SahihMuslim-017-001-18772		It is narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira and Hudhaifa that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Allah; the Blessed and Exalted; would gather people. The believers would stand till the Paradise would be brought near them. They would come to Adam and say: O our father; open for us the Paradise. He would say: What turned ye out from the Paradise was the sin of your father Adam. I am not in a position to do that; better go to my son Ibrahim; the Friend of Allah. He the Holy Prophet said: He Ibrahim would say: I am not in a position to do that. Verily I had been the Friend of Allah from beyond; beyond; you better approach Moses ﷺ with whom Allah conversed. They would come to Moses ﷺ ; but he would say: I am not in a position to do that; you better go to Jesus; the Word of Allah and His Spirit. Jesus ﷺ would say: I am not in a position to do that. So they would come to Muhammad ﷺ. He would then be permitted to open the door of Paradise. Trustworthiness and kinship would be despatched; and these would stand on the right and left of the Path and the first of you would pass with the swiftness of lightning. He the narrator said: I said; O thou who art far dearer to me than my father and my mother I which thing is like the passing of lightning? He said: Have you not seen lightning; how it passes and then comes back within the twinkling of an eye? Then they would pass like the passing of the wind; then like the passing of a bird; and the hastening of persons would be according to their deeds; and your Apostle would be standing on the Path saying: Save; O my Lord; save. The people would go on passing till the deeds of the servants would be failing in strength; till a man would come who would find it hard to go along that Path but crawlingly. He the narrator said: And on the sides of the Path hooks would be suspended ready to catch anyone whom these would be required to catch. There would be those who would somehow or other succeed in trasversing that Path and some would be piled up in Hell. SahihMuslim-017-001-20031		Anas Bin Malik reported that Allah Messenger ﷺ said: A child was born into me this night and I named him after the name of my father Ibrihim. He then sent him to Umm Saif; the wife of a blacksmith who was called Abu Saif. He the Holy Prophet went to him and I followed him until we reached Abu Saif and he was blowing fire with the help of blacksmith bellows and the house was filled with smoke. I hastened my step and went ahead of Allah Messenger ﷺ and said: Abu Saif; stop it; as there comes Allah Messenger may peace he upon him. He stopped and Allah Apostle ﷺ called for the child. He embraced him and said what Allah had desired. Anas said: I saw that the boy breathed his last in the presence of Allah Messenger ﷺ. The eyes of Allah Messenger ﷺ shed tears and he said: Ibrahim; our eyes shed tears and our hearts are filled with grief; but we do not say anything except that by which Allah is pleased. SahihMuslim-017-001-20151		Abu Huraira reported Allah Messenger ﷺ as saying: Prophet Ibrahim ﷺ never told a lie but only thrice: two times for the sake of Allah for example; his words : I am sick; and his words: But it was the big one amongst them which has done that and because of Sara his wife. He had come in a land inhabited by haughty and cruel men along with Sara. She was very good-looking amongst the people; so he said to her: If these people were to know that you are my wife they would snatch you away from me; so if they ask you tell them that you are my sister and in fact you are my sister in Islam; and I do not know of any other Muslim in this land besides I and you. And when they entered that land the tyrants came to see her and said to him the king : There comes to your land a woman; whom you alone deserve to possess; so he the king sent someone towards her and she was brought to him; and Ibrahim ﷺ stood in prayer. When she visited him the tyrant king came he could help but stretch his hand towards her and his hand was tied up. He said: Supplicate to Allah so that He may release my hand and I will do no harm to you. She did that and the man repeated the same highhandedness and his hand was again tied up more tightly than on the first occasion. He said the same thing to her again; and she again did that supplicated ; but he repeated the same highhandedness and his hands were tied up more tightly than on the previous occasion. He then again said: Supplicate your Lord so that He may set my hand free; by Allah I shall do no harm to you. She did and his hand was freed. Then he called the person who had brought her and said to him: You have brought to me the satan and you have not brought to me a human being; so turn them out from my land; and he gave Hajar as a gift to her. She returned along with Hajar and when Ibrahim ﷺ saw her; he said: How have you returned? She said: With full safety have I returned. Allah held the hand of that debauch and he gave me a maid-servant. Abu Huraira said: O sons of the rain of the sky; she is your mother. SunanAlTermithi-017-001-10025		Narrated Abu Saeed AlKhudri: that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: I am the chief of the children of Adam on the Day Of Judgment and I am not boasting; and in my hand is the banner of praise and I am not boasting; and there has been no Prophet since Adam or other than him; except that he is under my banner. And I am the first for whom the earth will split open; and I am not boasting. He said: The people will be frightened by three frights. So they will come to Adam saying: You are our father Adam; so intercede for us with your Lord. So he says: I committed a sin for which I was expelled to the earth; so go to Nuh. So they will come to Nuh and he will say: I supplicated against the people of the earth; so they were destroyed. So go to Ibrahim. So they will go to Ibrahim; and he says: I lied three times. Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: He did not lie except defending Allah religion. So go to Mousa. So they will come to Mousa; and he will say: I took a life. So go to Eisa. So they go to Eisa and he says: I was worshiped besides Allah. So go to Muhammad ﷺ. He said: So they will come to me; and I will go to them. One of the narrators Ibn Judan said: Anas said: It is as if I am looking at the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ; and he is saying: So I will take hold of a ring of a gate of Paradise to rattle it; and it will be said: Who is there? It will be said: Muhammad. They will open it for me; and welcome me saying; Welcome. I will fall prostrate and Allah will inspire me with statements of gratitude and praise and it will be said to me: Raise your head; ask and you shall be given; intercede; and your intercession shall be accepted; speak; and your saying shall be heard. And that is AlMaqam AlMahmud about which Allah said: It may be that your Lord will raise you to Maqaman-Mahmud 17:79. Sufyan said: None of it is from Anas except this sentence: I will take hold of a ring of a gate of Paradise to rattle it. So some of them said: It amazing that Allah; the Mighty and Sublime; has taken a Khalil close friend from His creation. He took Ibrahim as a Khalil. And some of them said: That is not more amazing than speaking to Mousa; He spoke to him with real speech. And some said: And Eisa is the word of Allah and His Spirit. And some said: Adam was chosen by Allah. So he ﷺ came out upon them and said his Salam; and said: I have heard your words; and your amazement that Ibrahim is the Khalil of Allah; and he is such; and that Mousa is the one spoken to by Allah; and he is such; and that Eisa is the spirit of Allah and His Word; and he is such; and that Adam was chosen by Allah; and he is such. Indeed I am the beloved of Allah and I am not boasting; and I am the carrier of the Banner of Praise on the Day Of Judgment; and I am not boasting. And I am the first intercessor; and the first to have intercession accepted from him on the Day Of Judgment; and I am not boasting. And I am the first to shake the rings of Paradise meaning on the gates of Paradise and so Allah will open it for me and admit me into it. Then he said: I will be the Leader of the people on the Day of Resurrection. Do you know why that is? Allah will gather the people; the first and the last; on one level ground where they will all be able to hear a caller; and all of them will be visible; and the sun will be brought near such that the people will suffer distress and trouble that they cannot tolerate nor bear. Then some people will say: Dont you see the state you have reached? Why dont you look for a person who can intercede for you with your Lord? Some of them will say to others: You should go to Adam. So they will go to Adam and say; You are the father of all mankind; Allah created you with His Own Hands; and breathed into you from His spirit which He creted for you and ordered the angels to prostrate for you. Will you not intercede for us with your Lord? Dont you see what has happened to us? Dont you see the state we have reached? On that Adam will reply; Today my Lord has become angry such that He has never before been angry; and will never be thereafter. He forbade me to eat from the tree; but I disobeyed Him ; Myself! Myself! Myself! Go to somebody else; Go to Nuh. They will go to Nuh and say: O Nuh! You are the first among the Messengers to the people of the earth; and Allah named you a thankful slave. Will you not intercede for us with your Lord? Dont you see what has happened to us? Dont you see the state we have reached? Nuh will say to them : Today my Lord has become angry as He has never before been angry; and will never be thereafter. I had been given one supplication; and I supplicated against my own people. Myself! Myself! Myself! Go to someone else! Go to Ibrahim. They will go to Ibrahim and say: O Ibrahim! You are Allah Prophet and His Khalil among the people of the earth; so intercede for us with your Lord; dont you see what hads happened to us? He will say: Today my Lord has become angry as He has never before been angry and will never be thereafter. Indeed I uttered three lies.- Abu Hayyan a narrator mentioned them in his narration - Myself! Myself! Myself! Go to someone else! Go to Mousa. So they will go to Mousa and say: O Mousa! You are the Messenger of Allah who Allah distinguished above the people with His Message and His Speech; intercede for us with your Lord. Dont you see what has happened to us? So he will say Today my Lord has become angry as He has never before been angry and will never be thereafter. Indeed I killed a person whom I was ordered not to kill. Myself! Myself! Myself! Go to someone else; Go to Eisa. They will go to Eisa and say: O Eisa ! You are the Messenger of Allah and His Word which He placed into Mariam; and a Spirit from Him; and you spoke to the people in the cradle. Intercede for us with your Lord. Dont you see what has happened to us? Then Eisa will say: Today my Lord has become angry as He has never before been angry and will never be thereafter. He will not mention a sin; but will say: Myself! Myself! Myself! Go to someone else! Go to Muhammad. He said: They will go to Muhammad s.a.w and they say: O Muhammad! You are the Messenger of Allah and the last of the Prophets; and your past and future sins have been pardoned. Will you not intercede for us with your Lord; dont you see what has happened to us? Then I will depart until I come to under the Throne to fall prostrating before my Lord. Then Allah will guide me to such praises and beautiful statements of glorification which He did not guide anyone to before me. Then He will say: O Muhammad! Raise your head. Ask;so that you may be granted and intercede so that your intercession may be accepted. I will raise my head and say: O Lord! My Ummah! O Lord! My Ummah! O Lord! My Ummah! He will say: O Muhammad! Let those of your Ummah who have no accounts enter the gate on the right among the gates of Paradise; and they shall share in the gates other than that with the people. Then he s.a.w said: By the One in Whose Hand is my soul! What is between every two gate-posts in Paradise is as what is between Makkah and Hajar; and what is between Makkah and Busra.
