Allah Messenger ﷺ told me to undo my hair and comb it and to postpone the Umra. I did the same and completed the Hajj. On the night of AlHasba i.e. place outside Mecca where the pilgrims go after finishing all the ceremonies of Hajj at Mina he the Prophet ordered Abdulrahman Aisha brother to take me to AlTanim to assume the lhram for Umra in lieu of that of Hajj AlTamattu which I had intended to perform.AlTamattu which I had intended to perform. +
- Narrated Aisha: In the lifetime of Allah M … Narrated Aisha: In the lifetime of Allah Messenger ﷺ ﷺ the sun eclipsed; so he led the people in prayer; and stood up and performed a long Qiyam; then bowed for a long while. He stood up again and performed a long Qiyam but this time the period of standing was shorter than the first. He bowed again for a long time but shorter than the first one; then he prostrated and prolonged the prostration. He did the same in the second raka as he did in the first and then finished the prayer; by then the sun eclipse had cleared. He delivered the Khutba sermon and after praising and glorifying Allah he said; The sun and the moon are two signs against the signs of Allah; they do not eclipse on the death or life of anyone. So when you see the eclipse; remember Allah and say Takbir; pray and give Sadaqa. The Prophet then said; O followers of Muhammad! By Allah! There is none who has more ghaira selfrespect than Allah as He has forbidden that His slaves; male or female commit adultery illegal sexual intercourse. O followers of Muhammad! By Allah! If you knew that which I know you would laugh little and weep much.know you would laugh little and weep much. +

Abu Hudhaifah Bin Utbah married Salim to his brother daughter Hind bint AlWalid Bin Utbah Bin Rabiah. Hind bint AlWalid Bin Utbah was one of the first Muhajir women; and at that time she was one of the best single women of the Quraish. When Allah; the Mighty and Sublime; revealed the following concerning Zaid Bin Harithah: Call them by the names of their fathers; that is more just with Allah. But if you know not their fathers names; call them your brothers in Faith and Mawalikum your freed slaves. Each of them went back to being called after his father; and if a person father was unknown; he was named after his former masters.wn; he was named after his former masters. +

So I took it and it was too stiff for him to use; so I said; Shall I soften it for you ? He nodded his approval. So I softened it and he cleaned his teeth with it. In front of him there was a jug or a tin; The sub-narrator; Umar is in doubt as to which was right containing water. He started dipping his hand in the water and rubbing his face with it; he said; None has the right to be worshipped except Allah. Death has its agonies. He then lifted his hands towards the sky and started saying; With the highest companion; till he expired and his hand dropped down.till he expired and his hand dropped down. +

One of them asked his companion; What is the disease of this man? The other replied; He is under the effect of magic. The first one asked; Who has worked magic on him? The other replied; Labid Bin Asam; a Jew from the tribe of Bani Zuraiq. The first one asked ; With what has it been done? The other replied; With a a comb and the hair stuck to it and a skin of the pollen of a male datepalm tree. The first one asked; Where is it? The other replied; In the well of Dharwan. Then the Prophet ﷺ went along with some of his companions to that well and looked at that and there were date palms near to it. Then he returned to me and said; By Allah the water of that well was red like the infusion of Henna leaves and its date-palms were like the heads of devils I said; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! Did you take those materials out of the pollen skin? He said; No! As for me Allah has healed me and cured me and I was afraid that by Showing that to the people I would spread evil among them when he ordered that the well be filled up with earth; and it was filled up with earthith earth; and it was filled up with earth +

The one near my head asked the other. What is wrong with this man? The latter replied the is under the effect of magic The first one asked; Who has worked magic on him? The other replied Labid Bin AlAsam; a man from Bani Zuraiq who was an ally of the Jews and was a hypocrite. The first one asked; What material did he use ? The other replied; A comb and the hair stuck to it. The first one asked; Where is that ? The other replied. In a skin of pollen of a male date palm tree kept under a stone in the well of Dharwan So the Prophet ﷺ went to that well and took out those things and said That was the well which was shown to me in a dream Its water looked like the infusion of Henna leaves and its date-palm trees looked like the heads of devils. The Prophet ﷺ added; Then that thing was taken out I said to the Prophet ﷺ Why do you not treat yourself with Nashra? He said; Allah has cured me; I dislike to let evil spread among my people.islike to let evil spread among my people. +

One day he invoked Allah for a long period and then said; I feel that Allah has inspired me as how to cure myself. Two persons came to me in my dream and sat; one by my head and the other by my feet. One of them asked the other; What is the ailment of this man? The other replied; He has been bewitched The first asked; Who has bewitched him? The other replied; Lubaid Bin AlAsam. The first one asked; What material has he used? The other replied; A comb; the hair gathered on it; and the outer skin of the pollen of the male date-palm. The first asked; Where is that? The other replied; It is in the well of Dharwan. So; the Prophet ﷺ went out towards the well and then returned and said to me on his return; Its date-palms the date-palms near the well are like the heads of the devils. I asked; Did you take out those things with which the magic was worked? He said; No; for I have been cured by Allah and I am afraid that this action may spread evil amongst the people. When Allah Messenger ﷺ got up and went away ; I asked her; What did he confide to you? She said; I wouldnt disclose the secrets of Allah Messenger ﷺ But when he died I asked her; I beseech you earnestly by what right I have on you; to tell me that secret talk which the Prophet had with you She said; As you ask me now; yes; I will tell you. She informed me; saying; When he talked to me secretly the first time; he said that Gabriel used to review the Quran with him once every year. He added; But this year he reviewed it with me twice; and therefore I think that my time of death has approached. So; be afraid of Allah; and be patient; for I am the best predecessor for you in the Hereafter. Fatima added; So I wept as you Aisha witnessed. And when the Prophet ﷺ saw me in this sorrowful state; he confided the second secret to me saying; O Fatima! Will you not be pleased that you will be chief of all the believing women or chief of the women of this nation i.e. my followers?he women of this nation i.e. my followers? +

Some of us assumed the Ihram for Umra while the others assumed the Ihram for Hajj. I was one of those who assumed the Ihram for Umra. I got menses and kept on menstruating until the day of Arafat and complained of that to the Prophet. He told me to postpone my Umra; undo and comb my hair; and to assume the Ihram of Hajj and I did so. On the night of Hasba; he sent my brother Abdulrahman Bin Abi Bakr with me to AlTanim; where I assumed the Ihram for Umra in lieu of the previous one.
