SahihAlBukhari-017-001-1086 | Narrated Abdullah Bin Masud: Allah Messenger ﷺ the true and truly inspired; narrated to us; The creation of everyone of you starts with the process of collecting the material for his body within forty days and forty nights in the womb of his mother. Then an angel is sent to him by Allah and the angel is allowed ordered to write four things; his livelihood; his date of death; his deeds; and whether he will be a wretched one or a blessed one in the Hereafter and then the soul is breathed into him. So one of you may do good deeds characteristic of the people of Paradise so much that there is nothing except a cubit between him and Paradise but then what has been written for him decides his behavior and he starts doing evil deeds characteristic of the people of Hell Fire and ultimately enters Hell Fire ; and one of you may do evil deeds characteristic of the people of Hell Fire so much so that there is nothing except a cubit between him and Hell Fire ; then what has been written for him decides his behavior and he starts doing good deeds characteristic of the people of Paradise and ultimately enters Paradise. Such an animal eats till its stomach is full and then it faces the sun and starts ruminating and then it passes out dung and urine and goes to eat again. One of them replied; Yes; by Allah; I know how to treat with a Ruqya. But. by Allah; we wanted you to receive us as your guests but you refused. The man went with them the people of the tribe and started spitting on the bite and reciting Surat AlFatiha till the patient was healed and started walking as if he had not been sick. When the tribe people paid them their wages they had agreed upon; some of them the Prophet companions said; Distribute the sheep. They AlMiswar and Abdulrahman persisted in their appeal till she spoke with Abdullah Bin AlZubair and she manumitted forty slaves as an expiation for her vow. The first one who asked about that was so-and-so the son of so-and-so who said: O Messenger of Allah; what do you think if a man among us sees his wife committing immoral actions; and if he speaks of it; he will be speaking of a grave matter; but if he keeps quiet; he will be keeping quiet about a grave matter? Then he bowed again for a long time; then he stood up again and remained standing for a long time. Then he prostrated twice; then he stood up and did the same again. He started to move forward; then he started to step back. He bowed four times and prostrated four times. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed and stood for a long time; then he bowed for a long time; then he stood up and remained standing for a long time. One of the narrators Shubh said: I think he said something similar concerning prostration.- He started weeping and blowing during his prostration and said: Lord; You did not tell me that You would do that while I am asking You for forgiveness; You did not tell me that You would do that while I was still among them. When he finished praying he said: Paradise was shown to me; and if I had stretched forth my hand I could have taken some of its fruits. And Hell was shown to me; so I started blowing for fear that its heat might overwhelm you. I saw therein the thief who stole the two camels of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ; and I saw therein the brother of Banu As-Dudu; the thief who stole from the pilgrims; and when he was caught he said: The crooked stick did it; and I saw therein a tall black woman who was being punished because of a cat she tied up and did not feed or give it water; and she did not let it eat of the vermin of the earth; until it died. MuwataMalik-017-001-34956 | Yahya said that he heard Malik say; The way of doing things in our community about which there is no dispute; is that if a man gives sadaqa to his son - sadaqa which the son takes possession of or which is in the father keeping and the father has had his sadaqa witnessed; he cannot take back any of it because he cannot reclaim any sadaqa. Yahya said that he heard Malik say; The generally agreed-on way of doing things in our community in the case of someone who gives his son a gift or grants him a gift which is not sadaqa is that he can take it back as long as the child does not start a debt; which people claim from him; and which they trust him for on the strength of the gift his father has given him. The father cannot take back anything from the gift after debts are started against it. If a man gives his son or daughter something and a woman marries the man; and she only marries him for the wealth and the property which his father has given him and so the father wants to take that back; or; if a man marries a woman whose father has given her a gift and he marries her with an increased bride-price because of the wealth and property that her father has given; then the father says; I will take that back; then the father cannot take back any of that from the son or daughter if it is as I have described to you. | The Chapter on Charity To Brothers And Mother in HodHood Indexing, The Book of The Description of the Prophet may Allah Bless Him and Grant Him Peace in Muwata Malik | |

She said; I set out intending to do tawaf of the House; but then; when I got to the gate of the Masjid; I started bleeding; so I went back until it had left me. Then I set out again; and then; when I got to the gate of the Masjid; I started bleeding; so I went back until it had left me. MuwataMalik-017-001-35972 | Yahya related to me from Malik from Abdullah Ibn Abi Bakr from his father that Abu Salama Ibn Abdulrahman told him that Umm Sulaym bint Milhan asked the Messenger of Allah; may Allah bless him and grant him peace; for advice one time when she had begun menstruating; or had given birth to a child after she had done tawaf Alifada on the Day of Sacrifice. The Messenger of Allah; may Allah bless him and grant him peace; gave her permission to leave. Malik said; A woman menstruating at Mina stays until she has done tawaf of the House. There is no escape from that for her. If she has already done the tawaf Alifada and she starts to menstruate afterwards; she may leave for her country; since permission for the menstruating women to leave has been transmitted to us from the Messenger of Allah; may Allah bless him and grant him peace. He added; If a woman starts her period at Mina before she does the tawaf Alifada; and the period lasts longer than usual; she has to stay longer than the time that bleeding would usually detain women. | The Chapter on Menstruation And Tawaf in HodHood Indexing, The Book of Fasting in Muwata Malik |
