So they took them and set out and drank of their urine and milk; and having recovered; they attacked the shepherd; killed him and drove away the camels. Why should there be any delay in punishing them as they murdered a person and waged war against Allah and His Apostle and frightened Allah Messenger ﷺ ? Anbasa said; I testify the uniqueness of Allah! Abu Qilaba said; Do you suspect me? Anbasa said; No; Anas narrated that Hadith to us. SahihMuslim-017-001-17307		Anas reported: Eight men of the tribe of Ukl came to Allah Messenger ﷺ and swore allegiance to him on Islam; but found the climate of that land uncogenial to their health and thus they became sick; and they made complaint of that to Allah Messenger ﷺ ; and he said: Why dont you go to the fold of our camels along with our shepherd; and make use of their milk and urine. They said: Yes. They set out and drank their camels milk and urine and regained their health. They killed the shepherd and drove away the camels. This news reached Allah Messenger ﷺ and he sent them on their track and they were caught and brought to him the Holy Prophet. He commanded about them; and thus their hands and feet were cut off and their eyes were gouged and then they were thrown in the sun; until they died. So I said: The desire for knowledge. So he said: Indeed; the angels lower their wings for the seeker of knowledge; out of pleasure with what he is seeking. So I said: Indeed there is some doubt in my chest concerning wiping over the Khuff after defecation and urination; and you were a man from the Companions of the Prophet ﷺ ; so I came to you to ask you: Have you heard him ﷺ mention anything concerning that? He said: Yes; he ﷺ used to order us; that when we were travelers - or - in travel; to not remove our Khuff for three days and nights except; from sexual impurity; but not from defecation; urination; and sleep. He said: Have you heard him ﷺ mention anything concerning love? He said: Yes. We were with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on a journey when a Bedouin with a loud voice called upon him saying : O Muhammad! So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ responded to him with a voice similar to him saying : Come. So we said to him: Lower your voice for you are with the Prophet ﷺ ; and you have been prohibited from this. He said: By Allah; I will not lower my voice. The Bedouin said: A man loves a people but he is not with them in terms of deeds ? He ﷺ said: A man is with whomever he loves on the Day Of Judgment. So he did not cease talking with us; until he mentioned a gate in the direction of the west with the width of seventy years journey - or a rider would travel its width - for forty or seventy years. Sufyan one of the narrators said: In the direction of AlSham; Allah created it the Day He created the heavens and the earth; open - that is; for repentance. It shall not be locked until the sun rises through it. Welcome; O Marthad; come tonight and stay at our place. I said: O Anaq; the Messenger of Allah has forbidden adultery. She said: O people of the tents; this porcupine is the one who is taking your prisoners from Makkah to AlMadinah! I headed toward the mountain of AlKhandamah; and eight men came after me. They came and stood over my head; and they urinated; and their urine reached me; but Allah caused them not to see me. Then I went to my companion the prisoner and brought him to AlArak; where I undid his fetters. Then I came to the Messenger of Allah and said: O Messenger of Allah; shall I marry Anaq? He remained silent and did not answer me; then the following was revealed: And the adulteress-fornicator; none marries her except an adulterer-fornicator or an idolater. He the Prophet said: Abu Dharr. I said: Yes; I am ruined; Messenger of Allah. He said: What ruined you ? I said: I was away from the watering place and I had family with me. I used to be sexually defiled and pray without purification. He commanded to bring water for me. Then a black slave-girl brought a vessel of water that was shaking as the vessel was not full. I concealed myself behind a camel and took bath and them came to the Prophet. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Abu Dharr; clean earth is a means of ablution; even if you do not find water for ten years. When you find water; you should make it touch your skin.Abu Dawud said: This is transmitted by Hammad Bin Zaid from Ayoub. This version does not mention the words their urine. This is not correct. The words their urine occur only in the version reported by Anas and transmitted only by the people of Basrah. SunanAbuDawoud-017-001-26537		Narrated Abdullah Ibn Maaqil Ibn Muqarrin: A bedouin prayed with the Prophet ﷺ. He then narrated the tradition No 0380 about urinating of that bedouin. This version adds: The Prophet ﷺ said: Remove the earth where he urinated and throw it away and pour water upon the place.Abu Dawud said: This is a mursal tradition i.e. the narrator quotes the Prophet ﷺ directly; although he did not see him. MuwataMalik-017-001-36120		Yahya related to me from Malik that Said Ibn Abdulrahman Ibn Ruqash said; I saw Anas Ibn Malik come and squat and urinate.Then water was brought and he did Ablution. He washed his face; then his arms to the elbows; and then he wiped his head and wiped over his leather socks. Then he came to the Masjid and prayed. Yahya said that Malik was asked whether a man who did Ablution for prayerand then put on his leather socks; and then urinated and took them off and put them back on again; should begin Ablution afresh. Malik replied; He should take off his socks and wash his feet. Only someone who puts on leather socks when his feet are already ritually purified by Ablution can wipe over them. Someone who puts on leather socks when his feet are not ritually purified by Ablution; should not wipe over them. Yahya said that Malik was asked about a man who did Ablution with his leather socks on and forgot to wipe over them until the water was dry and he had prayed; and he said; He should wipe over his socks and repeat the prayer but not repeat Ablution. Malik was asked about a man who washed his feet and put on his leather socks and then started doing Ablution; and he said; He should take off his socks and do Ablution and wash his feet. Yahya said that Malik was asked if any hadith had come down about washing the private parts of urine and faeces and he said; I have heard that some of those who have passed away used to wash themselves of faeces.
