    It was narrated from Urwah that Abdullah Bin AlZubair narrated to him that: A man among the Ansar disputed with AlZubair concerning a stream in AlHarrah from which they both used to water their date palm trees. The Ansari said: Let the water flow; but he AlZubair refused. They brought their dispute to the Messenger of Allah SAWSYMOBOL. The Messenger of Allah SAWSYMOBOL said: Irrigate your land ; O Zubair; then let the water flow to your neighbor. The Ansari became angry and said: O Messenger of Allah; is it because he is your cousin? The face of the Messenger of Allah SAWSYMOBOL changed color because of anger and he said: O Zubair; irrigate your land then block the water until it flows back to the walls. AlZubair said: I think that this Verse was revealed concerning this matter: But no; by your Lord; they can have no faith.

Allah is not shy to tell the truth. Inform me: if a women sees in a dream what men see should she perform Ghusl from that? The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to her: Yes. Aisha said: I expressed my displeasure and said: Does a woman see that? The Messenger of Allah ﷺ turned to me and said: May your right hand be covered with dust! How else would her child resemble her?

    It was narrated from Urwah that Fatimah bint Abi Hubaish narrated that she came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and complained to him about bleeding. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to her: That is a vein; so when your period comes; do not pray; and when your period is over; purify yourself and pray in between one period and the next.This is evidence that AlAqra is menstruation.     It was narrated from Urwah that he narrated from Aisha that Abu Bakr AlSiddiq : Entered upon her and there were two girls with her beating the duff and singing; and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was covered with his garment. He uncovered his face and said: Let them be there; O Abu Bakr; for these are the days of Eid. Those were the days of Mina and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was in AlMadinah on that day.

He said; No. He said: We used to lease it in return for straw. He said: No. We used to lease it in return for what is planted on the banks of a stream that is used for irrigation. He said: No. Cultivate it yourself or give it to your brother.

    It was narrated from Usaid Bin Zuhair; the paternal nephew of Rafi Bin Khdij; that Rafi Bin Khadeej said: If one of us did not need his land; he would give it to someone else to cultivate in return for one third; or one half of the yield ; and he would stipulate that the should receive the produce grows on the banks of three streams; and the grains that remain in the ear after threshing; and the produce irrigated by a stream. Life at that time was hard; and he would work the land with iron and whatever Allah SWT willed; and he would benefit from it. Then Rafi Bin Khadeej came to us and said: The Messenger of Allah forbade you to do something that may seem beneficial to you; but obedience to Allah and obedience to His Messenger are more beneficial for you. The Messenger of Allah forbade Haq for you; and he said: Whoever has no need of his land; let him give it to his brother to cultivate or let him leave it uncultivated.

Then he god up; and went to the back wall of the Kabah; placed his face and cheek against it and praised Allah; asked of Him; and prayed for forgiveness. Then he went to each corner of the Kabah and fced it; reciting the Takbir; the Tahlil and Tasbih; praising Allah; asking of Him and praying for forgiveness. Then he came out and prayed two Rakahs facing the front of the Kabah; then he moved away and said: This is the Qiblah; this is the Qiblah.

    It was narrated from Uthman Bin Abdullah Bin Aws that his grandfather Aws Bin Hudhaifah said: We came to the Messenger of Allah in the delegation of Thaqif. The allies of Quraish stayed at the house of Mughirah Bin Shubah; and the Messenger of Allah camped Bani Malik in a tent belonging to him. He used to come to us every night after the Isha and speak to us standing on his two feet; until he started to shift his weight from one foot to the other. Most of what he told us was what he had suffered from his people; the Quraish. He said: The two sides were not equal. We were weak and oppressed and humiliated; and when we went out to AlMadinah; the outcome of the battles between us varied; sometimes we would defeat them and sometimes they would defeat us. One night he was later than he usually was; and I said: O Messenger of Allah; you have come to us late tonight. He said: It occurred to me that I had not read my daily portion of Quran and I did not want to come out until I had completed it. Aws said: I asked the Companions of the Messenger of Allah : How did you used to divide up the Quran? They said: A third; a fifth; a seventh; a ninth; an eleventh; a thirteenth; and Hizb AlMufassal.

Allahumma fashaffihu fiya O Allah; I ask of You and I turn my face towards You by virtue of the intercession of Muhammad the Prophet of mercy. O Muhammad; I have turned to my Lord by virtue of your intercession concerning this need of mine so that it may be met. O Allah; accept his intercession concerning me.

  • It was narrated from Uthman Bin Murrah who said: I asked AlQasim about AlMuzaraah; so he narrated from Rafi Bin Khadeej that the Messenger of Allah forbade AlMuhaqalah and AlMuzabanah.  +
