SahihAlBukhari-017-001-1281Narrated Abdullah: The Prophet ﷺ said; If somebody on the demand of a judge takes an oath to grab a Muslims property and he is liar in it; he will meet Allah Who will be angry with him. So Allah revealed;:- Verily! those who purchase a small gain at the cost of Allah Covenant and their oaths.. 3.77 AlAshath came while Abdullah was narrating this to the people. AlAshath said; This verse was revealed regarding me and another man with whom I had a quarrel about a well. The Prophet ﷺ said to me ; Do you have any evidence? I replied; No. He said; Let your opponent take an oath. I said: I am sure he would take a false oath. SahihAlBukhari-017-001-1378Narrated Abu AlMinhal: When Ibn Ziyad and Marwan were in Sham and Ibn AlZubair took over the authority in Mecca and Qurra the Kharijites revolted in Basra; I went out with my father to Abu Barza AlAslami till we entered upon him in his house while he was sitting in the shade of a room built of cane. So we sat with him and my father started talking to him saying; O Abu Barza! Dont you see in what dilemma the people has fallen? The first thing heard him saying I seek reward from Allah for myself because of being angry and scornful at the Quraish tribe. O you Arabs! You know very well that you were in misery and were few in number and misguided; and that Allah has brought you out of all that with Islam and with Muhammad till He brought you to this state of prosperity and happiness which you see now; and it is this worldly wealth and pleasures which has caused mischief to appear among you. The one who is in Sham i.e.; Marwan ; by Allah; is not fighting except for the sake of worldly gain: and those who are among you; by Allah; are not fighting except for the sake of worldly gain; and that one who is in Mecca i.e.; Ibn AlZubair by Allah; is not fighting except for the sake of worldly gain. The Chapter on Love And Emotions And Faith in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on Changing the words in Sahih AlBukhari

I turned around and came upon him from behind and hit him on the shoulder with the sword He i.e. the pagan came towards me and seized me so violently that I felt as if it were death itself; but death overtook him and he released me. I followed Umar Bin AlKhattab and asked him ; What is wrong with the people fleeing ? He replied; This is the Will of Allah; After the people returned; the Prophet ﷺ sat and said; Anyone who has killed an enemy and has a proof of that; will posses his spoils. I got up and said; Who will be a witness for me? and then sat down. The Prophet ﷺ again said; Anyone who has killed an enemy and has proof of that; will possess his spoils. I again got up and said; Who will be a witness for me? and sat down. Then the Prophet ﷺ said the same for the third time. I again got up; and Allah Messenger ﷺ said; O Abu Qatada! What is your story? Then I narrated the whole story to him. A man got up and said; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! He is speaking the truth; and the spoils of the killed man are with me. So please compensate him on my behalf. On that Abu Bakr AlSiddiq said; No; by Allah; he i.e. Allah Messenger ﷺ will not agree to give you the spoils gained by one of Allah Lions who fights on the behalf of Allah and His Apostle. The Prophet ﷺ said; Abu Bakr has spoken the truth. So; Allah Messenger ﷺ gave the spoils to me. The Prophet ﷺ said; Dont give me superiority over Moses; for the people will become unconscious on the Day of Resurrection and I will be the first to gain consciousness to see Moses standing and holding a side of Allah Throne. While the slave was dismounting the saddle of Allah Messenger ﷺ an arrow the thrower of which was unknown; came and hit him. The people said; Congratulations to him for the martyrdom. Allah Apostle said; No; by Him in Whose Hand my soul is; the sheet of cloth which he had taken illegally on the day of Khaibar from the booty before the distribution of the booty; has become a flame of Fire burning him. SunanAlNasai-017-001-15600It was narrated that Saad Bin Hisham Bin Amir said: I came to AlMadinah and entered upon Aisha; may Allah SWT be pleased with her. She said: Who are you? I said: I am Saad Bin Hisham Bin Amir. She said: May Allah have mercy on your father. I said: Tell me about the prayer of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. She said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ did such and such. I said: Yes indeed. She said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to pray Isha at night; then he would go to his bed and sleep. In the middle of the night; he would get up to relieve himself and go to his water for purification and perform Ablution. Then he went into the Masjid and prayed eight rakahs. I think he made the recitation; bowing and prostration equal in length. Then he prayed one rakah of witr; then he prayed two rakahs sitting down. Then he lay down on his side. Sometimes Bilal would come and tell him that it was time to pray before he napped; and sometimes he napped. And sometimes I was not sure if he had napped or not before he told him that it was time to pray. This is how the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to pray until he grew older and gained weight- and she mentioned whatever Allah SWT willed about his gaining weight. She said: And the Prophet ﷺ used to lead the people in praying witr; then he would go to his bed. In the middle of the night; he would get up and go to water for purification; and to relieve himself; then he would perform Ablution. Then he would go into the masjid and pray six rakahs; and I think he made the recitation; bowing; and prostration equal in length. Then he prayed one rakah of witr; then he prayed two rakahs sitting down. Then he lay down on his side. Sometimes Bilal would come and tell him that it was time to pray before he napped; and sometimes he napped.
