Say: "Fighting therein is a grave (offence); but graver is it in the sight of Allah to prevent access to the path of Allah, to deny Him, to prevent access to the Sacred Mosque, and drive out its members." Tumult and oppression are worse than slaughter. Nor will they cease fighting you until they turn you back from your faith if they can. And if any of you Turn back from their faith and die in unbelief, their works will bear no fruit in this life and in the Hereafter; they will be companions of the Fire and will abide therein.

Such men will find their abode in Hell, - What an evil refuge! -

There is not a good deed which ye do, but Allah is well-acquainted therewith.

He said to him; O Hunai! Dont oppress the Muslims and ward off their curse invocations against you for the invocation of the oppressed is responded to by Allah ; and allow the shepherd having a few camels and those having a few sheep to graze their animals ; and take care not to allow the livestock of Abdulrahman Bin Auf and the livestock of Uthman Bin Affan; for if their livestock should perish; then they have their farms and gardens; while those who own a few camels and those who own a few sheep; if their livestock should perish; would bring their dependents to me and appeal for help saying; O chief of the believers! O chief of the believers! Would I then neglect them? No; of course. So; I find it easier to let them have water and grass rather than to give them gold and silver from the Muslims treasury. By Allah; these people think that I have been unjust to them. This is their land; and during the prelslamic period; they fought for it and they embraced Islam willingly while it was in their possession. By Him in Whose Hand my life is! Were it not for the animals in my custody which I give to be ridden for striving in Allah Cause; I would not have turned even a span of their land into a Hima. My servants; all of you are liable to err except one whom I guide on the right path; so seek right guidance from Me so that I should direct you to the right path. O My servants; all of you are hungry needy except one whom I feed; so beg food from Me; so that I may give that to you. O My servants; all of you are naked need clothes except one whom I provide garments; so beg clothes from Me; so that I should clothe you. O My servants; you commit error night and day and I am there to pardon your sins; so beg pardon from Me so that I should grant you pardon. O My servants; you can neither do Me any harm nor can you do Me any good. O My servants; even if the first amongst you and the last amongst you and even the whole of human race of yours; and that of jinns even; become equal in God-conscious like the heart of a single person amongst you; nothing would add to My Power. O My servants; even if the first amongst you and the last amongst you and the whole human race of yours and that of the Jinns too in unison become the most wicked all beating like the heart of a single person; it would cause no loss to My Power. O My servants; even if the first amongst you and the last amongst you and the whole human race of yours and that of jinns also all stand in one plain ground and you ask Me and I confer upon every person what he asks for; it would not. in any way; cause any loss to Me even less than that which is caused to the ocean by dipping the needle in it. My servants; these for you I shall reward you for thern; so he who deeds of yours which I am recording finds good should praise Allah and he who does not find that should not blame anyone but his ownself. SahihMuslim-017-001-19751		Jabir Bin Abdullah reported that two young men; one from the Muhajirin emigrants and the other one from the Angr helpers fell into dispute and the Muhajir called his fellow Muhajirin; and the Ansari the helper called the Ansar for help. In the meanwhile; Allah Messenger ﷺ came there and said: What is this; the proclamation of the days of jahiliya ignorance ? They said: Allah Messenger; there is nothing serious. The two young men fell into dispute and the one struck at the back of the other. Thereupon he the Holy Prophet said: Well; a person should help his brother whether he is an oppressor or an oppressed. If he is the oppressor he should prevent him from doing it; for that is his help; and if he is the oppressed he should be helped against oppression. SunanAbuDawoud-017-001-26847		Narrated Anas Ibn Malik: Sahl Ibn Abu Umamah said that he and his father Abu Umamah visited Anas Ibn Malik at Medina during the time rule of Umar Ibn Abd AlAziz when he Anas Ibn Malik was the governor of Medina. He was praying a very short prayer as if it were the prayer of a traveller or near it. When he gave a greeting; my father said: May Allah have mercy on you! Tell me about this prayer: Is it obligatory or supererogatory? He said: It is obligatory; it is the prayer performed by the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. I did not make a mistake except in one thing that I forgot. He said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to say: Do not impose austerities on yourselves so that austerities will be imposed on you; for people have imposed austerities on themselves and Allah imposed austerities on them. Their survivors are to be found in cells and monasteries. Then he quoted: Monasticism; they invented it; we did not prescribe it for them. Next day he went out in the morning and said: will you not go out for a ride; so that you may see something and take a lesson from it? He said: Yes. Then all of them rode away and reached a land whose inhabitants had perished; passed away and died. The roofs of the town had fallen in. He asked: Do you know this land? I said: Who acquainted me with it and its inhabitants? Anas said: This is the land of the people whom oppression and envy destroyed. Envy extinguishes the light of good deeds; and oppression confirms or falsifies it. The eye commits fornication; and the palm of the hand; the foot; body; tongue and private part of the body confirm it or deny it.
