And women shall have rights similar to the rights against them, according to what is equitable; but men have a degree (of advantage) over them. And Allah is Exalted in Power, Wise.

SahihAlBukhari-017-001-1057		Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet ﷺ said; Whoever believes in Allah and His Apostle offers prayers perfectly and fasts the month of Ramadan then it is incumbent upon Allah to admit him into Paradise; whether he emigrates for Allah cause or stays in the land where he was born. They the companions of the Prophet said; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! Should we not inform the people of that? He said; There are one-hundred degrees in Paradise which Allah has prepared for those who carry on Jihad in His Cause. The distance between every two degrees is like the distance between the sky and the Earth; so if you ask Allah for anything; ask Him for the Firdaus; for it is the last part of Paradise and the highest part of Paradise; and at its top there is the Throne of Beneficent; and from it gush forth the rivers of Paradise. Accept his repentance and the angels continue this supplication for him so long as he does not do any harm in it; or as long as his ablution is not broken. He said to me: You should prostrate; for I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: There is no one who prostrates once to Allah SWT ; but Allah SWT will raise him one degree thereby and erase one sin thereby. This is because when any of you performs ablution and does it perfectly; and goes out to the Masjid having no intention except praying; and nothing moves him except prayer; then at every step which he takes his rank is elevated by one degree on account of this walking ; and one sin is remitted from him for this walking ; till he enters the Masjid. When he enters the Masjid; he will be reckoned as praying as long as he will be detained by the prayer. The angels keep on invoking blessing on any of you so long as he remains seated in the place he prayer; saying: O Allah; forgive him; O Allah; have mercy on him; O Allah; accept his repentance so long as he does not harm anyone; or breaks his ablution. So we killed three magicians in one day; and separated from a Magian husband his wife of a prohibited degree according to the Book of Allah. He prepared abundant food and called them; and placed the sword on his thigh. They ate the food but did not murmur. They threw on the ground one or two mule-loads of silver. Umar did not take jizyah from Magians until Abdulrahman Ibn Awuf witnessed that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ had taken jizyah from the Magians of Hajar.
