Allah Messenger ﷺ looked at her. He looked at her carefully and fixed his glance on her and then lowered his head. When the lady saw that he did not say anything; she sat down. A man from his companions got up and said; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! If you are not in need of her; then marry her to me. The Prophet ﷺ said; Have you got anything to offer? The man said; No; by Allah; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! The Prophet ﷺ said to him ; Go to your family and see if you have something. The man went and returned; saying; No; by Allah; I have not found anything. Allah Apostle said; Go again and look for something; even if it is an iron ring. He went again and returned; saying; No; by Allah; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! I could not find even an iron ring; but this is my Izar waist sheet. He had no rida. He added; I give half of it to her. Allah Messenger ﷺ said; What will she do with your Izar? If you wear it; she will be naked; and if she wears it; you will be naked. So that man sat down for a long while and then got up to depart. When Allah Messenger ﷺ saw him going; he ordered that he be called back. When he came; the Prophet ﷺ said; How much of the Quran do you know? He said; I know such Surat and such Sura; counting them. The Prophet ﷺ said; Do you know them by heart? He replied; Yes. The Prophet ﷺ said; Go; I marry her to you for that much of the Quran which you have. SahihAlBukhari-017-001-3760		Narrated Abu Wail: We visited Khabbaba who said; We migrated with the Prophet ﷺ for Allah Sake; so our reward became due and sure with Allah. Some of us passed away without taking anything of their rewards in this world and one of them was mousab Bin Umar who was martyred on the day of the battle of Uhud leaving a striped woolen cloak. When we covered his head with it; his feet became naked; and when covered his feet; his head became naked. So Allah Messenger ﷺ ordered us to cover his head and put some Idhkhir i.e. a special kind of grass on his feet. SahihAlBukhari-017-001-5797		Narrated Urwa: During the Pre-Islamic period of Ignorance; the people used to perform Tawaf of the Kaba naked except the Hums; and the Hums were Quraish and their offspring. The Hums used to give clothes to the men who would perform the Tawaf wearing them; and women of the Hums used to give clothes to the women who would perform the Tawaf wearing them. Those to whom the Hums did not give clothes would perform Tawaf round the Kaba naked. Most of the people used to go away disperse directly from Arafat but they Hums used to depart after staying at AlMuzdalifa. Urwa added; My father narrated that Aisha had said; The following verses were revealed about the Hums: Then depart from the place whence all the people depart- 2.199 Urwa added; They the Hums used to stay at AlMuzdalifa and used to depart from there to Mina and so they were sent to Arafat by Allah order. She said: I am prepared to show endurance but the unbearable trouble is that I become naked; so supplicate Allah that He should not let me become naked; so he supplicated for her. SunanAlTermithi-017-001-9756		Abu Uthman narrated from Hanzalah AlUsaidi and he was one of the scribes of the Messenger of Allah s.a.w - that he passed by Abu Bakr while he was crying; so he Abu Bakr said to him: What is wrong with you; O Hanzalah? He replied: Hanzalah has become a hypocrite O Abu Bakr! When we are with the Messenger of Allah s.a.w we remember the Fire and Paradise as if we are looking at them with the naked eye. But when we return we busy ourselves with our wives and livelihood and we forget so much. He Abu Bakr said: By Allah! The same thing happens to me. Let us go to the Messenger of Allah s.a.w. Hanzalah said: So he went. When the Messenger of Allah s.a.w saw him; he said: What is wrong with you O Hanzalah? He said: Hanzalah has become a hypocrite O Messenger of Allah! When we are with you we remember the Fire and Paradise as if we can see them with the naked eye. But when we return we are busy with our wives and livelihood; and we forget so much. He said: So the Messenger of Allah s.a.w said: If you were to abide in the state that you are in when you are with me; then the Angels would shake hands with you in your gatherings; and upon your bedding; and in your paths. But O Hanzalah! There is a time for this and a time for that. The narrators Waki and Wahb said: Naked and uncircumcised: As We began the first creation; We shall repeat it.The first one to be clothed on the Day of Resurrection will be Ibrahim; ﷺ. Then some men from among my Ummah will be brought and will be taken toward the left. I will say: O Lord; my companions. It will be said: You do not know what they innovated after you were gone; and I shall say what the righteous slave said: And I was witness over them while I dwelt amongst them; but when You took me up; You were the Watcher over them; but when You took me up; You were the Watcher over them; and You are a Witness to all things. If You punish them; they are Your slaves; and if You forgive them; verily; You; only You; are the All-Mighty; the All-Wise. And it will be said: These people kept turning away since you left them.
