It was narrated from Anas that: The Prophet of Allah [SAW] said: "Allahumma inni audhu bika min Alajzi; Alkasali; Albukhli; Aljubni; Alharami; wa adhabi Alqabri; wa fitnati Almahya Almamat O Allah; I seek refuge in You from incapacity; laziness; miserliness; cowardice; old age; the torment of the grave and the trials of life and death. "
