SahihAlBukhari-017-001-1057 | Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet ﷺ said; Whoever believes in Allah and His Apostle offers prayers perfectly and fasts the month of Ramadan then it is incumbent upon Allah to admit him into Paradise; whether he emigrates for Allah cause or stays in the land where he was born. They the companions of the Prophet said; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! Should we not inform the people of that? He said; There are one-hundred degrees in Paradise which Allah has prepared for those who carry on Jihad in His Cause. The distance between every two degrees is like the distance between the sky and the Earth; so if you ask Allah for anything; ask Him for the Firdaus; for it is the last part of Paradise and the highest part of Paradise; and at its top there is the Throne of Beneficent; and from it gush forth the rivers of Paradise. | The Chapter on Rain And Clouds And Fear in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on And His Throne was on the water in Sahih AlBukhari |

SahihMuslim-017-001-24495 | Abu Huraira reported Allah Messenger ﷺ as saying: A man prayer in congregation is more valuable than twenty degrees and some above them as compared with his prayer in his house and his market; for when he performs ablution doing it well; then goes out to the Masjid; and he is impelled to do so only by the love of congregational prayer; he has no other objective before him but prayer. He does not take a step without being raised a degree for it and having a sin remitted for it; till he enters the Masjid; and when he is busy in prayer after having entered the Masjid. the angels continue to invoke blessing on him as long as he is in his place of worship. saying: O Allah; show him mercy; and pardon him! Accept his repentance and the angels continue this supplication for him so long as he does not do any harm in it; or as long as his ablution is not broken. | The Chapter on Prayers And Mercy And Ablution in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on 49 in Sahih Muslim |

He remained silent for a while; then he turned to me and said: You should prostrate; because I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: There is no one who prostrated once to Allah; the Mighty and Sublime; except that Allah will raise him one degree in status thereby; and erase one sin thereby. Madan said: Then I met Abu AlDarda and asked him the same question I had asked Thawban. SunanAbuDawoud-017-001-27536 | Abu Huraira reported the Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: Prayer said by a man in congregation is twenty five degrees more excellent than prayer said by him alone in his house or in the market. This is because when any of you performs ablution and does it perfectly; and goes out to the Masjid having no intention except praying; and nothing moves him except prayer; then at every step which he takes his rank is elevated by one degree on account of this walking ; and one sin is remitted from him for this walking ; till he enters the Masjid. When he enters the Masjid; he will be reckoned as praying as long as he will be detained by the prayer. The angels keep on invoking blessing on any of you so long as he remains seated in the place he prayer; saying: O Allah; forgive him; O Allah; have mercy on him; O Allah; accept his repentance so long as he does not harm anyone; or breaks his ablution. | The Chapter on Adhan And Iqama And Ablution in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on What Has Been Narrated Regarding The Rewards Of Walking To The Prayer in Sunan Abu Dawoud | |
SunanAbuDawoud-017-001-29314 | Narrated Umar Ibn AlKhattab: Amr Ibn Aws and AbulShatha reported that Bujalah said: I was secretary to Jaz Ibn Muawiyah; the uncle of Ahnaf Ibn Qays. A letter came to us from Umar one year before his death; saying: Kill every magician; separate the relatives of prohibited degrees from the Magians; and forbid them to murmur before eating. So we killed three magicians in one day; and separated from a Magian husband his wife of a prohibited degree according to the Book of Allah. He prepared abundant food and called them; and placed the sword on his thigh. They ate the food but did not murmur. They threw on the ground one or two mule-loads of silver. Umar did not take jizyah from Magians until Abdulrahman Ibn Awuf witnessed that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ had taken jizyah from the Magians of Hajar. | The Chapter on Knowledge And Mujahid in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on Levying Jizyah On The Zoroastrians in Sunan Abu Dawoud |
