SahihAlBukhari-017-001-2201 | Narrated Muadh Bin Jabal: While I was riding behind the Prophet ﷺ as a companion rider and there was nothing between me and him except the back of the saddle; he said; O Muadh! I replied; Labbaik O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! And Sadaik! He proceeded for a while and then said; O Muadh! I said; Labbaik and Sadaik; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! He then proceeded for another while and said; O Muadh Bin Jabal! I replied; Labbaik; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ; and Sadaik! He said; Do you know what is Allah right on His slaves? I replied; Allah and His Apostle know better. He said; Allah right on his slaves is that they should worship Him and not worship anything besides Him. He then proceeded for a while; and again said; O Muadh Bin Jabal! I replied. Labbaik; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ; and Sadaik. SahihAlBukhari-017-001-6184 | Narrated Anas Bin Malik: Once Muadh was along with Allah Messenger ﷺ as a companion rider. Allah Messenger ﷺ said; O Muadh Bin Jabal. Muadh replied; Labbaik and Sadaik. O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! Again the Prophet ﷺ said; O Muadh! Muadh said thrice; Labbaik and Sadaik; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! Allah Messenger ﷺ said; There is none who testifies sincerely that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah and Muhammad is his Apostle; except that Allah; will save him from the Hell-fire. Muadh said; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! Should I not inform the people about it so that they may have glad tidings? He replied; When the people hear about it; they will solely depend on it.
