SahihAlBukhari-017-001-5905		Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet ﷺ said; On the Day of Resurrection camels will come to their owner in the best state of health they have ever had in the world ; and if he had not paid their Zakat in the world then they would tread him with their feet; and similarly; sheep will come to their owner in the best state of health they have ever had in the world; and if he had not paid their Zakat; then they would tread him with their hooves and would butt him with their horns. The Prophet ﷺ added; One of their rights is that they should be milked while water is kept in front of them. The Prophet ﷺ added; I do not want anyone of you to come to me on the Day of Resurrection; carrying over his neck a sheep that will be bleating. Such a person will then say; O Muhammad! please intercede for me; I will say to him. I cant help you; for I conveyed Allah Message to you. Similarly; I do not want anyone of you to come to me carrying over his neck a camel that will be grunting. Such a person then will say O Muhammad! please intercede for me. I will say to him; I cant help you for I conveyed Allah message to you. SahihAlBukhari-017-001-6762		Narrated Aisha: When Allah Apostle was in good health; he used to say; Never does a prophet die unless he is shown his place in Paradise before his death ; and then he is made alive or given option. When the Prophet became ill and his last moments came while his head was on my thigh; he became unconscious; and when he came to his senses; he looked towards the roof of the house and then said; O Allah! Please let me be with the highest companion. Thereupon I said; Hence he is not going to stay with us? Then I came to know that his state was the confirmation of the narration he used to mention to us while he was in good health. SahihMuslim-017-001-17307		Anas reported: Eight men of the tribe of Ukl came to Allah Messenger ﷺ and swore allegiance to him on Islam; but found the climate of that land uncogenial to their health and thus they became sick; and they made complaint of that to Allah Messenger ﷺ ; and he said: Why dont you go to the fold of our camels along with our shepherd; and make use of their milk and urine. They said: Yes. They set out and drank their camels milk and urine and regained their health. They killed the shepherd and drove away the camels. This news reached Allah Messenger ﷺ and he sent them on their track and they were caught and brought to him the Holy Prophet. He commanded about them; and thus their hands and feet were cut off and their eyes were gouged and then they were thrown in the sun; until they died. SahihMuslim-017-001-17963		Humaid Bin Abdulrahman AlHimyari reported from three of the sons of Saad all of whom reported from their father that Allah Apostle ﷺ visited Saad as he was ill in Mecca. He Sad wept. He the Holy Prophet said: What makes you weep? He said: I am afraid I may die in the land from where I migrated as Saad Bin Khaula had died. Thereupon Allah Apostle ﷺ said: O Allah; grant health to Sad. O Allah; grant health to Sad. He repeated it three times. He Sad said: Allah Messenger; I own a large property and I have only one daughter as my inheritor. Should I not will away the whole of my property? He the Holy Prophet said: No. He said: Should I not will away; two-thirds of the property? he the Holy Prophet said: No. He Sad again said: Should I not will away half of my property ? He said: No. He Sad said: Then one-third? Thereupon he the Holy Prophet said: Yes ; one-third; and one-third is quite substanial. And what you spend as charity from your property is Sadaqa and flour spending on your family is also Sadaqa; and what your wife eats from your property is also Sadaqa; and that you leave your heirs well off or he said: prospreous is better than to leave them poor and begging from people. MuwataMalik-017-001-34885		Malik related to me from Nafi from Abdullah Ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah; may Allah bless him and grant him peace; said; It is the duty of a muslim man who has something to be given as a bequest not to spend two nights without writing a will about it. Malik said; The generally agreed-on way of doing things in our community is that when the testator writes something in health or illness as a bequest; and it has freeing slaves or things other than that in it; he can alter it in any way he chooses; until he is on his deathbed. If he prefers to abandon a bequest or change it; he can do so unless he has made a slave mudabbar to be freed after his death. If he has made him mudabbar; there is no way to change what he has made mudabbar. He is allowed to change his testament because the Messenger of Allah; may Allah bless him and grant him peace; said; It is the duty of a muslim man who has something to be given as a bequest not to spend two nights without writing a will about it. Malik explained; Had the testator not been able to change his will nor what was mentioned in it about freeing slaves; each testator might withhold making bequests from his property; whether in freeing slaves or other than it. A man gives a bequest in his health and in his travelling. i.e. he does not wait till his death bed. Malik summed up; The way of doing things in our community about which there is no dispute is that he can change whatever he likes of that except for the mudabbar.
