Abdullah Bin Umar said; What are those; O Ibn Juraij? I said; I never saw you touching any corner of the Kaba except these two facing south Yemen and I saw you wearing shoes made of tanned leather and dyeing your hair with Hinna a kind of red dye. I also noticed that whenever you were in Mecca; the people assume Ihram on seeing the new moon crescent 1st of Dhu AlHijja while you did not assume the Ihlal Ihram - Ihram is also called Ihlal which means Loud calling because a Muhrim has to recite Talbiya aloud when assuming the state of Ihram - till the 8th of Dhu AlHijja Day of Tarwiya. Abdullah replied; Regarding the corners of Kaba; I never saw Allah Messenger ﷺ touching except those facing south Yemen and regarding the tanned leather shoes; no doubt I saw Allah Messenger ﷺ wearing non-hairy shoes and he used to perform ablution while wearing the shoes i.e. wash his feet and then put on the shoes. So I love to wear similar shoes. And about the dyeing of hair with Hinna; no doubt I saw Allah Messenger ﷺ dyeing his hair with it and that is why I like to dye my hair with it. Regarding Ihlal; I did not see Allah Messenger ﷺ assuming Ihlal till he set out for Hajj on the 8th of Dhu AlHijja.

Narrated Ubaidullah Bin Abdullah Bin Utbah: It was narrated from Ubaidullah Bin Abdullah Bin Utbah that during the reign of Marwan; Abdullah Bin Amr Bin Uthman; who was a young man; issued a final divorce to the daughter of Saeed Bin Zaid; whose mother was Bint Qais. Her maternal aunt; Fatimah bint Qais; sent word to her telling her to move from the house of Abdullah Bin Amr. Marwan heard of that and he sent word to the daughter of Saeed; telling her to go back to her home; and asking her why she had moved from her home before her Iddah was over? She sent word to him telling him that her maternal aunt had told her to do that. Fatimah bint Qais said that she had been married to Abu Amr Bin Hafs; and when the Messenger of Allah appointed Ali Bin Abi Talib as governor of Yemen; he went out with him and sent word to her that she was divorced with the third Talaq. He told AlHarith Bin Hisham and Ayash Bin Abi Raiah to spend on her. She sent word to AlHarith and Ayash asking them what her husband had told them to spend on her; and they said: By Allah; she has no right to any maintenance from us; unless she is pregnant; and she cannot come into our home without our permission. She said that she came to the Messenger of Allah and told him about that; and he stated that they were correct. Fatimah said: Where should I move to; O Messenger of Allah? He said: Move to the home of Ibn Umm Maktum; the blind man whom Allah; the Mighty and Sublime; named in His Book. Fatimah said: So I observed my Iddah there. He was a man who has lost his sight; so I used to take off my garments in his house; until the Messenger of Allah married me to Usamah Bin Zaid. Marwan criticized her for that and said: I have never heard this Hadith from anyone before you. I will continue to follow the ruling that the people have been following.

Allah has revealed to you that the people of the scriptures have changed with their own hands what was revealed to them and they have said as regards their changed Scriptures : This is from Allah; in order to get some worldly benefit thereby. Narrated Ubaidullah Bin Abdullah Bin Utba: We were informed that Mousailima AlKadhdhab had arrived in Medina and stayed in the house of the daughter of AlHarith. The daughter of AlHarith Bin Kuraiz was his wife and she was the mother of Abdullah Bin Amir. There came to him Allah Messenger ﷺ accompanied by Thabit Bin Qais Bin Shammas who was called the orator of Allah Messenger ﷺ. Allah Messenger ﷺ had a stick in his hand then. The Prophet ﷺ stopped before Mousailima and spoke to him. Mousailima said to him; If you wish; we would not interfere between you and the rule; on condition that the rule will be ours after you... The Prophet said; If you asked me for this stick; I would not give it to you. I think you are the same person who was shown to me in a dream. And this is Thabit Bin AlQais who will answer you on my behalf. The Prophet ﷺ then went away. I asked Ibn Abbas about the dream Allah Messenger ﷺ had mentioned. Ibn Abbas said; Someone told me that the Prophet ﷺ said; When I was sleeping; I saw in a dream that two gold bangles were put in my hands; and that frightened me and made me dislike them. Then I was allowed to blow on them; and when I blew at them; both of them flew. Then I interpreted them as two liars who would appear. One of them was AlAnsi who was killed by Fairuz in Yemen and the other was Mousailima AlKadhdbab.
