SunanAlNasai-017-001-15054Ubaidullah Bin Abdullah Bin Utbah narrated that Abdullah Bin Amr Bin Uthman divorced the daughter of Saeed Bin Zaid -whose mother was Hamnah bint Qais- irrevocably. Her maternal aunt Fatimah bint Qais told her to move from the house of Abdullah Bin Amr. Marwan heard of that; so he sent word to her; telling her to go back to her home until her Iddah was over. She sent a word to him telling him that her maternal aunt Fatimah had issued a Fatwa to that effect; and she told her that the Messenger of Allah had issued a Fatwa to her; telling her to move when Abu Amr Bin Hafs AlMakhzumi divorced her. Marwan sent Qabisah Bin Dhuaib to Fatimah to ask her about that. She said that she had been married to Abu Amr when the Messenger of Allah appointed Ali Bin Abi Talib as governor of Yemen; and he went out with him; then he sent word to her divorcing her; and that was the final divorce for her. He told her to ask AlHarith Bin Hisham and Ayash for her provisions that her husband had allocated for her. They said: By Allah; she is not entitled to any provision. So; she sent to AlHarith Bin Hisham and Ayash asking them for the provisions from us unless she is pregnant; and she has no right to live in our house unless we permit her. Fatimah said that she went to the Messenger of Allah and told him about that and he said that they had told the truth. She said: I said: Where shall I move to; O Messenger of Allah? He said: Move to the house of Ibn Umm Maktum -who was the blind man; concerning whom Allah rebuked him in His Book. I moved to his house; and I used to take off my outer garments. Then the Messenger of Allah married her to Usamah Bin Zaid. The Chapter on Mother And Ansar in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on Maintenance Of A Pregnant Woman Who Has Been Irrevocably Divorced in Sunan AlNasai

MuwataMalik-017-001-34693Yahya related to me from Malik from Yahya Ibn Said from Abdulrahman Ibn AlQasim that Aslam; the mawla of Umar Ibn AlKhattab informed him that he had visited Abdullah Ibn Ayash AlMakhzumi. He saw that he had some nabidh with him and he was at that moment on the way to Makka. Aslam said to him; Umar Ibn AlKhattab loves this drink. Abdullah Ibn Ayash therefore carried a great drinking bowl and brought it to Umar Ibn AlKhattab and placed it before him. Umar brought it near to him and then raised his head. Umar said; This drink is good; so he drank some of it and then passed it to a man on his right. When Abdullah turned to go; Umar Ibn AlKhattab called him and asked; Are you the person who says that Makka is better than Madina? Abdullah said; I said that it was the Haram of Allah; and His place of security; and His House was in it. Umar said; I am not saying anything about the House of Allah or His Haram. Then Umar repeated Are you the person who says that Makka is better than Madina? He replied; I said that it was the Haram of Allah and His place of security; and His House was in it. Umar said; I am not saying anything about the House of Allah and His Haram. Then Abdullah left. The Chapter on Fragrances And The Companions in HodHood Indexing, The Book of Purity in Muwata Malik
