    Abu Hazim Bin Dinar narrated that some men came to Sahl Bin Saad AlSaidi. They were wondering what kind of wood the Minbar was made of; so they asked him about that. He said: By Allah; I know what it is made of. I saw it the first day it was set up and the first day the Messenger of Allah ﷺ sat on it. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent word to so-and-so - a woman whose name Sahl mentioned - telling her: Tell your carpenter slave to make me something of wood that I can sit on when I speak to the people. So she told him; and he made it from tamarisk wood from AlGhabah a place near AlMadinah. Then he brought it and it was sent to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ; who commanded that it be set up here. Then I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ascend it and praying on it; and saying the Takbir while he was on top of it; then he bowed when he was on top of it; then he came down backward and prostrated at the base of the Minbar; then he went back. When he had finished he turned to face the people and said: O people; I only did this so that you can follow me in prayer and learn how I pray.

Thereupon he said: Then it would not be closed despite best efforts. We said to Hudhaifa: Did Umar know the door? Thereupon he said: Yes; he knew it for certain just as one knows that night precedes the next day. And I narrated to him something in which there was nothing fabricated. Shaqiq one of the narrators said: We dared not ask Hudhaifa about that door. So we requested Masruq to ask him. So he asked him and he said: By that door; he meant Umar.

In the meanwhile; Umar regretted his refusal of Abu Bakr excuse and went to Abu Bakr house and asked if Abu Bakr was there. They replied in the negative. So he came to the Prophet ﷺ and greeted him; but signs of displeasure appeared on the face of the Prophet ﷺ till Abu Bakr pitied Umar ; so he knelt and said twice; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! By Allah! I was more unjust to him than he to me. The Prophet ﷺ said; Allah sent me as a Prophet to you people but you said to me ; You are telling a lie; while Abu Bakr said; He has said the truth; and consoled me with himself and his money. He then said twice; Wont you then give up harming my companion? After that nobody harmed Abu Bakr.

So; look for it in the odd nights of the last ten nights of the month of Ramadan. I saw myself prostrating in mud and water on that night as a sign of the Night of Qadr. So; whoever had been in Itikaf with Allah Messenger ﷺ should return for it. The people returned to the Masjid for Itikaf. There was no trace of clouds in the sky. But all of a sudden a cloud came and it rained. Then the prayer was established they stood for the prayer and Allah Messenger ﷺ prostrated in mud and water and I saw mud over the forehead and the nose of the Prophet.

The husband of Subaia AlAslamiya was killed while she was pregnant; and she delivered a baby forty days after his death. Then her hand was asked in marriage and Allah Messenger ﷺ married her to somebody. Abu AlSanabil was one of those who asked for her hand in marriage.

Then the prayer was established and I saw Allah Messenger ﷺ prostrating in mud and water and I saw the traces of mud on his forehead.

In the morning of the 20th of Ramadan the Prophet ﷺ delivered a sermon saying; Whoever has performed Itikaf with me should continue it. I have been shown the Night of Qadr; but have forgotten its date; but it is in the odd nights of the last ten nights. I saw in my dream that I was prostrating in mud and water. In those days the roof of the Masjid was made of branches of date-palm trees. At that time the sky was clear and no cloud was visible; but suddenly a cloud came and it rained. The Prophet ﷺ led us in the prayer and I saw the traces of mud on the forehead and on the nose of Allah Messenger ﷺ. So it was the confirmation of that dream.
