood after she has reached the fullest extent that bleeding normally restrains women; her husband can have sexual intercourse with her and she is in the same position as a woman who bleeds as if menstruating. Yahya said that Malik said; The position with us concerning a woman who bleeds as if menstruating is founded on the hadith of Hisham Ibn Urwa from his father; and it is what I prefer the most of what I have heard about the matter. | The Chapter on Menstruation And Fasting in HodHood Indexing, The Book of The Quran in Muwata Malik |
