Then on the next day he commanded him to call for prayer when there was light in the morning. He then commanded him to call for the noon prayer when the extreme heat was no more. He then commanded him for the afternoon prayer when the sun was bright and clear and yellowness did not blend with it. He then commanded him to observe the sunset prayer. He then commanded him for the night prayer when a third part of the night bad passed or a bit less than that. Harami the narrator of this hadith was in doubt about that part of the mentioned hadith which concerned the portion of the night. When it was dawn; he the Holy Prophet said: Where is the inquirer who inquired about the times of prayer and added : Between these two extremes is the time for prayer.

Khalid was one of those who were throwing stones at her. He threw a stone at her. When a drop blood fell on his cheeks; he abused her. The Prophet ﷺ said to him: Gently; Khalid. By Him in whose hand my soul is; she has reported to such an extent that if one who wrongfully takes extra tax were to repent to a like extent; he would be forgiven. Then giving command regarding her; prayed over her and she was buried.

Bushair reported on the authority of one who had seen Allah Messenger ﷺ that he had said to them: You take fifty oaths and you are entitled to blood-wit of one slain among you or your companion. They said: Messenger of Allah; we neither saw with our own eyes this murder nor were we present there. Thereupon Allah Messenger is reported to have said : Then the Jews will exonerate themselves by taking fifty oaths. They said: Allah Messenger; how can we accept the oath of unbelieving people? Bushair said that Allah Messenger ﷺ paid the blood-wit himself.

In the meanwhile; Umar regretted his refusal of Abu Bakr excuse and went to Abu Bakr house and asked if Abu Bakr was there. They replied in the negative. So he came to the Prophet ﷺ and greeted him; but signs of displeasure appeared on the face of the Prophet ﷺ till Abu Bakr pitied Umar ; so he knelt and said twice; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! By Allah! I was more unjust to him than he to me. The Prophet ﷺ said; Allah sent me as a Prophet to you people but you said to me ; You are telling a lie; while Abu Bakr said; He has said the truth; and consoled me with himself and his money. He then said twice; Wont you then give up harming my companion? After that nobody harmed Abu Bakr.

The next Friday Umar Bin AlKhattab recited the same Surat and when he reached the verse of AlSajda he said; O people! When we recite the verses of AlSajda during the sermon whoever prostrates does the right thing; yet it is no sin for the one who does not prostrate. And Umar did not prostrate that day. Added Ibn Umar Allah has not made the prostration of recitation compulsory but if we wish we can do it.

He said: How many pronouncements of divorce have been made for you? I said: Three. He said what he Ayish Bin Abu Rabia had stated was true. There is no maintenance allowance for you. Spend Idda period in the house of your cousin; Ibn Umm Maktum. He is blind and you can put off your garment in his presence. And when you have spent your Idda period; you inform me. She said: Muawiya and Ab AlJahm Allah be pleased with them were among those who had given me the proposal of marriage. Thereupon Allah Apostle ﷺ said: Muawiya is destitute and in poor condition and Ab AlJahm is very harsh with women or he beats women; or like that ; you should take Usama Bin Zaid as your husband.

Thereupon Umar said: I do not mean that turmoil on a small scale but that one which would emerge like the mounting waves of the ocean. I said: Commander of the Faithful; you have nothing to do with it; for the door is closed between you and that. He said: Would that door be broken or opened? I said: No; it would be broken. Thereupon he said: Then it would not be closed despite best efforts. We said to Hudhaifa: Did Umar know the door? Thereupon he said: Yes; he knew it for certain just as one knows that night precedes the next day. And I narrated to him something in which there was nothing fabricated. Shaqiq one of the narrators said: We dared not ask Hudhaifa about that door. So we requested Masruq to ask him. So he asked him and he said: By that door; he meant Umar.

    Shubah narrated from Mansur who said: I heard Mujahid narrating from Abu Ayash AlZuraqi- Shubah said: He had written it for me; and I read it before him; and I heard him narrating it; rather; I even memorized it. Ibn Bashshar said: I memorized it from the book- The Prophet ﷺ was drawing up ranks facing the enemy in Usfan when the idolaters were led by Khalid Bin AlWalid. The Prophet ﷺ led them in praying Zuhr. The idolaters said: They have a prayer after this that is dearer to them than their wealth and sons. Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ led them in praying Asr. He divided them into two rows; behind him. He led them all in bowing; then when they raised their heads he led the row that was closest to him in prostrating; while the others remained standing. When they raised their heads from prostration; the second row prostrated; as they had already bowed with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. Then the front row moved forward; so each of them took the place of his companion. Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ led them all in bowing; then when they raised their heads from bowing; the row that was closest to him prostrated while the others remained standing; then when they had finished prostrating; the others prostrated; then the Prophet ﷺ said the taslim for all of them together.
