SahihMuslim-017-001-18728It is narrated on the authority of Masruq that he said: I was resting at the house of Aisha that she said: O Abu Aisha kunya of Masruq ; there are three things; and he who affirmed even one of them fabricated the greatest lie against Allah. I asked that they were. She said: He who presumed that Muhammad ﷺ saw his Lord with his ocular vision fabricated the greatest lie against Allah. I was reclining but then sat up and said: Mother of the Faithful; wait a bit and do not be in a haste. Has not Allah Mighty and Majestic said: And truly he saw him on the clear horizon AlQuran; Surat AlTakwir; 81:23 and he saw Him in another descent AlQuran; Surat Najm 53:13 ? She said: I am the first of this Ummah who asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about it; and he said: Verily he is Gabriel. I have never seen him in his original form in which he was created except on those two occasions to which these verses refer ; I saw him descending from the heaven and filling the space from the sky to the earth with the greatness of his bodily structure. She said: Have you not heard Allah saying: Eyes comprehend Him not; but He comprehends all vision. and He is Subtle; and All-Aware AlQuran; Surat AlAnam 6:103 ? She; i.e. Aisha; further said : Have you not heard that; verily; Allah says: And it is not for any human being that Allah should speak to him except by revelation or from behind a partition or that He sends a messenger to reveal; by His permission; what He wills. Indeed; He is Most High and Wise. AlQuran; Surat AlShura; 42:51 She said: He who presumes that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ concealed anything from the Book of Allah fabricates the greatest lie against Allah. Allah says: O Messenger; announce that which has been revealed to you from your Lord; and if you do not; then you have not conveyed His message. And Allah will protect you from the people. Indeed; Allah does not guide the disbelieving people. AlQuran; Surat AlMaidah; 5:67. She said: He who presumes that he would inform about what was going to happen tomorrow fabricates the greatest lie against Allah. And Allah says Say; None in the heavens and earth knows the unseen except Allah ; and they do not perceive when they will be resurrected. AlQuran; Surat AlNaml; 27:65.The Chapter on Loud Recitation Of Alquran in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on 77 in Sahih Muslim
SahihMuslim-017-001-18763Yazid AlFaqir said: This view of the Khawarij i.e. those who commit major sins and would be eternally doomed to Hell had obsessed me; and we set out in a large group intending to perform the Hajj and then going to the people for the propagation of the views of the Khawarij. He the narrator said: We happened to past by Medina and found there Jabir Bin Abdullah sitting near a column narrating to the people the ahadith of the Prophet ﷺ. When he mentioned the inhabitants of Hell; I said: O companion of the Messenger of Allah what is this that you narrate; whereas Allah says: Verily whomsoever Thou shall commit to the Fire; Thou indeed humiliateth him AlQuran; iii. 192 ; and All those who endeavored to get out of that would be thrown back into it AlQuran; xxxi i. 20 ? So what is it that you say? He said: Have you read the Quran? I said: Yes. He said: Have you heard about the exalted position of Muhammad ﷺ ; i.e. to which Allah would raise; him? I said: Yes. He said: Verily the position of Muhammad ﷺ is that of great glory and that is by which Allah would bring out whomsoever He would wish to bring out. He then described the Path the Bridge and the passing of the people over it; and said: I am afraid I may not have remembered other things but this much is still in my memory that people would come out of the Hell after having gone into it; and he said: They would come out of it as if they were the wood of the ebony tree. He the narrator said: They would enter a river; one or the rivers of Paradise; and would bathe in it; and then come out as if they were white like paper. We then turned back and said: Woe be upon you! How can this old man tell a lie against the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ? We turned back from the views of the Khawarij ; and by God every one of us abandoned this band of Khawarij except one man. A similar statement has been made by Abu Nuaim. The Chapter on The Punishment Of Hell Fire in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on 84 in Sahih Muslim
SahihMuslim-017-001-18789Abdullah Bin Amr Bin AlAs reported: Verily the Messenger of Allah ﷺ recited the words of Allah; the Great and Glorious; that Ibrahim uttered. My Lord! lo! they have led many of mankind astray: But whoso followeth me; he verily is of me AlQuran; xiv. 35 and Jesus ﷺ said: If thou punisheth them; lo! they are Thy slaves; and if Thou forgiveth them-verily Thou art the Mighty; the Wise AlQuran; v 117. Then he raised his hands and said: O Lord; my Ummah; my Ummah; and wept; so Allah the High and the Exalted said: O Gabriel; go to Muhammad though your Lord knows it fully well and ask him: What makes thee weep? So Gabriel ﷺ came to him and asked him; and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ informed him what he had said though Allah knew it fully well. Upon this Allah said: O Gabriel; go to Muhammad and say: Verily We will please thee with regard to your Ummah and would not displease thee. The Chapter on Allah Characteristics Grace in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on 87 in Sahih Muslim

SunanAbuDawoud-017-001-27801Nafib. Mahmudb. AlRabi AlAnsari said: Ubadah Bin Alsamit came to late to lead the morning prayer. Abu Nuaim; the muadhdhin; pronounced the takbir and he led the people in prayer. Then Ubadah came and I was with him. We Joined the row behind Abu Nuaim; while Abu Nuaim was reciting the Quran loudly. Then Ubadah began to recite the Umm AlQuran I.e Surah AlFatihah. When he finished; I said to Ubadah: I heard you reciting the Umm AlQuran while Abu Nuaim was reciting Quran loudly. He replied: yes> The Messenger of Allah ﷺ led us in a certain prayer in which the Quran is recited loudly; but he became confused in the recitation. When he finished he turned his face to us and said: Do you recite when I recite the Quran loudly? Some of us said: we do so; this is why I said to myself: What is that which confused me in the recitation of the Quran. Do not recite anything from the Quran when I recite it loudly except the Umm AlQuran. The Chapter on Loud Recitation Of Alquran in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on The One Who Did Not Recite The Faithah In His Prayer in Sunan Abu Dawoud

MuwataMalik-017-001-3602726 Yahya related to me from Malik from Abu Ubayd; the mawla of Sulayman Ibn Abd alMalik; from Ubada Ibn Nusay from Qays Ibn AlHarith that Abu Abdullah AlSunabihi said; I arrived in Madina in the khalifate of Abu Bakr AlSiddiq; and I prayed maghrib behind him. He recited the umm AlQuran and two suras from the shorter ones of the mufassal in the first two rakas. Then he stood up in the third and I drew so near to him that my clothes were almost touching his clothes. I heard him reciting the umm AlQuran and this ayat; Our Lord; do not make our hearts go astray after You have guided us; and give us mercy from Your presence. Surely You are the Giver. MuwataMalik-017-001-36028Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi that Abdullah Ibn Umar used to recite in all four rakas as when he prayed alone - in every raka the umm AlQuran and another Surat from the Quran. Sometimes he would recite two or three suras in one raka in the obligatory prayer. Similarly; he recited the umm AlQuran and two suras in the first two rakas of maghrib. The Chapter on Recitation And Prostration in HodHood Indexing, The Book of Zakat in Muwata Malik
