For the worst of beasts in the sight of Allah are the deaf and the dumb, - those who understand not.

إِنَّ شَرَّ الدَّوَابِّ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ الصُّمُّ الْبُكْمُ الَّذِينَ لَا يَعْقِلُونَ
