Let me join the Highest Companions see Quran 4:69 ; I said; So; he does not choose us. Then I realized that it was the application of the statement he used to relate to us when he was healthy. SahihMuslim-017-001-20317Abu Salama h. Abdulrahman Bin Auf reported Allah Messenger ﷺ as saying: There is no transitive disease; but he is also reported to have said: A sick person should not be taken to one who is healthy. Abu Salama said that Abu Huraira used to narrate these two different ahadith from Allah Messenger ﷺ ; but afterwards Abu Huraira became silent on these words: There is no transitive disease; but he stuck to this that the sick person should not be taken to one who is healthy. Harith Bin Abu Dhubab and he was the first cousin of Abu Huraira said: Abu Huraira; I used to hear from you that you narrated to us along with this hadith and the other one also there is no transitive disease ; but now you observe silence about it. You used to say that Allah Messenger ﷺ said: There is no transitive disease. Abu Huraira denied having any knowledge of that; but he said that the sick camel should not be taken to the healthy one. Harith; however; did not agree with him; which irritated Abu Huraira and he said to him some words in the Abyssinian language. He said to Harith: Do you know what I said to you? He said: No. Abu Huraira said: I simply denied having said it. Abu Salama sad: By my life; Abu Huraira in fact used to report Allah Messenger ﷺ having said: There is no transitive disease. I do not know whether Abu Huraira has forgotten it or he deemed it an abrogated statement in the light of the other one.The Chapter on Camels And Herdsmen And Zakat in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on 33 in Sahih Muslim

MuwataMalik-017-001-34625Yahya related to me from Malik that he had heard from Bukayr Ibn Abdullah Ibn AlAshajj from Ibn Atiya that the Messenger of Allah; may Allah bless him and grant him peace; said; There is no contagion; no hama and no serpent in a hungry belly. However; the possessor of sick livestock must not stop at the same place as the possessor of healthy livestock; but the possessor of healthy livestock may stop wherever he wishes. They said; Messenger of Allah; Why is that? The Messenger of Allah; may Allah bless him and grant him peace; said; It is harmful. The Chapter on Live Stock Milk And Graze in HodHood Indexing, The Book of Judgements in Muwata Malik
MuwataMalik-017-001-34854Yahya related to me from Malik that he asked Ibn Shihab about the one-eyed man who gouged out the eye of a healthy person. Ibn Shihab said; If the healthy person wants to take retaliation from him; he can have his retaliation. If he prefers; he has blood-money of one thousand dinars; twelve thousand dirhams. Yahya related to me from Malik that he heard that full blood- money was payable for both of a pair of anything in a man that occurred in pairs; and the tongue had full blood-money. The ears; when their hearing departed; had full blood-money; whether or not they were cut off; and a man penis had full blood-money and the testicles had full blood-money. Yahya related to me from Malik that he heard that the breasts of a woman had full blood-money. Malik said; The least of that are the eyebrows and a man breasts. Malik said; What is done in our community when a man is injured in his extremities to an extent that obliges payment of more than the amount of his full blood-money; is that it is his right. If his hands; feet; and eyes are all injured; he has three full blood-moneys. Malik said about the sound eye of a one-eyed man when it is accidentally gouged out; The full blood-money is payable for it.The Chapter on Money And Inheritance In Crimes And Felonies in HodHood Indexing, The Book of General Subjects in Muwata Malik
